21/02/2024: They recommended this restaurant to us to enjoy typical Modican cuisine. We were convinced we were eating well given the influx of customers. But we have rarely encountered such poor cuisine. In particular, the rib was tough and inedible, the home-made potatoes were raw and pre-cooked and the boiled meat was a piece of fatty meat cooked in water without any taste, just water, which was also not edible. I took it away for my cat but he rejected it. The presentation of the dishes was done without any care. We waited a long time for the food to arrive and we had to ask. Naturally we immediately reported the problems to the manager but the response was "impossible" all the customers are happy with it (I wouldn't say it from the reviews). However, we were not charged for the rib but despite this we paid too much, €40, as we managed to eat an appetizer and a first course which were also not very pleasant. Inedible meat and side dish. Drank water.

22/03/2024: A place that deserves to be known! We dined at Single as a couple and were amazed by their cuisine! Friendly, professional and attentive waiter to customer needs, he was able to recommend some amazing dishes, also pairing an excellent wine with dinner. The venue has an intimate, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Behind the dishes you can perceive the uniqueness, commitment and originality of the idea! Prices are appropriate to the type of cuisine. We will definitely be back, it's not easy to find places of this level in the area.

11/05/2024: Really not a pleasant experience! We went here 6 people. The food came quickly, but the quality of it was not acceptable. The food they served was greasy and full of no taste. They charge 12 euros for 2 baskets of dry bread with nothing else! The seafood tasted like it was too old and well, my friend got sick in the evening and threw up several times. Would strongly recommend not visiting this restaurant!

29/04/2024: Delightful place. Friendly staff and knowledgeable and very nice owners. We took bastard potatoes as an appetizer, with spices and cream cheese.... Amazing. Exceptional meat, tender and tasty, served with grilled or sautéed vegetables. The pizza was also very good. Light and digestible dough. For dessert we had a savory crumble and pistachio cream... I know. Prices absolutely average. Highly recommended! Greetings from the Romans!

24/02/2024: La Sicilia in tutta la sua bontà e genuinità. La ricotta è stata regina dagli antipasti, ai ravioli al pistacchio di Bronte, al cannolo. Locale curato e accogliente dall’ottima musica al personale caloroso. Fatevi consigliare da loro!

18/02/2024: Accolti benissimo dal ragazzo di sala, assistiti bene dal gentilissimo proprietario, buon cibo e bella location. Eccellenti i ravioli con il maialino ibleo. Torneremo senz'altro.

24/04/2024: Abbiamo trovato questo ristorante mentre facevamo un giretto a marina di modica. Ristorante con una buona scelta di piatti sia di mare che di carne, con una lunga lista di pizze anche. Noi abbiamo optato per una tartare di manzo (molto buona!) e di primo abbiamo scelto i gnocchetti speck e pesto di pistacchio, che devo dire erano fantastici! Le verdure grigliate non pienamente soddisfacenti.. ma per il resto, conto e servizio ottimi.

21/04/2024: Prima Comunione di mio figlio al Boca Marina! Banchetto a base di pesce, cucinato e servito con assoluta eccellenza! Non finite mai di stupirci, non solo 🔝 nel fare le PIZZE, ma "maestri" anche nel gestire banchetti. Grazie per la vostra professionalità e gentilezza.

27/04/2024: Dinner was fantastic, best swordfish that I have ever eaten. Also the local wine was great . It was so good, I had to try the desert and that topped everything off in taste bud heaven!
