03/08/2026: A pizza round for €25 per person (not high quality, indeed...) which included a bottle of water for every 4 people, without air conditioning (with 36 degrees) and among the various costs of drinks not included is the coffee for €2, which is served not at the counter but at the bar, you have to go and get it yourself, in paper cups!

15/08/2026: Very rude, unintrested and careless staff. We were waiting for over 10 minutes for anyone to come. The main thing is that there were a ton of waiters around us all the time and they completely ignored us. Our table was dirty and when the waiter finally came to clean it, not to also take our order, because the table had pizza crusts left he spilled it all over us and didn't even apologize. When we finally got up to leave he brought us the menu and we ignored him and left. Do not recommend.

03/08/2026: The atmosphere is very welcoming as soon as you walk in; you immediately feel at ease. The service is impeccable, the staff are friendly, attentive, and incredibly responsive, even when the place is full. As for the pizzas, they're a real treat. The crust is thin and perfectly crispy, the ingredients are fresh and generously distributed. You can tell it's made with care, and that makes all the difference. Special mention goes to the cooking, which is perfect—neither overcooked nor undercooked. The only thing that bothered me a little was the hygiene. I noticed that the person putting the ham on the pizzas didn't wash their hands before handling it. They did wash them right after, though. Apart from that, I have nothing else to mention. Overall, we had a great time, the food was delicious, and we received a warm welcome. I recommend this pizzeria for its atmosphere and the quality of its pizzas, hoping that the hygiene standards will be improved.

26/07/2026: The quality of the ingredients was good, and the fish appeared fresh. Unfortunately, however, the overall experience didn't live up to expectations. The wait was quite long, the portions were small, and the prices, in my opinion, were not commensurate with the amount served or the setting. A notable example was a simple swordfish steak for a little girl, served without any side dishes, costing €28. I even politely commented on one of the dishes, but I had the impression that the kitchen wasn't particularly open to constructive feedback. For this reason, I preferred not to press the issue. Overall, while I acknowledge the freshness of the ingredients, it's an experience I personally wouldn't want to repeat.

23/05/2026: Very expensive, and not very attentive to service, a very nice place for sure, a characteristic port, it could offer much more, but I saw the service as slow, we arrived at 8.30 and at 10 they served, with a small child it was a bit heavy, even in the order, they only eat fish but they didn't have mussels, and they said it after we ordered and so we had to waste even more time in choosing dinner!

22/12/2025: A simple little restaurant, but that doesn't mean it's not good quality. The menu is limited, but it has everything to satisfy those who want good food. I had the mussel soup with a very good, not too heavy sauce. The squid was also good, cooked properly and flavorful. Prices are reasonable, not expensive. The atmosphere is clean, and the service is friendly.

28/12/2025: Never trust the reviews... the property doesn't just have a hotel, but also rooms in the center of Bagheria. Very nice showers and excellent services, good cleaning as well. I got it at a great price for the Christmas period. I always found parking in the square near the church. Out of necessity, I had to stay an extra night and the lady who takes care of it immediately found me another accommodation in the same building nearby. You'll find everything, even a nice place where you can relax and drink good wine. It allows you to stay with the comforts it offers and didn't limit herself to fulfilling every request we had. If I have to highlight a shortcoming, well, there isn't one because in a property you have to look for a good shower and a good bed to be able to relax after a day discovering the wonders that Sicily and Palermo in particular have to offer. If you're looking for the comforts of home, then stay at your home.

26/04/2026: Yesterday, April 25th, my family and I went to eat at this restaurant. Since there were 11 of us, we obviously had reservations, and when we arrived, despite a few families passing us in line to get in, we sat down at the table. After a short chat, a waiter came to take our orders. We had ordered nine set menus, a children's menu, and a gluten-free menu. After a while, the appetizers for the set menus arrived.

07/08/2026: They didn't let me access the beach club (which was empty, to boot) because I was with minors, even though their website explicitly states otherwise. The day before, they didn't answer my phone or my web browser to book. "If we're talking about daytime access to the Solemar Club (beach club/solarium during the day) and not the evening bars or disco, the situation changes drastically. Regarding the daytime solarium and the beach: Minors MAY access, but only if accompanied by an adult (like a mother with her three children). Minors MAY NOT access alone (without the presence and supervision of a responsible adult)." Congratulations for your professionalism😄

03/08/2026: On Saturday, I had lunch at Solemar. Beyond the location, which is renowned for being an elegant and classy place to unwind, I found the welcome in the dining room to be truly fantastic. Alessia was present throughout the entire lunch, accommodating all my table's needs with a smile and great professionalism. I will definitely be back for lunch, because beyond a fantastic location, it's important to find courteous, professional, and attentive service like that of Alessia and her colleagues.

20/08/2026: Homemade appetizer, which should really be called a discount appetizer. A small plate with 7-8 canned pitted green olives, two slices of packaged cooked ham and pancetta, two slices of stale bread with tomato sauce, passed off as bruschetta, and 3-4 slices of packaged Emmental cheese. For our first course, we ordered pasta with sardines, inedible, with no sauce, dark brown sardines, and nonexistent wild fennel, just dried, old seeds. There were 3 of us and we spent €75. Absolutely not recommended, a terrible experience. 👎🏻The problem isn't the price, if the food is good quality. The Emmental and cooked ham are from the discount store, not homemade at all. Bruschetta should be served with homemade bread and is usually topped with chopped cherry tomatoes, salt, oil, and garlic. The sardines weren't fresh at all, but were brown and almost black. The pasta was completely dry, without any seasoning. My criticism isn't about the price itself.

02/05/2026: We booked a table online and received a confirmation email. When we arrived, the restaurant appeared to be closed permanently; there was no sign or notice. When we tried to call, the phone didn't even ring. It would be a good idea to update the information, or at least remove the option to book online.

06/01/2026: In Cefalù, a beautiful location, based on my experiences (maybe I attract them) and a place where it is very difficult, if not impossible, to eat well, perhaps tonight has hit rock bottom or almost, starting from the fact that with the appetizers still on the table they bring you the following courses, not because of speed of service, but rather because of a lack of communication between the kitchen and the dining room, with the waiter who did not know where to put the dishes, (appetizers a little above average) they bring my friend at the table the pasta with sardines that seems like the one from the cans that the brothers side dish in Palermo make, I had ordered a mushroom risotto (it was supposed to be with seafood, but alas they had run out of mussels and clams), my negligence did not read that there were pistachio nuggets, but the risotto that arrived at my table seemed only pistachio and some traces of mushrooms, totally tasteless so much so that I left it, as icing on the cake the kitchen was so quick that they forgot My friend's dish, grilled swordfish, I could go on, but I'll draw a veil of silence, reiterating that many of the places I've visited in Cefalù (again based on my experience) are fortunate to be located in a pearl of a seaside resort swarmed by tourists, and eating is still a must. The only positive note was the sommelier who served the drinks at the table.

31/07/2026: I ate the pizza with great pleasure and enjoyment. The dough was really well-made, light and not at all heavy. Furthermore, the staff and service, along with the pizza, were 5-star: fast, friendly, and always very helpful. I gave the ambiance 4 stars only because I found the interior a bit small, but this in no way detracts from the evening or the quality of the service. This evening I came with the kids from the Institute for the Blind and will definitely be back in the future, very willingly, either alone or with my family, to enjoy an excellent pizza. PS. I've attached photos of the appetizers and pizzas served, which are truly delicious and the pizza delivery service is efficient <3.

21/08/2026: Bucatini with sardines is a special and hearty dish that's definitely worth trying. Overall, it's a simple, home-style dish, steeped in tradition. The slightly rough feel when interacting with customers could be improved to create an even more exciting experience.

18/08/2026: This pizzeria was advertised to us in the parking lot (that should have tipped us off), and when we arrived at 2:30 pm, we were met with a dismissive "close" and a wave of the hand (like, "get lost"). I don't mind being told it's too late to eat, and I understand that, but at least be courteous.
