12/02/2026: Let's start with the welcome, which is top notch! The owner is incredibly kind (even over the phone), and the staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. The location is lovely, and the food is delicious. Prices are moderately high, but it's worth it. The ingredients are top-quality, and the pinsa is exceptional. Try it!

10/01/2026: Vinetna is definitely a landmark in Linguaglossa. While the cuisine focuses on fresh ingredients and tradition, the dining room offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere thanks to Stefania and her brother. The excellent wines from the wine shop elevate the experience to a memorable level. I hope to return soon.

23/12/2025: Great find. We loved our dinner at this family-run osteria: the food, the wine (let Stefania select for you!), the warm service. Dishes were inventive, fresh and highlighted the region. Highly recommend!

13/01/2026: Guided tour led by an heir of the Biscari family, priced at €10. The tour is very interesting, considering the rooms you visit and the story of the noble family's evolution over the centuries. The music room is fantastic. The tour lasts approximately one hour and 30 minutes. I highly recommend it if you're in Catania.

11/02/2026: Overall, a decent experience, but one incident inevitably affected the evening. The charcuterie and cheese platter featured good products, albeit rather basic and not particularly refined. The pizza was pleasant in flavor; however, the leavening was probably not perfectly balanced, as I found it a bit heavy in the hours that followed. The most sensitive note was the wine. I had ordered a glass of Coraline Frappato rosé, but was served a white wine. Upon observation, I was told it was still a rosé, but it was described as "Grillo." Furthermore, I noticed that the wine was poured by mixing two already opened bottles, and what was served did not correspond to a rosé. I believe that clarity, consistency, and correctness are essential elements in the restaurant business. For this very reason, while I appreciated some aspects of the experience, it is not a place I would personally choose to frequent again.

25/09/2025: The food here was very creative and tasty. I had the "lasagna" which was layers of steak and vegetables with melted cheese on top and it was excellent. My wife had the gluten free pasta and that was also very good. One of the best meals we've had in our two weeks here in Sicily. Anil the waiter was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately there was hardly anyone there when we were there and the interior was a bit basic.

05/03/2026: Absolutely excellent and the staff were lovely. Authentic dishes that you won't find anywhere else. They welcomed us like regulars and were very patient with our children despite their boundless energy.

06/01/2026: We had the famous appetizers. A good starter, but then when they brought out Venere rice with some shrimp and coucous with surimi, everything took on an unpleasant connotation. I don't know how someone could do something like this, with all the wonderful seafood available in Catania. A table for two barely fit two dishes in addition to ours. Kudos to the wait staff who served us.

20/12/2025: The food was delicious, but the staff left a lot to be desired. They immediately took away the plates with my daughter's dinner still on them, making it clear we had to leave... we'll hardly be back!

09/12/2025: Luckily, we found this little restaurant; we ate wonderfully. The wild fennel pasta had a fragrance that filled the entire room. The meat was also delicious, perfectly cooked and tender, and the eggplant ravioli were also delicious. The owners were very kind and attentive. The place is small but welcoming. I recommend parking a little before reaching the restaurant square, as there's only room for 6-7 cars.

14/01/2026: Pizzeria del Centro. Known for its traditional thin-crust pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven at affordable prices. It's a popular spot for both tourists and university students, offering dine-in and takeout options.

15/02/2026: This ended up being our favourite meal in Sicily. We were welcomed with complimentary bruschetta, which immediately set the tone. The service was truly amazing — warm, thoughtful, and very homey. We ordered one pasta to share and they kindly split it into two bowls for us without even being asked. We also had mussels as an appetizer, and they swapped our plates so we could share easily. The pasta was incredible, portions were generous, and everything felt made with care. We only found this place on our last day and really wish we had discovered it sooner. Such a comforting, memorable meal

04/01/2026: We discovered this restaurant by chance while strolling along the Torre Archirafi seafront. We were pleasantly surprised by the dishes on the menu: everything was fresh and good quality, with generous and flavorful appetizers. For our first course, we ordered the house specialty, shrimp and spider crab risotto...very, very good! In short, if you're in the area, it's a must-try!

03/01/2026: New Year's Eve 2026 Lunch. An excellent seafood New Year's Eve lunch. From appetizer to dessert, everything was delicious. The host was very kind and attentive. I recommend it and will be back.
