08/12/2024: A nice and kind grandfather illustrates the delicacies of the day and you are already having difficulty choosing because you would order everything. Without having chosen them, after a minute you get "amazing" appetizers that you struggle to eat without bread (otherwise you'll get full and ruin your lunch). Exquisite first and second courses! “Mascalese” red wine and superb desserts. Well done and kind! Highly recommended!!

Grazie alla famiglia Murabito ogni spazio è valorizzato in ogni piccolo particolare. Un luogo dove Charme e lusso si uniscono a professionalità e passione per garantire agli ospiti un’esperienza indimenticabile. I piatti dello chef Giuseppe Bonaccorso richiamano la tradizione siciliana e vengono riproposti con creatività e accostamenti di sapori capaci di soddisfare anche i palati più esigenti. Il sommelier Mario Cutroneo sembra essere un mago degli abbinamenti con vini d’eccezione che si sposano perfettamente al gusto prelibato dei prodotti a km 0 della nostra amata Sicilia. Nulla da invidiare agli stellati! Il saluto finale include la pasticceria mignon tradizionale ed un drink davvero innovativo. “Fantastico” è l’aggettivo perfetto per descrivere un’esperienza dove tutto sembra muoversi al limite tra fantasia e realtà.

The farmhouse is magnificent, the sounds of the countryside lull you during the day and the silence accompanies the night. The owner is very kind and always open to pleasant chats! Excellent food! Both restaurant and breakfast

20/08/2024: Experience to be had, the rooms like the whole structure would need an overhaul, but overall we had a great time.

03/12/2024: Wow, after two days of looking for good Sicilian food we finally found it. Everything we ordered was delicious. The staff were awesome. The ambience is great. The only issue is parking but it will not deter us from going back.

Restaurant was not full at evening but i this its because of low season

04/12/2024: We had dinner there last night, without many places open in the area where we were next to the airport, but without a doubt a great success. A traditional place with a family touch, the waiters treated us well, trying to make us understand, since my Italian is non-existent, and we clearly got it right. Pasta to the norm, pasta arrabiata and an assorted portion of fried foods, everything was delicious, one of the best fried foods I have ever had, nothing oily or strange flavors, and the pasta was very good. Complements of each type of cheese for each pasta. We also had some cannoli for dessert, just like that. Good price for the quality we had,

11/11/2024: Friendliness and hospitality reign supreme. Fish dishes with a delicate and very fresh taste. Highly recommended appetizer and pasta with squid ink. Ending a holiday with this wonderful culinary experience is worth it!

25/08/2024: Una bella scoperta! Per caso ci sediamo in questo ristorante, subito veniamo accolti benissimo da Simone, proprietario molto simpatico e gentile. Ti fa sentire subito a casa. La cucina è ottima. Ci siamo rilassati e goduti il pranzo, e chiacchierato piacevolmente con lui, un ragazzo molto attento ai rapporti umani, cosa che manca purtroppo oggi e che ci ha fatto piacere trovare nel suo locale. Grazie di tutto☺️ sedetevi e godetevi il pranzo ad Acicastello senza fretta!

22/08/2024: We had lunch here on Saturday and it was excellent. My daughter and I had the clam pasta which was delicious.. The service was friendly and nothing too much trouble. The prices were reasonable too.

16/12/2024: Suggestive location in the "heart" of Catania baroque, near Piazza Stesicoro. The owner Chiara welcomes you with kindness and professionalism. Excellent dishes with selected and genuine ingredients. The winner is... "Spaghetti alla carbonara"; the spaghetti is perfect for absorbing the creamy sauce, giving it a uniform flavor. The ingredients (pasta, bacon, pecorino romano, eggs, salt and black pepper) are excellent. Excellent quality/price ratio. Mandatory stop if you come to visit Catania.

28/09/2024: Dico soltanto che diciotto euro per due semplici spritz, serviti in due bicchieri da acqua ed una ciotolina di taralli, mi sono sembrati veramente tanti. Capisco lo stile vintage del locale, ma le sedie vecchie e lacerate con l’imbottitura che pendeva da una parte anche no!
