10/02/2025: Restaurant with high level cuisine, impeccable service, we enjoyed a truly sublime grouper risotto, not to mention the desserts, all absolutely above average... Congratulations, we will definitely be back. Prices obviously not cheap but absolutely in line with the quality offered.

29/01/2025: It's not the first time I've eaten here, but I haven't been here for a few years. Simple and pleasant environment, courteous staff. The food was good: we took a mixed starter of land (very good and rich) and one of sea, and two second courses, one of land and one of sea. Adequate price.

26/01/2025: Wonderful experience on all fronts, extremely helpful and professional staff, their help was fundamental in recommending the dishes we would order, explaining everything down to the smallest detail. We had 2 starters and second courses, I don't think I've ever eaten so well out before visiting them. We really appreciated the intimacy and peace of the place. Even though I live quite far away, I hope to return as soon as possible, highly recommended!

20/01/2025: Posso solamente dire che in questo locale la cucina è di alto livello: se esistessero le divinità culinarie, certamente queste avrebbero residenza in questo ristorante, che è bello, gravido di storia, bellezza, arte e talento. 13/01/2025: Long but acceptable wait, good food but nothing special, especially considering what happened to us when it came to the bill. A sea bass cooked in foil which costs 10 on the menu is priced at 15. We ask for explanations and the answer was that cooked in foil it costs 15 and grilled 10. If there is a price on the menu it should be respected, and even more so if it is not done the receipt and we pay you in cash, and having waited an hour to eat it would have been right to at least respect the price indicated on the menu.

15/11/2024: Location veramente molto bella, caratteristica, tipica, si presta a dettagli estetici di spessore artistico armonioso, personale sorridente e molto accogliente, solare. Il cibo è delizioso, squisito, la cucina casereccia utilizza prodotti tipici del posto che rendono qualsiasi pietanza oltre che genuina, qualitativamente eccellente. Ho preso un filetto di vitello con salsa di pistacchio, me ne sono innamorata letteralmente, non ho mai mangiato così bene. La carne tenerissima esalta il palato, cotta al punto giusto né troppo cotta, né troppo cruda, sembra sciogliersi in bocca, ogni morso esalta le papille gustative. La qualità del cibo e della cucina è veramente elevata, L’ambiente famigliare ti fa sentire accolto, in casa. Decisamente soddisfatta della mia cena. Il dolce (la torta al pistacchio, accompagnata dal gelato al pistacchio VERO di Bronte) squisitamente deliziosa, curata nel dettaglio, fa sognare. Tutto veramente delizioso, di una bontà unica. Assolutamente consigliato per chi, stanco di mangiare cibo industriale preferisce affidarsi a dei veri e propri professionisti della cucina e del cibo biologico. Ps. Hanno anche cucina per celiaci.

15/11/2024: Locale semplice ma caldo e accogliente dove ad avvolgerti sono i profumi provenienti dalla cucina e la gentilezza dei proprietari. Cucina tradizionale casereccia, dove gusto e prodotti di ottima qualità, attraverso il palato, conquistano l’anima. Ricercata selezione di ottimi vini è una carta di dessert di tutto rispetto. A mio avviso, il miglior ristorante in cui sia mai stato.

03/01/2025: Fantastic experience, absolute tranquility, as they say, unplug and isolate yourself from the world! Homemade dishes but of the highest quality, Mr. Salvo, with his kindness and availability, gave us a "hug" every day, making us feel at home. An infinite thank you to all the staff and the chef who delighted our palates. I highly recommend it.

30/12/2024: The prices do not correspond to the quality and portion size. Waiting time 1.5 hours, on a working day, not during rush hours. The fried seafood was very over salted, some of the shrimps were stale. The only plus was the friendly service.

01/12/2024: Il castello san marco è quel luogo dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato senza risentire dell’invecchiamento. Grazie alla famiglia Murabito ogni spazio è valorizzato in ogni piccolo particolare. Un luogo dove Charme e lusso si uniscono a professionalità e passione per garantire agli ospiti un’esperienza indimenticabile. I piatti dello chef Giuseppe Bonaccorso richiamano la tradizione siciliana e vengono riproposti con creatività e accostamenti di sapori capaci di soddisfare anche i palati più esigenti. Il sommelier Mario Cutroneo sembra essere un mago degli abbinamenti con vini d’eccezione che si sposano perfettamente al gusto prelibato dei prodotti a km 0 della nostra amata Sicilia. Nulla da invidiare agli stellati! Il saluto finale include la pasticceria mignon tradizionale ed un drink davvero innovativo. “Fantastico” è l’aggettivo perfetto per descrivere un’esperienza dove tutto sembra muoversi al limite tra fantasia e realtà.

16/02/2025: I went there yesterday with 4 other friends for lunch, excellent service, equally good food, super well-kept location, we sat down and they immediately brought us some breadsticks made by the chef and a focaccia also handmade by the chef with exceptional caramelized onion on top, I won't go into too much detail because I could speak in an excellent manner about any course from appetizer to dessert!! Super recommended, well done everyone

17/01/2025: Wide choice of pizzas and pizzoli... I chose the pistachio pizzolo and it was delicious, the beer was also excellent. Friendly and attentive staff, excellent location close to the centre.
