17/08/2025: Let me start by saying that my wife and I, residents of Veneto, searched online for a Sicilian restaurant with clear seafood culinary traditions. In fact, amidst an endless sea of offers and reviews online, we decided to trust in "lady luck," seeing our chosen restaurant for the first time only on the day of our celebration. 🤞 Therefore, without prejudice or influence from reviews posted by cybernauts, last night we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Ristorante Costa Corsara, located at Viale Marino, 29 – Isola delle Femmine, and we couldn't have chosen a better place! The restaurant is welcoming, with attention to detail, a location with a maritime flavor and aroma that alone is worth the evening. The atmosphere is intimate and relaxed, perfect for a special occasion. The staff was extremely kind, attentive but never intrusive, making us feel pampered from start to finish. We chose a seafood dinner, and every course was a true delight: incredibly fresh appetizers, flavorful first courses, and perfectly cooked and presented second courses. All accompanied by an excellent wine recommended by the waiter, which proved to be a perfect choice. The anniversary cake was carefully presented and complemented by themed details, thus helping to make our evening even more special. A truly captivating gastronomic experience: impeccable quality, service, and atmosphere. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone seeking authentic seafood cuisine and a warm welcome. 19/08/2025: We ordered a takeout pizza to eat on the boat. After a while, we approached the counter to politely ask if it was ready, and the pizza chef, instead of responding normally, ordered us to leave in a threatening and rude tone. This was truly inappropriate behavior: we certainly don't expect a red carpet, but at least a modicum of politeness. An unpleasant experience that ruined the excitement of the moment.

18/08/2025: Arancina Ragu for 3,5€ but they taste terrible. Expensive and definitely not worse the price. Not classic sicilian food!

14/08/2025: On Saturday, August 9, we booked a table for six people at 10:00 PM. When we arrived, there was no table with the reservation's name, and the waiters did nothing to remedy the situation. We were dismissed rather rudely and left.

07/08/2025: Small, misshapen pizzas; completely undercooked (raw pizzas). Ridiculous and overpriced salads (€9). The "best" part is still missing: the delivery was nothing short of disastrous; the delivery man was at least 15 minutes late, obviously after several phone calls to reconfirm the delivery location. The delivery man also didn't even realize that the pizzas and salads were part of the same order. Finally, he couldn't even find the receipt, so he couldn't give us the correct change... Embarrassing.

12/05/2025: Restaurant sieht schön aus. Obwohl es genügend Platz im Saal gibt, bekommen wir einen Tisch direkt beim Eingang. Wirt wirkt ungepflegt und unpassend in Schlabberhose gekleidet. Essen sehr salzig.

12/03/2025: We chose this restaurant based on the good reviews. Unfortunately, I don't understand it at all. The service was bored and disinterested; Sicilian specialties were basically out of stock. A wet plate with wet salt packets arrived at the table without comment, along with bread and half a bottle of oil. I would have liked to order olives and a piece of pecorino, as the bread was fresh and delicious. The waiter didn't even look at us, even though we were the only guests, along with two others. A simple insalata mista for €10 consisted of a shallow dessert plate, just as shallowly filled. On top, some iceberg lettuce and some radiccio. The main course, touristy calamari fritti, was OK, but overpriced for its quantity and simplicity. It's a shame; with more interest in the customer, some of these mistakes could have been overlooked. And we would have gladly paid extra for the dolce vita, if we had had the money!

05/06/2025: Ho pranzato due volte in questo ristorante palermitano, ma di ispirazione napoletana. Ho preso spaghetti alla nerano, cotoletta e babà al rhum (in tutto ne ho presi 4 su 2 volte che l'ho frequentato, quindi nè confermo il gradimento). Spero di tornarci quanto tornerò a Palermo.

10/05/2025: Locale brutto, poco illuminato e poco curato a causa di lavori lasciati appositamente grezzi per non spendere soldi, ma la cosa ignobile è sia la musica che il volume della stessa che non permette neppure di conversare. Il cibo non l'ho neppure considerato perché lha fatto acidità in partenza.

05/05/2025: Locale ottimo e atmosfera super ad un passo dal teatro Massimo. Aperitivo cenato molto ricco e gustoso. Hanno una vasta scelta di prodotti gluten free e sono tutti squisiti. Prezzi ottimi e personale gentilissimo.

04/05/2025: Il locale e’ giovanile a due passi dal teatro Massimo. Personale gentile. Il tagliere di apericena compreso di drink era abbondante considerato che in altri locali si mangia molto meno ma non giustifica il prezzo esagerato di 18€, negli anni aveva un prezzo inferiore. Le cose da mangiare sono semplici varie e tipiche siciliane: formaggio e salumi ( proprio 2 pezzi), panelle e crocche’, patate, coppa di pasta ecc

27/04/2025: I saw one of Messina's historic restaurants as a child and several years have passed, the food is quite good, yesterday I tasted the pasta with swordfish bottarga which was good, the other dishes were also satisfactory, prices were normal for ganzirri and unlike other places the kitchen was still open even though it was almost midnight. It has closed permanently, update yourself

15/06/2025: Me and my girlfriend (both British) came here the other day and it’s now our favorite spot in Agrigento, the food is both super affordable and surprisingly delicious, and the atmosphere is a perfect, cosy very family orientated environment for couples and families. We will most definitely be coming here again. (My girlfriend is gluten free, and they specially made her a gluten free version of the pizza she wanted) and do so for all guests.

20/08/2025: I ate at this restaurant for lunch, and honestly, I could have found much better. First, the waitress was rude, and she bothered to repeat the menu to me twice (not everyone was there, and the others weren't informed). Second, the explanation for the set menu is somewhat questionable, given that they told us about swordfish or pork steak, and we got calamari and sausage (raw), justifying it as the chef's choice, but no one had informed us beforehand. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances, and a piece of advice: instead of getting upset and acting indifferent, be thankful that there are people who pay you for this terrible service.
