24/12/2025: Looooove their food it’s so delicious and in such a creative way! It’s a small little food lab but what they create is amazing. Everyone is friendly and the owners Marina and Francesca were so kind and helpful with all my questions and gave me ideas and suggestions for alternatives to a menu they created for my twins bday.
PS. Make sure to place your orders ahead of time for special occasions as we did and would have regretted missing out, for st. Lucia and their special arancine they were the best my family and friends ever had!!

20/08/2025: The best resort on Salina, from what we've seen, is the Aeolian Islands. A private beach with a wooden platform and lifeguards, a shaded olive grove with a kiosk, a restaurant, tables, and hammocks. And a magnificent botanical garden to stroll through.
Perfect for those looking for amenities.

05/08/2025: Eravamo due famiglie. La varietà dei piatti ha accontento tutti. Ottimi sapori e qualità. Personale gentile. Se posso permettermi ho trovato esagerato il coperto a 4 euro a persona e soprattutto una porzione di patatine a 7 euro.
03/08/2025: Anche quest’anno sono tornato in questa trattoria.
Personale super accogliente, professionale, gentile e pronto a soddisfare le richieste del cliente, quando possibile.
Ottimi i piatti a base di pesce, ma anche di carne.
Anche salumi e formaggi sono favolosi per chi non gradisce i precedenti.
Tutti i piatti sono preparati con materie prime di prima qualità. Super consigliato anche per i “non amanti del pesce”.
È il nono anno che torno alla Pinnata e non sono mai restato deluso!

20/09/2025: A good place to eat seafood is essential. They cook quite well, with an excellent slice of pauro, and a good mixed fried fish platter with various types of fish. Perhaps the shrimp and calamari were missing, but the cuttlefish made up for it. The fish appetizer, which was rather sparse, could use a rethink. All in all, a place worth trying. And last but not least, the service was impeccable and fast. The only flaw is the location, which is from the 1980s, but the quality of the food makes up for it. It's been closed for good for several months now.
11/04/2025: Honestly, one of my favorite places to eat in Messina, one of those hidden places that, however, at a very honest price, serve divine food.

19/03/2025: A restaurant in a pearly hotel in the middle of a gray sea... a spectacular place. Beautiful design, gorgeous color combinations, excellent lounge music in the background, attentive and fast service, and very refined cuisine. I think there's no point looking for anything better in Favara. Prices are a bit above the local average, but fully justified. Excellent.
