20/08/2025: The best resort on Salina, from what we've seen, is the Aeolian Islands. A private beach with a wooden platform and lifeguards, a shaded olive grove with a kiosk, a restaurant, tables, and hammocks. And a magnificent botanical garden to stroll through. Perfect for those looking for amenities.

24/12/2025: Looooove their food it’s so delicious and in such a creative way! It’s a small little food lab but what they create is amazing. Everyone is friendly and the owners Marina and Francesca were so kind and helpful with all my questions and gave me ideas and suggestions for alternatives to a menu they created for my twins bday. PS. Make sure to place your orders ahead of time for special occasions as we did and would have regretted missing out, for st. Lucia and their special arancine they were the best my family and friends ever had!!

11/08/2025: Il ristorante era molto accogliente. I nostri primi erano molto buoni. I secondi anch'essi buoni. I dolci buonissimi, in particolare la crema al pistacchio.

06/08/2025: The location is unquestionably nice, Etna surroundings are amazing. The restaurant itself is nice and a kind of minimalist. Food is excellent and the local beers are very intriguing. Service is punctual and prices are more than acceptable.

23/07/2025: Abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante e siamo rimasti molto contenti. La pasta alla Eoliana era ottima come anche il pesce. Il servizio veloce ed i prezzi nella media. Ci simo poi ritornati una seconda sera e non ci ha deluso.

12/07/2025: Torno ogni anno da Don Piricuddu a Vulcano, ed è sempre una garanzia di qualità, freschezza e calore. Questo posto ha davvero qualcosa di speciale: l’atmosfera familiare e il pesce, sempre freschissimo e cucinato con maestria da Fabio. Ogni piatto è un viaggio nei sapori autentici delle Eolie. Dai crudi alle linguine all’astice blu: tutto è preparato con passione e rispetto per la tradizione locale. La gentilezza del personale e la cura nei dettagli rendono l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. È il mio appuntamento fisso ogni estate, e ogni volta riescono a sorprendermi. Un luogo dove si mangia benissimo e ci si sente a casa. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca il meglio del pesce in un angolo di paradiso!

24/06/2025: La mia esperienza in questo ristorante è stata decisamente negativa. Il pesce crudo, che avrebbe dovuto essere il punto di forza del menù, era chiaramente al limite di freschezza, se non passato. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è inaccettabile: prezzi alti per piatti privi di gusto, mal bilanciati e dall’aspetto trascurato. L’estetica è trascurata, con accostamenti discutibili e una cura inesistente per i dettagli. Inaccettabile poi trovare nel piatto il carapace del granchio lasciato lì senza alcun criterio: una scelta di pessimo gusto, che compromette sia la fruibilità del piatto che l’esperienza complessiva. Unica nota positiva, la possibilità di cenare all’esterno con vista sulla piazza. Peccato che anche questa venga rovinata da una postazione scomodissima, con tavoli così stretti da rendere difficile l'accesso

22/06/2025: Molto deludente. I balconcini panoramici sulla piazza, sono piccolissimi e scomodi. I decantati piatti di pesce senza carattere, sapori slegati e, per questo, ingiustificatamente costosissimi . Spaghetti all'astice meno che mediocri, della pasta tipo gnocchetti con broccoli e gamberi rossi di Mazara, con gamberi senza sapore assolutamente non freschi ed affogati in un incomprensibile sugo con broccoli che induce seri interrogativi sul percorso formativo dello chef. Insipidi e malamente riscaldati gli antipasti. Dulcis in fundo, cannoli siciliani insignificanti ripieni solo ai lati, con cannolo praticamente per lo più vuoto. Il conto è stato il colpo di grazia 241 euro in due. Questo ristorante è un enorme bluff.

05/08/2025: Siamo venuti a mangiare a mangiare con degli amici abbiamo mangiato antipasti buonissimi il 1 paccheri con pesce spada gamberi e cozze che era di una bontà superlativa x concludere una frittura d paranza freschissima e buonissima staff meravigliosi e cordiali e super disponibili.. Resoconto si mangia benssimo ad un prezzo stracciato stra consigliato

05/08/2025: Ci siamo recati in questa trattoria del posto dove abbiamo trovato del cibo buonissimo a prezzi contenuti. All'interno del locale, inoltre, ci si sente in famiglia, grazie alla simpatia e alla professionalità di Roberta e del maestro Lillo.

19/03/2025: A restaurant in a pearly hotel in the middle of a gray sea... a spectacular place. Beautiful design, gorgeous color combinations, excellent lounge music in the background, attentive and fast service, and very refined cuisine. I think there's no point looking for anything better in Favara. Prices are a bit above the local average, but fully justified. Excellent.

12/04/2026: Short holiday in a beautiful seaside town, we had booked a simple room and we were given a suite as a gift, a wonderful surprise

04/01/2026: A potentially beautiful property, surrounded by greenery and architecturally interesting... it's a shame it's been poorly managed, starting with the reception (upon arrival, it was impossible to reach the person who was supposed to check in by phone), and leaving aside other oversights... when we had to report the lack of hot water, we were told that it was a holiday (January 1st) and all that could be done was restart the boiler—which never turned on. So, two days without hot water... but of course, when this was pointed out, we were told that we were being pretentious, what could possibly have happened about having to wash with cold water on January 1st, and that it was all just excuses to get a discount... All this was shouted by Mrs. Valeria, who made us look like liars and pretentious. This person needs to take a crash course in good manners and reconsider her role, as I see neither competence nor good manners, provoking people and behaving in an arrogant and aggressive manner. I should point out that we didn't pay peanuts for a room, but 95 euros...the only deserved star goes to Mrs. Patrizia, the breakfast lady...kind, cheerful, and welcoming, just as someone who manages a service that involves contact with the public should be. See you never again!

14/04/2025: We booked by phone at the last minute, but even over the phone, you can tell the care and attention they give to their customers. I saw truly interesting and well-prepared dishes served. I had an appetizer of roasted artichokes and mushrooms, cooked to perfection and very tasty. A 1kg steak was cooked to perfection, and a simple but truly flavorful orange salad complemented the delicious meat. All accompanied by a bottle of wine from the Donnafugata cellars. An excellent experience.

07/08/2025: Très bel hôtel situé dans le charmant village de Scopello. La vue sur la mer depuis la chambre que nous avions choisie était superbe. Le petit-déjeuner et les dîners étaient délicieux — je les recommande vivement. La piscine était très agréable et originale ! Elle paraît plus petite sur les photos du site, mais en réalité, elle est suffisamment grande pour nager confortablement. Le jardin est absolument magnifique, et le restaurant du midi, à l’ambiance décontractée, offre une très belle vue sur la mer. Le service était chaleureux et très agréable.

03/08/2025: Tutto perfetto! Location (panorama mozzafiato che permette di vedere la splendida costa di scopello nonostante il ristorante si trovi in una zona collinare), servizio impeccabile e cortese, materia prima di ottima qualità e piatti presentati con un’idea dietro la preparazione, bilanciati e saporiti! Si intuisce che il lavoro dello staff è volto a dare il meglio per la clientela e questo è possibile soltanto quando si mette passione ed amore per il proprio lavoro. Molto cortese e piacevole anche il gestore del locale che ha permesso di concludere questa esperienza con un ulteriore sorriso! Consigliatissimo!
