31/12/2024: Mediocre quality food, especially the octopus with potatoes left a lot to be desired. The other courses are average. High bill and not adequate for the quality of the food. Very kind and attentive staff. Overall I wouldn't stay here again.
07/11/2024: Excellent and consistent quality. Always a guarantee! Amazing mussels au gratin, spaghetti with clams and bottarga with delicious cherry tomatoes, baked sea bass with very good potatoes!

26/09/2024: We happen upon this enchanting place for lunch by chance, my boyfriend and I were truly fascinated by the cuisine, quality raw materials but above all delicacy in the expression of the dishes. We also returned in the evening... Exceptional.. If we return to these parts, needless to say we will definitely return...

31/01/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant and overall it was a good experience. My pizza, the "wagon wheel", was really excellent: a very large margherita with the addition of parmesan flakes during cooking and buffalo mozzarella, light and well cooked dough. My partner chose a swordfish steak with a side of broccoli: good, but nothing special.
We accompanied dinner with a bottle of water, two glasses of wine recommended by the maître (which however did not particularly impress us) and a decaf. Final bill 65 euros, a little high compared to what was consumed.
Very positive note: no problem to enter with our dog, who was welcomed without difficulty.
22/01/2025: I went to dinner with my girlfriend, we had:
a pizza with buffalo tuna
A calzone with burrata tomatoes
A medium beer
a bottle of water
We paid 42 euros, I will never go back there again, there is no such thing as paying a bill like that for two pizzas and a beer

21/11/2024: I introduce that I came to eat with my family. Good quality food and excellent value for money. Friendly waiters but only one detail distracted when listening. The owner of the restaurant was too open to jokes which made me feel uncomfortable. Furthermore, he didn't take me seriously and I agree that I really liked the environment because it was close to the sea and also the kindness of the waiters.
If it were up to me I wouldn't go back but as a family we could go back

After 14 days in Sardinia, the best restaurant.

25/10/2024: Pizzeria makes a good impression but the service is subpar. We had pizza and wine. The price was fair. Eat quickly and then leave quickly. We've never experienced it before... But see for yourself :-)

29/12/2024: I went last night with my friends wife and our dog and they treated us like criminals........ throwing us out because we wanted to eat at their place with the dog in tow!!!!! After a beautiful day at the seaside we didn't want to argue and lose the evening with the Carabinieri, given that they didn't even have a ban at the door and they treated us worse than "bad people"!!!!!
I am truly disgusted by the treatment I received in a place like this!!!!!
I feel sorry for them, to say the least, such scum and I hope that no one ever goes to such a place again!!!

21/10/2024: Frankly, the waitress, it’s true that she’s a fool, the pizza was nothing more. Even a frozen one. Salmon pasta is better. We were wondering where the pieces of salmon were? I don't recommend it, but you don't have much choice in the city of Palau it seems

21/10/2024: Surprised by the opinions, I share my experience. We really enjoyed the pizzas, with an excellent price/quality ratio. In addition, I would like to point out that paying for food and water is normal in Italy! Here the cover is 3€/person. We ate really well!! I recommend this restaurant.

Una zuppetta di cozze con il succo di gamberi non si può mangiare: le cozze sapevano di gambero!
Spaghetti alle vongole e bottarga con eccessiva salsa (?) corretta con farina (?)...non si sentiva il sapore delle vongole.

22/10/2024: Wir haben einen unglaublich ehrlichen und herzlichen Empfang erlebt und sehr leckeres Essen genossen. Keine Wartezeit, die Inhaber Mario und Pietro sind beide gentlemen der alten Schule, die ihr Lokal seit 1976 führen. Zum Kaffee haben wir einen großen Teller traditioneller Kekse bekommen und haben gleich entschlossen für den nächsten Tag zu reservieren. Am 2. Tag sind wir wieder warmherzig begrüßt worden. Pietro fragte, wann unser letzter
Tag sei und als wir sagten, dass wir am nächsten Tag weiter fahren, gab er meiner Tochter zum Abschied einen vollgepackten Korb Kekse mit, den wir den Rest des Urlaubs zum Frühstück genossen haben. La Taverna ist definitiv und mit großem Abstand das beste Restaurant, welches wir auf Sardinien besucht haben. Danke, Pietro und Mario! Ihr seid wahre Gentlemen!
