Everything excellent as always, a guarantee in the valley. Excellent cuisine, menu always updated and full of variations, very competent chef. Excellent and light pizza, top quality ingredients. Precise, never intrusive and attentive service. Location always clean and tidy, what can I say: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Good guys

Our group of 8 made reservations at Osteria della Marchesa after a few days of skiing Montgenevre and Seistriere. Only one in our party ordered a pizza (which was delicious), while the rest of us ordered the chef’s choice 3-course meal. You could choose between beef, seafood or vegetarian-themed meal. I chose the seafood as did 3 others in our party and the other 3 chose beef. Not knowing what the chef was going to make added to our adventure and we were not disappointed. In fact, while we have had many wonderful meals since arriving in Italy a week ago, Osteria della Marchesa exceeded our expectations! The food was superb, including the crusty bread to soak-up the savory sauces. The ambiance was cozy and relaxed. And our server, Deneeza (sp?), was warm, friendly and efficient. Thank you for making our trip so very special!

What can I say.... We went on Valentine's evening with my wife, I hadn't been there for a long time because I live a bit far away... I remembered a nice restaurant with nice cuisine... But now it's really the 🔝. The manager Daniele welcomes us very well as if we were family and made us feel good, but the rest of the staff was also very welcoming and smiling! Not a given in recent times. But let's get to the piece de resistance! Fish-based dinner: mouth-watering octopus stew, spaghetti with clams creamed with pesto and lime peel, very fragrant, even the shells to be eaten😂, and then the octopus burger with burrata and pistachio mayonnaise.... No, okay... The chef has outdone himself! we sent compliments to the kitchen because I have rarely found such careful attention to detail, and the plating was also well done. Unfortunately due to greed we didn't leave space for dessert, but it will be a good opportunity to return!!! Thank you so much because it was a pleasant evening! keep it up. P.S. Ristorante di buona fattura. Non riesco a darle un voto migliore e lo spiego. Nel mio valutare prima voce è il cibo poi il servizio personale è poi l'ambiente. Ora tutte queste tre voci devono sposarsi. In questo caso il cibo è sicuramente buono, ma di quantità troppo esigue. Per esempio le chicche in crema di castelmagno con speck al barolo sicuramente buone, ma due cucchiai sinceramente sono pochi. Veniamo alla nota stonata. Ordinato baccalà mantecato in crema di barbabietola... Arrivato del baccalà affumicato (3 fettine) con crema di cacio e pepe... Davanti ai dubbi d'errore la ragazza ci dice che è il piatto ordinato. Morale la persona non l'ha mangiato e ha dovuto prendersi una pizza. Pizza decisamente buona. Filetto in crema di zucca ed altre due creme (troppe 3). Un particolare molto ma molto sgradevole. Entriamo in sala (nn c'era nessuno), ma per terra c'erano defecazioni abbondanti di un cane. No questo proprio nn è accettabile. Inoltre locale molto rumoroso, ma va a gusti. Diciamo che i piatti vogliono dare un'immagine gourmet che non si sposano con il locale. Tre fettine di baccalà affumicato ( della Dac) con insalata come base e tre "gocce di cacio e pepe" possono ingannare i cultori di cucina immagine, ma non ci siamo.

Se vi trovate a Susa, una visita a questo ristorante è assolutamente d'obbligo. La cura per i dettagli è evidente in ogni piatto, dalla scelta e dalla qualità degli ingredienti. I menù sono costantemente aggiornati, mantenendo sempre un livello di eccellenza. Fatevi un regalo: venite a gustare le delizie culinarie offerte qui e non dimenticate di ringraziare lo chef personalmente.
