Evening with friends, one lard and pepper farinata, the other onion and gorgo, really excellent, my pizza was with raw ham and stracciatella, good, one flaw was the ham was cut a little too thick and difficult to eat, out of 5 a the boy was celiac, his pizza was brought when we were almost halfway through, even though there were about 10 tables in the place, but excellent service, friendly waiters

I expected more from the pizza....

Cena del 26/02/2024. Ubicazione non troppo comoda per il parcheggio, nei pressi dell’ospedale Molinette. Ambiente personale, che strizza l’occhio agli anni 60, tra poltrone recuperate da sale cinematografiche e suppellettili vintage; tavoli adeguatamente distanziati, seppur con il minus dell’assenza di qualsivoglia tovagliato, sedie comode e buon comfort acustico, da rivedere in giornata di maggior afflusso di clienti. Menu incentrato prevalentemente sulle pizze, con possibilità di scegliere il tipo di impasto, ridotto rispetto a quello reperibile sul sito Internet. Buona la farinata e le pizze, di diametro leggermente ridotto rispetto ad altri locali e generosamente condite, apprezzati i frittoli, accompagnati (nel nostro caso) da pomodori e olive che non si fanno ricordare, orecchia di elefante dalla cottura lievemente disomogenea complessivamente abbastanza umida e gustosa. Assortimento di birre,artigianali, piuttosto limitato. Servizio non molto rapido e non proprio puntuale, sia nel segnalare la mancata disponibilità di piatti presenti nel menu sia nel servire contemporaneamente tutti i commensali, criticità probabilmente ascrivibile alla giovane età del personale, il quale si distingue altresì per cortesia e gentilezza. Prezzo tutto sommato adeguato. Voto: 7

Menu focused mainly on pizzas, with the possibility of choosing the type of dough, smaller than that available on the website. The farinata and the pizzas are good, slightly smaller in diameter compared to other places and generously seasoned, the frittoli are appreciated, accompanied (in our case) by tomatoes and olives that are not to be remembered, elephant ear with slightly uneven cooking, overall quite moist and tasty. Rather limited assortment of craft beers. Service not very fast and not exactly punctual, both in reporting the unavailability of dishes on the menu and in serving all diners at the same time, a critical issue probably attributable to the young age of the staff, who also stands out for their courtesy and kindness. Overall, the price is adequate. Rating: 7

I think it's one of the best gluten-free pizzas I've eaten in Turin, it's certainly the only one I've found with a crust (Neapolitan pizza style). The dough is very light. The ingredients feel fresh and of high quality.

Found by chance. Having a celiac friend we were looking for a pizzeria near the lingotto for him too and to be safe. Excellent pizza with quality products. Various types of dough. Top desserts without forgetting the service. Super super recommended pizzeria.. good guys.🥰

Cena di compleanno e ritorrno dopo, forse, un decennio. Locale su 2 piani, adattato alla modernità ma con abbellimenti/arredi vintage, tavoloni grezzi, non tovagliati; personale giovane, forse un po' assente nel servizio agli angoli della sala o grandi gruppi. Ampia scelta di pizza, dalle classiche a tante proposte particolari (come ormai assodato nel mondo delle pizzerie cittadine) e verso il "gourmet". Pizza napoletana. Provata un'interessante con baccalà e verza: mai trovata prima, mi aspettavo un baccalà più solido invece che super mantecato, comunque buona riuscita. Provata una con battuta di fassona e burrata con granella di nocciole: anche questa buona, ma in realtà una base focaccia, ampia farcitura con carne e burrata ripartite sulle fette; tuttavia, concordemente con altri, mancante di qualcosa per legare, anche solo un filo d'olio evo o aromatizzato. Giro di amari offerto, ottima cosa. Birre molto buone da birrificio della Val di Susa. Prezzi nella media delle pizzerie (ormai dai 9-10€ in su mediamente, sui 13€ in media per proposte più particolari).
