13/06/2025: The cooking is still done by hand and with a lot of imagination. The prices are fair and absolutely reasonable. I had tortelloni filled with pumpkin and amatetto filling. My wife had catfish dumplings with polenta. The starter, a perch fillet with dried zucchini, was free... Also free were the faces of the Teutons who expected something different on their plates.

24/09/2025: A classic yet well-organized restaurant, the owner is extremely kind, very clear, and helpful in explaining the dishes. We had everything from appetizers to dessert, everything excellent and carefully prepared. The wine was also good (white in our case). Tagliatelle with rabbit ragù 🔝 If you're passing through, stop at Pinin... try it and believe it! Highly recommended!!!

08/09/2025: We hadn't been back here for a long time and I have to say we were very happy! The Pinin appetizer was simply fabulous🫶 the first courses were also excellent, champagne and porcini mushroom risotto and gorgonzola gnocchi... Delicious desserts😜 divinely eaten in a beautiful setting 💕 thanks to the staff, Angelo and especially to Cristiane who was good and very nice 🤗🔋 Thank you very much and see you soon!!!!

03/10/2025: I had their gnocchi in a creamy cheese sauce and it was delicious. Like homemade..The marinated salmon is delicious. Most everything is good. Service was very nice…and attentive. I will return.

24/06/2025: We celebrated our wedding in this wonderful place on Lake Orta, and we can only say beautiful words about that perfect day. Enchanting and suggestive place, impeccable service, superlative food. There was not a detail that was not taken care of to perfection. We thank Il Giardinetto infinitely for making our wedding unique, and we recommend it wholeheartedly. I would add that we have attended it on other occasions, both for our son's baptism, and for dinner and aperitif and we can only confirm the same satisfaction every time. 26/08/2025: The place isn't very big, so reservations are definitely recommended, but it's very nice, and it also has a welcoming outdoor area, which was perfect when we were there in mid-August.

28/09/2025: Great hospitality, world-class service with a great sense of humor, and exclusively Italian...right, it's Italy after all. The cuisine? Varied and full of flavor. Gnocchi with sea urchins. Highly recommended.

26/09/2025: Perfect dinner wonderful tagliatelle ai funghi and filetto con i porcini. Very tender meat, home made pasta. Nice location, kind and sympathetic service. Enjoy your food if you happen to be nearby, on lake Maggiore

24/06/2025: The food is good. The risotto, the tagliata and the desserts were much appreciated, especially the hot zabaglione. We had dinner twice on the veranda, with good background music, at the right volume. Recommended. Thank you.

21/06/2025: Aperitif with friends: the vegetarian option was disappointing, they practically removed the meat part from the non-vegetarian menu and therefore we practically had less to eat. While on the one hand they offer a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, in the vegetarian one you cannot leave only 3 pieces of cheese, an alternative to cold cuts should be found.

13/06/2025: I ate the creamed cod, but unfortunately I didn't like it. The dish was served with a cream of carrots and blueberry puree. Not only that the cod was bland, tasteless, there was not a trace of garlic or bay leaves or pepper, a shame because I really like cod.

30/08/2025: Long wait and poor quality-price ratio

30/08/2025: Returning from an off-road trip in the Sestriere area with three friends, convenient parking (we had an off-road vehicle and a car with a motorcycle trailer in tow), I booked during the trip, even though it was already 9:00 PM. They were happy to welcome us, the pizza was delicious, and the service was good at a fair price. I'd say it was an excellent experience, we'll be back 👍 And I forgot, four-legged friends are welcome 🐕 (we didn't have any, but I saw at least two in the dining room) 🤗👍

28/04/2025: We had a great time, truly a wonderful place! Beautiful, spacious, clean 2-storey apartment. Enchanting view of the lake, tranquility, kindness of the staff. From Meina everything is easily accessible for tourism and discovering the beauties of Lake Maggiore! We will definitely be back! Thanks to all the staff! 11/10/2025: Very good, the price I would say is not bad, considering the many competitors, the staff is kind and courteous, even with those customers who are not, it's not for everyone.
