18/08/2024: Un piccolo ristorante in Pettenasco in cui vi consiglio di prenotare soprattutto nel weekend. La pizza è ottima, ben cotta, con impasto lievitato come si deve. Decisamente sottile con un bel cornicione leggero e per niente ciccoso. Attesa nella media.

07/08/2024: Service plus que médiocre. On commande apéro, eau, vin pour le repas et les plats. Comme nous avons deux enfants en bas âge, je demande à être servis rapidement si possible. Effectivement les pizzas arrivent dans les 10 minutes sauf que l’apéro, le vin et l’eau aussi!! Nous n’avons pas eu de pain pour patienter comme les autres tables. Du coup, tout arrive en même temps… Le vin est du vinaigre ( nebiolo pourtant! ) les pizzas sont passables mais rien d’extraordinaire ! La saucisse italienne n’a rien d’italien! Nous sommes italiens d’origine et venons plusieurs fois par an en Italie et c’est notre pire expérience. Qui plus est le personnel n’est pas très avenant. Bref à éviter par pitié Bref à éviter

10/08/2024: We had to wait a long time before we were finally helped, it was expensive and the food was cold and not yet cooked. And 1 of the children now has food poisoning.... once and never again

10/08/2024: Eating was hell, drinks were hell, service was nothing 3 times, they were doing nothing and we still hadn't ordered anything. The prices are through the roof for food that is not edible at all, in short, not recommended, I also got food poisoning so definitely not recommended

06/08/2024: Great setting, both inside as outside. Menus inspiring but a bit confusing as different at lunch and dinner - with a rather - too - limited choice at dinner. Quality of food very good and presentation very good but somehow erratic .. as for example filet steaks were of different from one guest to another ..good wine card. Very kind service.

06/08/2024: We made a reservation for my daughter's birthday 10 days in advance, both by phone and by e-mail. However, when we went, they could not see the reservation and asked rudely if we could come tomorrow evening. There are much better places in Orta Lake.

06/08/2024: We went to this pizzeria on a Tuesday evening, friendly and professional staff but slow service, normal pizza (mine was a little burnt).

23/07/2024: I had lunch here with my friends, even though we arrived late they welcomed us and accompanied us to the table, lunch was excellent, generous portions, very nice and clean place, I recommend it!

08/08/2024: Ristorante che riesce ad abbinare una buona cucina ad un bel panorama. Le pietanze sono ben preparate, i costi tengono conto anche del panorama… ma comunque accettabili. I piatti di pesce soddisfano le aspettative. Come ristorante mi sento di consigliarlo con la massima tranquillità, forse meno indicato se si hanno bimbi molto piccoli perché non ha molto spazio esterno per il gioco. Altro punto non positivo è il parcheggio: piccolo quello all’interno del locale è scomodo (per via della strada stretta, non per la distanza) quello adiacente alla statua del San Carlone.

23/06/2024: Posizone panoramica. Servizio perfetto pur se lento all'inizio. Portate ottime, alcune forse scarse in quantità. Dolci nella norma. .Merita.

11/08/2024: Postaccio… un ora d’attesa e non è ancora arrivata la pizza dopo venti minuti che ero seduto è arrivato il bere camerieri scortesi e personale poco all avanguardia È davvero pieno di zanzare se non vi portate lo spray per le zanzare non riuscite a cenare sarete sopraffatti da zanzare per ore e ore

31/07/2024: Terrific range of pizza on offer at very reasonable cost. Fast friendly service. Big car park and view of the lake. We eat outside as did everyone else as inside nothing special and only really used if raining.

14/08/2024: 3 star hotel, but if we were stuck in the 80s. Today it would already be a lot if it had 1 star. As you can see no maintenance/renovations have been done on the rooms since they were done. Carpeted floor (also dirty in our room), walls with wallpaper and old furniture. Non-soundproof room where you can count how many times the neighbors go to the bathroom, very little ambient light, hair dryer not working, toilet flushing with obvious drainage problems, air conditioning whose remote control is not working and which made us spend the night getting up from the bed to remove / insert the plug (the only way in that case to start it or turn it off). General cleanliness of the room good. Last gem, in the middle towards the back of the car park there is a tree trunk (personally cut by those at the reception) where, due to some unfortunate people like us, they had closed my exit from the car park. With several maneuvers I managed to get out, but not having paid attention to the trunk it cost me the breaking of a constant velocity joint of the car. Having pointed out the problem, it was impossible to speak civilly. Last 3 considerations in this regard: 1. Perhaps it would be a good idea to call in professional gardeners instead of doing everything yourself. 2. It is not normal and unacceptable that in a private facility there is a risk of harm, safety should come first. 3. If a person naively or cunningly were to stumble and get hurt, they will give you a hard time. Nightmare hotel and stay.

08/08/2024: Good accommodation, welcoming and helpful staff. Good cooking.

23/08/2024: Nous allons régulièrement dans ce restaurant familial depuis de nombreuses années. Le cadre est magnifique et reposant. Ce restaurant hors du temps propose des plats traditionnels simples et bons. Le personnel a un potentiel d'amabilité qu'il utilise avec parcimonie mais le service sans être des plus rapides est efficace.

06/08/2024: Nice terrace right on the lake; nice setting. Rather inspiring traditional/ typical menu choice. Fair quality and value for money. Service pretty approximate.. smiling is not in the menu .. ie friendliness and smiling seems to have been banned by the property - especially the old manager sitting behind the glass cashier post …
