26/09/2025: I've been coming here to eat for a few years now, because I've known the owners for a while, especially Ilaria.
I've always had a good experience here. The staff is very attentive to everything. A guy named Dany, whom I already knew, recently joined the team. He's very kind and attentive!
Every time I'm downtown, I come here to eat.
14/09/2025: A pizzeria restaurant in the center of Novara. The food is pretty good, but the only downside is the service...the wait is enormous, understandable for some dishes, much less so for others. But most importantly, after ordering, we were without water/drinks for over an hour. This is a major flaw.
Possible improvement.

Pizza buona anche senza glutine MA e da non sottovalutare il MA.
Personale non troppo cortese e disponibile. In quanto accettano di far mangiare le persone alle ore 23:10 ma alle 23:45 ti tolgono il tavolo mentre mangi “fingendo” probabile è vero che a mezzanotte devono chiudere. Mi chiedo allora perché accettare persone in questi orari ?
Ps: durante la cena sarete deliziati da il passaggio di piattole sotto i vostri piedi

08/07/2025: Ho prenotato presso questa struttura la festa a sorpresa per i 60 anni di mio marito circa un anno fa. Versato caparra, fissato menù, stabilito sala ecc. a qualche gg dalla festa il titolare mi dice che non saremmo stati nella sala pattuita perché nel frattempo gli è subentrato un matrimonio. Si dimentica che avevamo nella ns festa anche un dj…. Conclusione? Chiusi nella sala interna (x non disturbare i clienti del ristorante) e senza musica sempre x non disturbare, peccato che io abbia comunque pagato dj e tutto il resto. Tutti invitati scontenti. Non ci tornerò

24/08/2025: Pictures are patient. Everything is showing its age. The carpet is always stained and won't go away. The shower is rickety. At least there's air conditioning. The hotel is on a main road, so you can't really leave the window open at night. Breakfast is pretty Italian. It only has paninis to liven things up, but it's adequate. Service was always friendly. The price for the room is great, though.

10/06/2025: Fuimos y nos fuimos por lo grosero que era el camarero, que resultó ser el dueño. Nunca volveremos a este lugar aunque fuera el único abierto.
26/04/2025: Posizione stupenda in riva al lago, specie il dehors. Cibo ottimo e buon vino. Ci ritornerò sicuramente anche in altre stagioni.

06/09/2025: Attention FRAUD!!!
Having no choice, due to the fact that all the restaurants in the town were closed, we went to this place. It was a mistake. We should have read the reviews about this place beforehand, maybe it would have saved us from this choice.
You are greeted by the owner, who warns you that she only has pasta and nothing else. There is no menu. You are hurriedly seated on the terrace, probably so as not to dirty the table in the middle. On the terrace we sat surrounded by laundry. There was no opportunity to use the toilet. In the end, we were given a bill for 100€ for what we see in the photo. We did not expect that tourists can be fooled so openly. This is the first time we have seen such a scheme.
I believe that the positive reviews are not true. Do not go to this place under any pretext.

09/09/2025: Very low quality of food, tartar tasteless and rubbery, we returned it, no one asked why. Cesar salad has nothing to do with real Cesar salad, cheap ingredients with low quality. It lacks the real Italian atmosphere. The price does not match the taste experience that is delivered. Big disappointment.
07/09/2025: Very friendly and non english speaking staff.
Cosy inventory and fair prices.
As for the food, the pizza was a real let down. Prefabricated dough and blend taste.
Didn't try other dishes, but if the pizza set the bar for the kitchen, this is a no-go!

20/07/2025: We stayed at the hotel for three nights and initially had high expectations for the restaurant. The menu displayed at reception looked like it had a good variety and appealing dishes, so we decided to dine there one evening.
Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We ordered cannelloni and sausage with potatoes, but neither dish looked particularly appetizing. Even worse, the food was cold. I politely pointed out to the staff that my dish was cold, and although they took it back, it came back only slightly warmer—but still not properly reheated. Honestly, it tasted like a microwaved meal, both in quality and presentation. I ended up eating it only because I was hungry.
I later expressed my disappointment again, but the response I received was simply, "You should have told me," despite having told them just minutes earlier. No apology, nor any real interest in making amends.
It's a shame, because the overall appearance of the hotel is good, and I had a pleasant stay. With some improvements in the kitchen and more careful communication from the staff, the restaurant could really live up to the expectations created by the menu.

20/08/2025: Dinner at the adjacent restaurant "Le Fief" (where my partner and I stayed) was like something out of a thousand and one nights: beautiful location, romantic atmosphere, and incredible dishes, from presentation to flavor! I absolutely want to compliment the maître d', CORRADO, who was perfect: talented, knowledgeable, and always attentive to everything. His experience really elevates the restaurant and made our experience even more enjoyable and perfect! In short, for us, dinner at LE FIEF was the highlight of this wonderful Ferragosto weekend, and we highly recommend it to everyone...we'll be back!!

19/07/2025: Dopo diversi anni torniamo in questo locale per una pizza tra amici.
Servizio abbastanza celere.
Pizza di scarsa qualità e cottura del prodotto inadeguato. Dolci nulla di che ma sicuramente meglio rispetto alle 12 pizze portate al nostro tavolo.
Non valuto la cucina non avendo provato nessuna pietanza proveniente da essa.

18/06/2025: Pizza inqualificabile. Peccato. Con la speranza che essere categorici possa aiutare a prendere in considerazione che vale la pena migliorare. Cioè fare una pizza che non deve necessariamente essere stratosferica ma almeno.....buona. Oggi è inqualificabile.

25/07/2025: Location molto bella e servizio ottimo, con cucina da migliorare. Alcune pietanze possiamo definirle senza lode e ne infamia, e in un luogo così bello, di fronte a Villa Crespi, meriterebbe una qualità migliore. Le 4 stelle sono tutto l'insieme delle cose, servizio location e qualità dei piatti. Un buon menu e una discreta cantina. Uno grande neo la presenza delle zanzare che ad un certo punto hanno invaso la terrazza al punto che tutti i commensali si sono trasferiti all'interno del loca. Non ho visto nessuna apparecchio contro le zanzare e questo mi pare grave. Ne zampironi ne lampade antizanzare
17/05/2025: Ottima location sul lago con personale molto gentile e disponibile. I piatti da noi presi sono stati eccezionali, pesce fresco e ben preparato. Consigliato assolutamente, ottima esperienza

16/10/2023: Abbiamo pernottato 2 giorni in questo agriturismo e ci siamo trovati benissimo.
Ambiente curato e pulito, colazione abbondante con dolce e salato.
È presente anche una zona relax.
Personale gentile e attento alle esigenze dei clienti.
Dotato di parcheggio interno e con una bella passeggiata si può raggiungere a piedi anche il centro del paese di Orta S. Giulio.

08/10/2024: Il locale si trova in una location estremamente gradevole. I boschi ed i prati che lo circondano infondono un'idea di pace.
Internamente il ristorante è rustico , pulito ed in ordine.
I piatti ordinati sono curati, buoni ed abbondanti. Sia chiaro che il tutto si paga.
Unico piccolo neo in questa immagine idilliaca qualche mozzicone sparso qua e là nel prato di proprietà. Dimenticavo....personale di una cortesia eccezionale!
