02/05/2026: Good quality dishes, very good risotto but generally small portions, 30-gram dessert for 10 euros—never seen such a small amount. Terrible service, generally unfriendly, plus bread took 50 minutes to arrive, no wine cooler (we had to ask for one), knives available upon request! Totally inadequate for the restaurant's standard.

The staff are welcoming and friendly.

11/04/2026: Refined, well-kept setting. Warm atmosphere. Exquisite courtesy from the owners and wait staff. The food is always served with great care. The menu changes frequently, but the great classics like pappardelle and shrimp and the superb pâté are always present. The outdoor terrace overlooking the Erno River is beautiful. Definitely worth a try!

10/04/2026: Lakefront restaurant, with the option of dining al fresco overlooking the water with background music.
We had the fish soup served in a pan. After eating half of it, it was taken back to the kitchen to clean the rest and add the linguine.
Spectacular.
Reasonable prices.
Friendly and helpful service.
07/04/2026: An exceptional experience at Il Rapanello! Everything was absolutely perfect: impeccable service, incredibly refined dishes, and a perfectly chosen wine to enhance the entire experience. A true haute cuisine experience. I highly recommend it!

30/03/2026: Superbly located hotel right on the lake.
The room was behind the hotel/restaurant. Not suitable for a quiet, relaxing sleep 😅 as the road was noisy and the windows weren't soundproof. Ideal for a one-night stopover.
18/10/2025: A ten-day vacation in places I know very well. I remembered the two brothers who ran it many years ago,
very kind.

06/04/2026: We stopped by chance during a motorcycle ride, attracted by the sign "Osteria," which has nothing to do with an osteria... and as soon as we entered, a smell of smoke permeated the old furniture. There's no menu, no prices. We chose, on the cook's advice, an appetizer and a first course of ravioli, where everything was very salty, but tasty, and I don't like too much salt, so I left some food behind... As for the service, I can give a positive note...
Too much for an osteria, but it had to justify the price.
At the checkout, €100.
Let's just say, hope they rip you off for good.
22/03/2026: The restaurant looks like an early 20th-century villa, overflowing with artifacts, but overall it's pleasant. The waitress was friendly and courteous, but the owner, overly apprehensive, wandered around the room barefoot. But let's get to the critical points: when we arrived, there was a cat litter box in the room where we dined. Let's be clear, I love cats, but I don't think a restaurant room, where people eat, is the most appropriate place for a litter box. The food: we chose (so to speak, because the owner decided so) a round of appetizers and a first course. The appetizers didn't live up to the setting; despite an effort to create original pairings, the result was a greasy, flavorless jumble. The first course consisted of flavorless ravioli sitting in a greasy broth and completely covered in parmesan cheese. For two appetizers and two first courses, we paid €100. We will never forget this experience, which we will not repeat for anything in the world.
