23/07/2024: Sunday, July 21, 2024 we had lunch at the Agristorante, partly attracted by the name, partly by the rustic appearance and partly by the menu. I have to say we made a good choice. The welcome was very friendly right from the telephone booking. The place is simple, rustic, well kept and clean. The menu is purely Milanese-Lombard but with a small and inviting Tex-Mex offer. There were three of us and from the menu we chose: - 1 mix of cured meats with fried dumplings - 1 mix of cured meats and cheeses with fried gnocco - 1 'elephant ear' cutlet - 3 lemon sorbets - 3 coffees - 1 liter of sparkling white wine - 1 bottle of sparkling mineral water The cured meats and cheeses were of good quality, the fried gnocco cooked to perfection and not at all greasy (all plentiful), the cutlet was truly an elephant's ear: served on two pizza plates it was so large, around 800g, cooked perfection and without a trace of grease. The bill of €75.50 was appropriate for the quality and quantity of what we ate and drank and for the courtesy of the owners. We will certainly return because the menu offers many other inviting dishes to try, first of all the osso bucco with saffron risotto. Very recommended restaurant. +++++

20/07/2024: A restaurant that I have known for several years, albeit under different managements. More and more improved over the years, fish specialities, but the meat dishes are also excellent and very well cooked. The welcome is always kind and the customer immediately feels at ease. Very large and varied menu. Open kitchen. Splendid array of fresh fish rigorously on a bed of crushed ice immediately at the entrance, on the right just a few meters from the entrance. On the left corner preparation of marinated fish appetizers. The waiting times between one dish and another are just right. Quick table service and polite and helpful staff. The quality/price ratio is excellent in my opinion as the raw material used in the preparation of the dishes is truly high quality and cooked with skill. Exhaustive wine list capable of satisfying any preference. Possibility to park almost anywhere in the area or to easily arrive very close to the restaurant by public transport. It is always better and advisable to book in advance. Definitely recommended.

02/08/2024: All'arrivo, sembrava di entrare in un film dell'orrore: i ratti gironzolavano tra i tavoli, i piatti bruciati non erano solo un'opzione, ma l'unica scelta sul menu. Quando hai cercato di trovare sollievo nei bagni, ti sei reso conto che non esistevano, e le lampadine fulminate ha aggiunto un'atmosfera cupa. I camerieri, invece di essere d'aiuto, sembravano dediti a una competizione per il premio del peggiore del mese, bestemmiando per ogni ordine e ignorando completamente i clienti infastiditi. Sembra che il locale abbia trasformato l'idea di un'esperienza culinaria in un incubo gastronomico. Spero che voi abbiate trovato un posto migliore per soddisfare il tuo appetito e rigenerare il tuo spirito dopo questa tormentata avventura culinaria.

12/08/2024: Had a fantastic experience here and the prices were more than reasonable. Only complaint was that my glass had *that* dishwasher smell which is never ideal.

He now thought, for example, that five stars should really only be given to those who deserve them and not just for having eaten well with good service at a good price because I believe that this is the bare minimum for us. Eating well in any restaurant, pizzeria, bar or other And assigning 5 Stars as many do, and so did I until recently, seems too easy to me but above all useless because, I repeat, eating well and spending the right amount must be normal and not something to be rewarded with five stars. I must admit that in this restaurant they have completely deserved them all and from all points of view: the environment is very clean, elegant, particular but still pleasant, tidy, very spacious, with particular but not annoying lighting, with truly attentive but not oppressive and with courses, from the appetizer to the coffee, all prepared with care. I must say that it was truly a remarkable experience and, even if the final cost may perhaps seem slightly high, depending on the raw materials used and the result obtained in the dishes is certainly perfectly aligned and right in a city like Milan

27/07/2024: Unfortunately, we had to leave because of the smell. The place smells “old” and the atmosphere isn’t welcoming. As we tried to walk out the waiter said “McDonald’s is better”. I suppose, it’s the only phrase the man could say in English. Highly don’t recommend, try La Cantina di Manuela (dinned there last night). Italy keeps surprising us Such places mostly survive because of tourists. Guys, you don’t bite the hand that feeds you😉

20/07/2024: Evidently the owner feels authorized to overcome personal boundaries that he would not have to with customers. With nobody. This is why it expires completely despite eating well.

07/08/2024: I would come to Milan again just to repeat this experience, They offered complementary appetizers upon arrival. The place is very nice, clean, leaning to fancy dining. The portions are very generous and i was very full after the meal. The menu specifies the dietary restrictions (alcohol, gluten, etc..). The servers are very professional and polite. Would 100% recommend the salmon marinated in soy and fig jam appitizers The pizzas there are very affordable (8 or 10€) and high quality would 100% come here again for it The Tiramisu is very nice and doesn't have alcohol (if that concerns you). No pictures all food was eaten very quickly:))

17/07/2024: la cena è andata bene. locale carino e personale gentile. il problema è che abbiamo prenotato con the fork con sconto del 20% e a fine cena arrivati alla cassa ci è stato detto che nonhanno the fork. quindi niente sconto ovviamente. Non so se dipende dal ristorante o da the fork comunque è la prima vokta che mi capita

28/08/2024: we booked for 9pm on a Thursday evening, a few weeks ago. very crowded place. they bring us the drinks but after 20 minutes no one still asks us for the pizzas. we call the dining room staff to the table several times, who each time reply that they are coming. and meanwhile they look at us. we signal, they see us, "we arrive" and they don't arrive. 40 minutes pass, meanwhile the tables begin to empty, the waitress clears the table, glances at our table but still no one takes orders from us. after 45 minutes they finally arrive to take the order. I underline that there was a small child at the table, 1 hour of waiting just to be able to order seems like a long time to me. I understand that the bakery was crowded but in the meantime you let me order, then I also wait. it wasn't nice to be ignored like that, I don't think I want to come back.

13/08/2024: We were treated in a rude manner by the restaurant manager, our order was delayed for more than an hour! We argued with him and he responded to us (in a loud voice) and our order came after that (cold) and inedible... Bad and unacceptable treatment! This is the first time in my life that we have been treated in this manner. I do not recommend going to this restaurant at all. We were treated poorly, and I think it was for racist reasons! The food arrived an hour later, and when they discussed it with the restaurant manager, he argued that the delay was due to crowding. For your information, the restaurant has three tables with customers. The food arrived cold and inedible To be honest, the restaurant was one of my worst experiences in Italy and Milan in particular We left the table and the food without speaking
