Excellent dinner. Refined yet simple dishes, and above all, just the right amount of sophisticated. You can still appreciate the Italian flavors, especially with delicious bread and fragrant olive oil as an aperitif. The menu is just the right amount, the dishes are beautifully presented, the portions are just right, and above all, they're full of flavor. It's the only place where the cutlet is fried in butter like it used to be. The pear dessert is sublime. Attentive and courteous service.

It was alright, but the wait was way too long, and we even found a hair in our food. They apparently waived the order, but we still had to wait a long time for it. However, it was definitely the kitchen's fault, not the waiters'; the service was very attentive.

We were disappointed by the table which was covered in fingerprints, as for the dishes, nice presentation, good and tasty but not very generous and above all expensive.

Nice place to eat in the greenery, shame that the weather was capricious, but the staff and the chef's dishes made up for this small meteorological inconvenience.

We had a wonderful evening at PaneEvo with a larger group. The food was excellent and avant-garde. The service rounded off the evening with its friendly and attentive manner. The terrace is also a great place to sit, with a pleasant atmosphere. The only downside was that there was no dedicated smoking area.
