We ordered 4 courses, which included the scallops, the beet dumpling, the cod and the pasta. Everything was amazing, but the highlights for us were the beet dumplings and the scallops. Especially the sauce for the scallops and the overall flavor profile of the beetroot dumplings was extraordinary. Overall, this is top tier restaurant that has amazing food and provides a memorable experience.
18/02/2025: Sono stato un paio di volte quest’anno e nulla da dire sulla qualità del cibo. Prodotti eccellenti, accostati in modo super creativo. Impossibile a mio avviso uscire senza una mezza emozione e non lo dice uno non avvezzo a questo tipo di ristoranti. Unica nota personalmente un po’ negativa è la generale freddezza del locale.

25/03/2025: Excellent pizzeria in the municipality of Cinisello Balsamo, a few steps from Milan.
There is a different choice of dishes, mainly fish-based.
The quality and care are there, even if I have eaten better pizzas, it remains a place that I would recommend to anyone passing through this area.

22/03/2025: I've known this restaurant for years, but it's been a long time since I've been back. What can I say? Years later, a certainty is reconfirmed. The food is good, the place is welcoming and the service is always attentive, kind and welcoming. Absolutely recommended, also for the value for money.
21/03/2025: Not a wide variety of dishes on the menu but if you want to eat a nice good fillet, highly recommended, really really good.

29/03/2025: The food is good, I like the idea of choosing from the counter, however I don't think I'll go back because we waited more than half an hour in line before ordering, paid like a normal restaurant but no service. They give you the classic token that rings when the dishes are ready, while you're eating the appetizer you have to stop to go and get the other dishes, not the best in my opinion :(
28/03/2025: The best fish I have ever eaten in my life, it is really difficult to find such fresh fish, especially in a region where there is no sea. I really congratulate the owner of the business, Ale, it is a very successful place in terms of the diversity of the menu and the freshness of the seafood. Salmon tartare, creamed cod, mussels in tomato sauce, fried calamari, grilled calamari, red prawns and definitely sea scallops are among my recommendations. They were all really delicious and retained their essence. The whole team works in good harmony and the service was very fast despite the crowd.

16/03/2025: Non avrei mai pensato di cenare così bene in un ristorante annesso ad un hotel. Materie prime di gran qualità, servizio attento e accurato. Gentilezza e accoglienza fin dall’ingresso nel locale. Mise en place raffinata, menu molto soddisfacente e così pure la carta dei vini. Conto adeguato al livello del ristorante.
02/02/2025: È stata una cena strepitosa. Io e mio marito abbiamo fatto il menù degustazione. Cibo ottimo, altissima attenzione del personale e sono stati anche davvero fantastici con nostra figlia di due anni.
La qualità del cibo, l’attenzione per le portate e la professionalità di tutto il personale rende il ristorante una location top

11/03/2025: Lunch break in the central area of Milan. You order at the counter and collect immediately if ready otherwise you are served at the table. Environment that recalls the old trattorias. A little expensive perhaps, but on the other hand we are a stone's throw from Broletto
10/03/2025: In essence it is a good self-service restaurant, which offers not many dishes, well executed and at reasonable prices, considering where you are. Unfortunately it is always very busy and does not have many seats.

07/04/2025: The spaghetti with lobster was terrible, the pasta was overcooked and there wasn't a piece of lobster meat on my plate, just a few pieces of the shell. Instead of "tools" to try to clean the claws, they brought 2 nutcrackers.
Artichoke and prawn rice where only the flavor of the butter dominated.
Even the Milanese isn't really to my taste.
A place I would not recommend and will not return to

The pizza is excellent, with a light dough and fresh ingredients, while the kitchen offers tasty and well-made dishes, always respecting tradition.
Perfect for a dinner with friends or a lunch without frills but with lots of quality. The service is always kind and attentive, a sign of a passion that has been handed down over time. A point of reference for those looking for good food without spending a fortune!

25/03/2025: Giro spesso per ristoranti di pesce a Milano ma Gaspare è una certezza per qualità e servizio da ormai anni. Locale rimodernato in maniera sobria ed elegante, servizio attento ma mai invadente e soprattutto pesce fresco, buono e di qualità. Si sceglie tra classici intramontabili e piatti moderni e rivisitati, da antipasti di tutti i tipi fino ad un menú dolci anch’esso attentamente curato e di alto livello, cosa non scontata. Purtroppo Milano è piena oggi giorno di ristoranti di pesce poco validi, ma Da Gaspare è una certezza se si vuole mangiare del pesce di prima qualità in un perfetto connubio tra classico e moderno.
