My only advice: to avoid any issues with the restaurant next door (Casa Lucia), I advise the staff to check with you regarding your reservation. Highly recommended!

10/04/2026: I'm sorry, but my opinion can only be negative. A few months ago, I got a takeout pizza: It was "baby" in size and the shape was indescribable. A huge disappointment, but I usually give it a second chance. Tonight I got another takeout pizza and the bottom half was burnt. Was I just unlucky twice?

In fact, the restaurant is celebrating its 50th anniversary, and that's no coincidence. I've been going to this establishment for the past five years, every time I visit Milan.

22/04/2026: I had tuna caramelised in maple syrup with caramelised red onion and carrot. It was absolutely beautiful and I'm very tempted to go back before I leave Milan! They gave fresh homemade focaccia which was so delicious, a small pizza bite with cream cheese and tomato, and biscotti with meringue for free. The staff were very friendly and happily spoke English. I'm so pleased I stumbled across this restaurant and I highly recommend it.

06/05/2026: Truly, a MUST visit! We had the best dinner here! Tried the tartar, 4 tomato pasta, the veal Milanese (out of this world) and the show stopper: the table side tiramisu! Phenomenal! I may eat here every night!

14/04/2026: I came here twice - the first time it was closed, but I luckily bumped into the owner, who mentioned it would be open the next day, so I made the trip again. The Google opening hours don’t seem very accurate, so it’s probably best to call ahead. That said, it was absolutely worth coming back. I had a very satisfying risotto, personally prepared and served by the humble chef/owner. After the meal, he even shared a his recipe book with me, which was such a thoughtful touch. You can really feel his passion in both the food and the experience he creates. Because of that, I’d strongly recommend this place!

20/03/2026: We made a reservation for 8:15 PM for 7, and we arrived on time. After 30 minutes, we sat down; at 9 PM, they moved us to make room for a larger table. The cutlet was completely tasteless, the mixed fried food was rubbery. I understand it was frozen, but the quality was embarrassing... Pacific Ocean or something... I could have given it one star, but I was being objective. It was supposed to be a family dinner for Father's Day; it was a nightmare. P.S. I'm replying to Mrs. I never said "everything's fine." I barely touched any food because the fried food was inedible, and that's what I ordered. It came back almost intact; even if I wanted to eat it, it wasn't possible... rubbery. If I tell you that last night was a nightmare, it's to let you know... the fact that the wait staff gets a tip for their work from one of the diners certainly has nothing to do with me, and it doesn't make up for the horrible fried food and nonexistent service. It was a two-star review... with a service like that, it might have been better to take the review and use it as a starting point for improvement... but you prefer to make fun of me. Read my profile carefully; I think you missed something. The two stars were generous, but given your rude response, I'm lowering them to one. All the best.

19/04/2026: Passing through Milan today for business, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from the staff and the quality of the products... Quick, simple, but efficient with excellent value for money. I highly recommend it.

The tomato sauce tasted fresh and rich, and the melted cheese was creamy and full of flavor. The basil added a nice, aromatic touch.
