25/05/2025: Esperienza da non ripetere. Per la qualità delle materie prime e del servizio, prezzo decisamente alto. Servizio confusionario e poco attento. Al momento dell'ordine abbiamo dovuto ripetere più volte i piatti desiderati e indicare alla cameriera in che punto del menù si trovassero. Gli antipasti sono stati portati al tavolo accanto (che aveva già terminato il secondo) e rimandati in cucina; sono passati diversi minuti per capire che fossero nostri. Per quanto riguarda la portata principale, abbiamo ordinato un'anatra con cavolo e mele con aggiunta di polenta e una porzione di polenta taragna con funghi porcini. Anatra molto buona, polenta dura. I funghi sono arrivati con polenta normale anziché taragna, quindi è stato fatto notare al personale di sala e mandato indietro per essere cambiato. La cameriera che ha preso l'ordine è venuta a chiedere spiegazioni dicendo che lei aveva segnato polenta normale. L'errore è umano e capita a tutti, ma bastava gestire meglio la questione. Una volta arrivato il piatto abbiamo riscontrato la polenta taragna sufficiente (buona di gusto ma con pezzi interi di formaggio non sciolto) e i funghi probabilmente di quelli in scatola. La mia compagna ha specificato di essere intollerante al glutine e non ha ricevuto nulla per quanto riguarda il coperto, neanche delle semplici gallette. In più guardando il menù viene indicato un supplemento di 5 euro per la pizza senza glutine e di 3 euro per la mozzarella senza lattosio; praticamente una pizza in più, follia.

13/04/2025: La creatività dello chef Umberto De Martino unita all'esperienza, alla grande competenza nella scelta degli ingredienti e alla voglia di stupire i clienti con la raffinatezza della sua cucina continuano da anni a deliziare anche i palati più esigenti. Coadiuvato da Monia che spiega in maniera perfetta i piatti e consiglia con competenza la scelta dei vini, il ristorante dimostra da anni di non aver mai perso quella qualità che solo pochi non sanno riconoscere, non attribuendogli il giusto merito. Bloody Mare, mosaico di polpo, risone napoletano, dentice pescato all'amo, una pasticceria sopraffina per non parlare dei meravigliosi antipasti lasciano un ricordo indelebile: mangiare non è soltanto riempirsi bocca e stomaco, ma è viaggiare con la fantasia e deliziare il palato poco per volta. E in questo ristorante non si resta mai delusi.

09/05/2025: I'm at the airport with my family, waiting for our flight which unfortunately is two hours late. To while away the wait, we went to Maestro del Panino for the first time... and what a great discovery! At the checkout there was a very kind and very competent girl who recommended me a truly delicious sandwich. The guys at the counter were also extremely friendly and helpful. Congratulations indeed: ten well-deserved stars! Well done everyone!

09/05/2025: I stayed at the Lovere hotel with full board and I loved their restaurant and the waiters who were all friendly and helpful, they also complimented my child who was good and even ate their casoncelli and gnocchi!!! Thanks so much for everything! Very good and fresh food, excellent service and super prices compared to Lake Como or Lugano where I often go!!

07/05/2025: We went to this restaurant for dinner through the hotel where we booked our holiday on Lake Iseo. I must say that the view from the restaurant is truly breathtaking, you can see the entire northern part of the lake when there is light. The restaurant is very well managed, in particular we really appreciated the welcome of the waiter, who was kind and super efficient. We had the lake and land tasting menu option and we liked most of the courses, especially the second course. The fish starter, however, was very good and the ravioli with prawns quite terrible, which were completely disintegrated by the puree that acted as "sauce".

21/04/2025: Une excellente expérience du début à la fin ! Nous avons tous très très bien mangé. La viande était fondante comme du beurre, un vrai régal, et les pâtes étaient délicieuses. L'accueil était chaleureux, le service parfait, et le personnel parle aussi anglais, ce qui est un vrai plus. Ils nous ont donné de très bons conseils pour le choix des plats. En bonus : le restaurant est pet friendly, nos compagnons à quatre pattes ont été bien accueilli que nous ! Une adresse à retenir et à recommander sans hésiter

04/02/2025: It's always nice to give positive reviews, and in the case of La Delizia it's also an obligation. In an environment with a pleasantly relaxed atmosphere we were able to appreciate delicious dishes: from the entreé, through a platter of delicious cured meats, a risotto and polenta with porcini mushrooms, concluding with excellent desserts... everything perfect, without a flaw. I would like to underline an aspect that is often overlooked by restaurants: homemade bread and squash, absolutely delicious. Compliments to the chef and the dining room staff, I couldn't have asked for more; the cost is absolutely adequate for the offer, a restaurant to return to every time you pass through Bergamo.

18/05/2025: Hi guys, why did I give 2 stars while I gave the food 3 and the service and atmosphere 4? Simply because first of all I asked the owner or the manager if it was possible to book a table and he answered negatively (and that's fine!) then once we had dinner (it was around 8.30pm) one of his waitresses told us that the table had been booked for some people for 9pm!!! Total inconsistency!!! But the worst was that next to us there was a table of 8 foreign girls who when they got up and paid the aforementioned owner/manager went to the door of the shop and signaled to the guy from their other shop opposite, his arms raised in celebration as if he had scored a goal, for the girls finally leaving to leave the place free for the other customers!!!! In all these years and in all the restaurants I have been to I have never seen anything like it!!! Frankly I don't care at all about the owner's response as what I wrote is the pure truth!!!! The staff was quite nice especially the black guy always smiling and kind. As for the food it is nothing special while the coffee with cuddles was a pleasant surprise. I hope I was helpful!

17/05/2025: Terrible restaurant. The waiter spilled my beer on my table and phone, didn't apologize or even wipe it up. The portions are very small and not worth the high prices at all. I don't recommend this place.

04/04/2025: Riccardo attentive and competent, top notch staff, fantastic pizza and a restaurant with a wide choice and quality. I recommend pizza, Dover sole, fish, oysters. Weekly news on the menu, wide choice from first courses to meat. Fish always recommended.

04/05/2025: I went to lunch a year ago now, for Mother's Day, with my partner and their mothers. I remember great disorganization with the service, on more than one occasion (and also at neighboring tables) the dishes arrived before the tables had been cleared. The most serious thing is that the bill was wrong, we paid €100 more than the receipt and after a year of emails and WhatsApp between my partner and the administration nothing was resolved. Really embarrassing.

01/05/2025: Terrible experience, we booked for a birthday and we were a table of 6 people. Starting from the assumption that they have stratospheric prices that do not fit in the slightest with the quality of the food they offer, we spent a modest sum of €300 and no one was satisfied. Incompetent staff to say the least, we had to tell them all the time when to bring the food, when to serve the cake, when to cut the cake, all at a blissful slowness that led us to leave there 4 hours later. I totally advise against, but above all I advise against ordering the second courses as they were really bland, tasteless and without flavour. I think it was the worst restaurant I've been to in the upper city, starting from a really poor menu (choice of 3 starters, 3 first courses and three second courses). If you are looking for variety this is not the place for you. The truly indifferent manager, despite complaining about the things that weren't working for us, didn't stop by our table once to ask if we needed anything (and in all this there were 3 tables). AWESOME!!!!!!
