15/06/2026: Beautiful place and excellent food. The staff were very friendly and polite. The only downside is the heat. We ate on the terrace, and it was really hot despite the slightly breezy day. If there had been fans, it would have been better. But otherwise, it was truly beautiful!

When you sit at a table like this, you're treated with impeccable courtesy and professionalism. Despite the establishment's prestige, no one would ever dream of presenting a bill burdened with petty items: there's no petty accounting for a bread basket, much less ridiculous taxes for requesting an extra dish. The price paid includes a 360-degree experience, where the customer is the center of everything. For those, like me, who pay attention to hospitality dynamics, it's inevitable to draw a stark parallel with other establishments that, while far removed from these standards, pose as temples of fine dining. I'm referring, once again, to the public policies of Sa Corte Food and Wine in Santa Lucia di Siniscola. I reiterate that I've never been a customer, but I base my judgment exclusively on what the owners openly declare and defend: charging a 20% surcharge for simply sharing a dish is a practice that truly high-end restaurants would never consider. Seeing a restaurant believe it has "made its mark" by justifying such financial demands, only to then respond with insults and unspeakable arrogance to anyone who criticizes online, demonstrates a profound lack of hospitality culture. The San Martino in Treviglio teaches precisely this: high-level professionals don't need to beg for basic services or insult customers online. True class is quiet, elegant, and shows through. Kudos to the San Martino staff for reminding us what true dining means.

10/08/2026: Al Lago is under new management, and it still seems to be finding its own unique identity. The service, so far, isn't up to par with the picture-perfect lake view offered to guests. On the plus side, the perfectly breaded perch.

25/07/2026: TOURIST GRAB! Workshop cafeteria food. Don't order the macaroni because it's terrible. I've never eaten so badly in an Italian restaurant in my life. Poor service. We asked several times to be moved because it was sunny at 1 PM, but they wouldn't move us. The appetizer with anchovies and eggplant in oil was definitely from the discount store.

09/08/2026: Yummy, yummy, yummy! They make fantastic pasta! And the bread, oh my, how good is the bread! Then we had a grilled tuna belly... It's impossible to explain, you have to experience it there!!! We'll definitely be back often to try the whole menu!!!

19/07/2026: I had lunch here today with a friend. We had a great time; the Apulian cuisine is excellent, the staff was incredibly kind and professional, and the place was clean and unique. The exterior is beautifully kept, and the garden is wonderful! The prices are reasonable for the exceptional quality of the ingredients, which are incredibly fresh. I'll definitely be back; highly recommended!

At Le Stagioni, in Orio al Serio, something very simple happens. And in fact, very difficult. You sit down and feel good. Which sounds trivial. Instead, it's almost an exact science. It sits down at your table, orders something delicious, and finally leaves you alone. Which, if you think about it, is one of the greatest compliments you can give a restaurant.

14/07/2026: When we arrived late, the kitchen had already closed, but upon seeing us, the very kind owner offered to make us the pizzas himself. In fact, since he didn't have any cold cuts or other necessities, he reopened the pantry and made us a super pizza. Thank you!

03/06/2026: A very disappointing experience. The pizza was undercooked and cold. Although the waitress took it back immediately, she couldn't even manage a "sorry." She said the new pizza would be ready in 2 to 3 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes, my pizza was finished, and the new pizza still hadn't arrived. We left, and there was no apology whatsoever when paying the bill either.
