28/03/2026: A lovely discovery! Welcoming, high quality, and courteous. We'll definitely return. The only problem is parking in the center, but that's a fixable issue. Great! We're back...absolutely the same opinion! I don't remember what we ate last time, but this time, too, with the Gourmantico menu, everything was truly delicious. The portions were just the right size, and the attention to preparation and presentation was top-notch. The service staff displayed the usual courtesy and kindness.
22/03/2026: Gourmand experience at Frosio, asking for an alternative to the meat dishes. No problem! The atmosphere is classic, welcoming, with a lovely outdoor garden in the main square of Almè. Service is attentive to detail (they even replaced a wet knife for us by pouring water), and the food is delicious, especially the appetizers and first courses. A truly enjoyable lunch, unhurried and very relaxing.

28/03/2026: We dined with the Gourmantico initiative. No complaints about the food, which was good quality. However, the service and experience weren't up to the level of a high-end restaurant, as one would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant. The presentation of the dishes was minimal, and the service was rushed and at times crude. The feeling is that the Gourmantico initiative doesn't give the same level of customer care. It's a shame, because reputation depends on these things.
27/03/2026: Dinner during the Gourmantico initiative with a menu for €80 per person. Good food and a refined atmosphere, but the experience was ruined by a lack of transparency in the billing. At the beginning of the dinner, we were offered an aperitif without being told whether it was an extra or the price. The event menu already included a bottle of wine for every two people, so we assumed it was part of the experience. Only when we received the bill did we discover an additional €20 charge. I wrote to the restaurant for clarification, attaching everything, but after two weeks I haven't received a response. It's a shame, because from a restaurant of this caliber, one expects greater transparency and customer service.
