26/04/2026: We had dinner for two. The tasting menu was very interesting. The atmosphere was elegant and the service impeccable, even from the two very professional young waiters. The initial amuse bouche was delicious. Menu: Starters: tuna tartare, scallops, then spaghetti with lemon cream and delicate shrimp, then sirloin, rabbit, and cod, very delicate yet flavorful. Dessert: white chocolate, mango, and lemon gel mousse. Coffee included: €80 each. A glass of sparkling wine each. I must say I was skeptical about the gourmet restaurant theme in Selvino. I immediately changed my mind and appreciated it. The dishes are beautifully plated, and the various ingredients pair perfectly, creating a unique interplay of textures and flavors.
