Una volta al tavolo vieni coccolato fino alla fine. Fa piacere la cura per il dettaglio i piatti tutti eccezionali che dire. L'assaggio dell'olio,,,, una chicca.

Owner and staff very kind and helpful.
Good value for money. There were two of us and we spent around 45 Euros taking an appetizer, a pizza, a first course (as shown in the photo) and three bottles of water. The gnocchi are really excellent!

10/06/2024: I have been going there every now and then for lunch for several years, often accompanied by guests and every time I receive consensus on both the quality of the food and that of the wine. At lunch there is a simpler menu than dinner which offers salads of your choice and then a series of first and second courses that are always original and of excellent quality. Among the desserts not to be missed is the zuccotto, a calorie bomb of sponge cake and cream covered in melted chocolate: every now and then you can and it is a delight for the palate!

04/08/2024: I haven’t written a TripAdvisor review for years but after going to this restaurant, I felt I had to! It was our last night in Bergamo and we’d chosen this place based on other reviews. It didn’t disappoint. We had both ordered fish pasta dishes for main and the waiter recommended a fish starter to share. All the food was absolutely amazing. The staff were friendly. It seemed like a place for locals rather than focusing on tourists. Plus, it’s a dog-friendly restaurant which gets a paws up from us! If we ever go back to Bergamo, we’ll definitely return here.

08/03/2024: Excellent business lunch, due to a long trip, I went for 3 consecutive lunches, always of excellent quality. Not being from the area I didn't have the opportunity to stop by for the 'normal' dinner but given the attention to service shown at lunch, I'm sure I wouldn't be disappointed!

01/08/2024: Primary concern, and source of the poor rating was the prevalence of flies at our table. Very irritating having them constantly land on my plate and arms/legs. Nearby tables were full of them crawling over them.
Waiters were nice. When we entered an older manager at the bar was staring at us uncomfortably until our orders were taken.
Espresso was nice, so was the fresh orange juice and Hugo spritz. However it’s hard to recommend dining here when the cleanliness is drawn into question.

28/09/2023: Excellent food and like it used to be... I hope it's still open because I would like to book but it's no longer available either by phone or by message. I hope it hasn't closed, I've been fond of this place for years now and I would be sorry.
18/07/2023: Small trattoria, central location in Albino, easy parking in the nearby square, essential, warm and welcoming, family run, excellent cuisine from Bergamo and Lombardy, all strictly homemade, passion and love for simple and genuine cuisine make it a gem which fears no comparison and reviews itself, there is no need to comment, each dish presents itself, a perfect balance between plating, quantity and delicacy. Reservation is absolutely necessary given the few places available, the cheerfulness and vitality of the owner will welcome you to live a unique and extraordinary experience. Excellent quality-price relation. It adheres to the various national and international initiatives promoted by TheFork and TripAdvisor. A must, at least for once.
