06/11/2025: This place is horrible!! I sent my partner there, get something to drink etc, and went in to shop at Lisa story across from it. Well I finish shopping go across find my partner he had already received a beer and pizza a guy comes up to me and asks me what I want I say just a beer he says I have to order food too so I say I don’t want anything at the moment then. At this point another man comes up and says that I need to leave then. As I’m sitting infront of my partner I have never been so disrespected in my life this place is wretched!!

29/10/2025: It was awful!!! The pizza was tiny, I ordered truffle but it was nothing like that, it didn't even smell like truffle! The servers weren't welcoming, barely a "good evening"! The price was ridiculously high!

09/11/2025: It is hard to believe that a gorgonzola hotel exist in Italy and this one is vecchio borgo. I stayed in 102 room and the smell of mold was terrible. I slept with the window open widly, even outside were 10 degree. Terrible hotel, should be closed because is insanely dangerous to health. Never again there.

31/10/2025: The hotel is a real gem. Unfortunately, the service and motivation of some staff members were not up to standard.

28/09/2025: We arrived and everything was closed. There's no signpost for the entrance, and no one at reception at any time. The air conditioning doesn't provide heat; it's very cold, with no blankets or shower gel. The wood and doors squeak a lot. The TV and the bed are particularly noteworthy.

25/09/2025: Went here for a visit to Bellagio. Old beautiful house. One can feel like in a fairy tail. Got a room with view to the mountains. Wonderful!

23/10/2025: Good coffee, nice little terrace.

17/10/2025: An absolutely top-notch trattoria with excellent value for money. It's always very busy, especially at lunchtime, so the staff is always very busy—please accept that. Lots of locals, there's always a special lunch menu, and as with every small trattoria in Sardinia, not everything is available on the standard menu. Truly good Sardinian cuisine with filling portions. We eat here every year. Anyone who gives a bad review has no business being in Sardinia. And to reiterate: the waitress is never unfriendly; she's just very busy! Smile, and you'll get a smile back.

14/08/2025: Il City Cafe si trova alla fine di via Dante. Non è molto grande ma si trova sulla strada pedonale. Questo piccolo ristorante ha prezzi accessibili e offre paninetti molto italiani! È anche possibile ordinare piatti di carne o pesce. Per dessert si può ovviamente prendere gelato o cappuccino!!

08/11/2025: Upon entering, a very strong and terrible smell, terrible staff, we didn't even have time to put the coffees on the table and they didn't ask us to pay very politely, I will never go back there again

29/09/2025: The first time I went there, they brought me an expired juice. We brought it back inside, and the lady at the register couldn't believe it. Yesterday, we tried again and ordered three coffees and a tea. After 25 minutes of waiting (and there was practically no one there), the coffee arrived, missing. They brought us the €10 bill. We asked for the receipt, but it didn't arrive, so we had to go inside and get it. NEVER AGAIN.

22/10/2025: Terrible food and the tables inside are cramped. There wasn’t enough space for a pizza and salad. Pizza was terrible and the salad not much better. Skip this place!

13/10/2025: I don't recommend this place: the servers were rude, the pizzas (admittedly not too expensive) were bad, the Buffalo salad was disconcertingly simple. In short, definitely avoid!

16/10/2025: Really bad food. Overpriced and couldn't pay by card - only found out after we had eaten. Awful service that took our plates before we had finished. To date the worst experience in beautiful Italy. We will NOT be back.

15/10/2025: The tomme alla griglia was burnt on top, the lettuce was wilted and there was very little of it. Friendliness is a foreign word there. The owner's comment on the phone was very disrespectful to tourists. We recommend giving it a wide berth!

21/07/2025: De vacaciones en Lago di Varese, pedimosn3 pizzas take away, riquisimas! excelente masa y productos frescos. . No nos quedamos a comer ahi pero el instante que esperamos las pizzas , observamos que el ambiente era muy agradable , atendido por sus dueños y familia, el sitio estaba lleno, señal de que se come muy bien!! volveremos en otra oportunidad

03/07/2025: Un giorno doveva accadere ed è successo oggi: la mia prima recensione con voto 1. Lavorando anch’io al pubblico, mostro sempre comprensione di fronte a disservizi o inconvenienti che possono capitare perché comprendo che il lavoro del ristoratore e del cameriere sia difficile. Ma quando si è serviti con sufficienza,senza senso di accoglienza e si deve pure assistere a battibecchi fra colleghi, sinceramente certe cose da parte mia non sono accettabili perché viene a mancare il rispetto nei confronti del cliente.

17/07/2025: Lo scontrino riporta "acqua minerale" quando è stata servita acqua microfiltrata (riportata nel menu) da rubinetto a QUATTRO euro al litro. E ne vogliamo parlare del coperto a 2,50 a persona? Certo, tutto regolare ma non se ne può più

13/07/2025: Abbiamo trovato un posto accogliente e personale accogliente. Abbiamo mangiato cozze e calamari alla brace e ho trovato il pesce buono

06/07/2025: El Pinot Grigio Gravoso estaba fresco y tenía sabores muy interesantes. El Genisia Pinot Nero fue igualmente bueno y razonable. Los tagliatelle al funghi eran ligeros pero satisfactorios. El pesto estaba igualmente delicioso. También funciona como tienda de vinos por lo que su selección es variada. Queríamos volver para una segunda noche de comida reconfortante, pero nos quedamos sin noches en Como. Definitivamente volveremos. Gracias Mille.

17/06/2025: Buena comida, pero propietario desagradable, grosero y poco alegre. Su personal parecía miserable. No hay ambiente ni relación entre todos ellos. Creo que es probablemente un poco intimidante para ellos, como yo sentía que era para mí. No volveríamos. Gran pena, ya que la comida era muy buena.

05/11/2025: Maybe 50 years ago it was a welcoming place. Today it is neglected and two teas with 4 shortbreads cost 14 euros. Stay away.

07/06/2025: Nice, historic bar, in a less touristy corner of the square, ugly rotisserie, croissants 6/10. Mediocre welcome, unnecessarily high costs for a canned estathe €4.50
