14/09/2025: We tried to sit to have breakfast when the terrace was empty, however we were told we could not sit where we wanted and swapped to a table next to a cupboard, squeezed in a corner.No customer service at all.

09/09/2025: A charming place offering American-style breakfast and brunch, located near Porta Garibaldi, on a busy Milanese street. Prices are moderately high, but considering the area, they're perfectly in line with other places.

09/06/2025: I came to Terrazza Yomo 21 in Milan expecting to enjoy a nice moment. The only good thing about this place is the location and the view — which has nothing to do with their service or quality. I ordered a lemonade and a focaccia, and ended up with a ridiculous bill of €40, including hidden “power charges” that were never communicated beforehand. The service? Absolutely awful. The waiters were rude and unhelpful. I have dietary restrictions and cannot eat pork. I accidentally ordered a focaccia with pork because I didn’t notice it in the description. I kindly asked to change the order without even touching the plate, and they flat-out refused, with zero empathy or professionalism. This completely ruined my mood. I paid €40 for a mediocre lemonade and a plate I couldn’t even eat. I’ve never experienced such poor treatment. If you’re looking for good food, respectful staff, or any form of decent service — do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

04/06/2025: ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. CAME TO MILAN VERU EXCITED FOR THIS BAR. WE WERE DENIED ENTRY DESITE BEING 19 YEARS OLD. WE WERE TOLD BY THE BALD MAN IN The photo that it was twenty plus. It is not! We saw on the website and another manager that it is 18. They have lied. We asked if it was dress code that was the issue they continued to say it was about the age. THIS IS A LIE. VERH VERY DISSAPOINTED

17/07/2025: Ordentlig fin restaurant, men helt utrolig dårlig service. Rett og slett elendig. Maten stod ikke til forventning og var ikke verdt det man betalte. Chicken nuggets til barn var schnitzel. Pasta var veldig aldente. Måtte jakte på servitør for å betale. Terningkast 2 av 6

22/10/2025: Good pizza, terrible service because while some people had already finished their pizza, others were still waiting for it, then the reservation was for 1:30 pm and before some people finished eating, they told us we had to pay and that we were late when we weren't... and that we had to leave because they were closing, without even giving us time to finish or to eat a dessert and drink coffee... but I say if you want to close the reservations at a certain time, don't take them, you can't ask people to leave who haven't finished eating yet... terrible...

14/08/2025: Il City Cafe si trova alla fine di via Dante. Non è molto grande ma si trova sulla strada pedonale. Questo piccolo ristorante ha prezzi accessibili e offre paninetti molto italiani! È anche possibile ordinare piatti di carne o pesce. Per dessert si può ovviamente prendere gelato o cappuccino!!

07/10/2025: Horrible. I don't recommend it. I ordered a salad that the menu said had pears, and it came with kiwi. No one told me about it. When I complained, they didn't give it any importance. Aside from the kiwi, which I don't like, the salad was very poor and cost 18 euros.

02/10/2025: A land of waiters who don't understand orders, get them wrong, and then insist on getting them right. The pizzas are the size of hazelnut lahmacun. The flavor is zero. We had to eat in this area because my daughter was meeting friends, but once again, we regretted eating near the Duomo. Don't even go near it.

13/09/2025: The lady was rude, the service was poor and slow, 25 minutes for a €2 bottle. Furthermore, the glasses were dirty and the ice was bitter. I should add that when I asked for a receipt, they laughed in my face, almost as if it were inappropriate just because I'm 15.

15/08/2025: I confirm what is described in most of the reviews: absolutely avoid absurd prices, for what they are worth, an experience to FORGET.

28/09/2025: We arrived and everything was closed. There's no signpost for the entrance, and no one at reception at any time. The air conditioning doesn't provide heat; it's very cold, with no blankets or shower gel. The wood and doors squeak a lot. The TV and the bed are particularly noteworthy.

25/09/2025: Went here for a visit to Bellagio. Old beautiful house. One can feel like in a fairy tail. Got a room with view to the mountains. Wonderful!

17/10/2025: An absolutely top-notch trattoria with excellent value for money. It's always very busy, especially at lunchtime, so the staff is always very busy—please accept that. Lots of locals, there's always a special lunch menu, and as with every small trattoria in Sardinia, not everything is available on the standard menu. Truly good Sardinian cuisine with filling portions. We eat here every year. Anyone who gives a bad review has no business being in Sardinia. And to reiterate: the waitress is never unfriendly; she's just very busy! Smile, and you'll get a smile back.

22/10/2025: Terrible food and the tables inside are cramped. There wasn’t enough space for a pizza and salad. Pizza was terrible and the salad not much better. Skip this place!

13/10/2025: I don't recommend this place: the servers were rude, the pizzas (admittedly not too expensive) were bad, the Buffalo salad was disconcertingly simple. In short, definitely avoid!

16/10/2025: Really bad food. Overpriced and couldn't pay by card - only found out after we had eaten. Awful service that took our plates before we had finished. To date the worst experience in beautiful Italy. We will NOT be back.

15/10/2025: The tomme alla griglia was burnt on top, the lettuce was wilted and there was very little of it. Friendliness is a foreign word there. The owner's comment on the phone was very disrespectful to tourists. We recommend giving it a wide berth!

21/07/2025: De vacaciones en Lago di Varese, pedimosn3 pizzas take away, riquisimas! excelente masa y productos frescos. . No nos quedamos a comer ahi pero el instante que esperamos las pizzas , observamos que el ambiente era muy agradable , atendido por sus dueños y familia, el sitio estaba lleno, señal de que se come muy bien!! volveremos en otra oportunidad

03/07/2025: Un giorno doveva accadere ed è successo oggi: la mia prima recensione con voto 1. Lavorando anch’io al pubblico, mostro sempre comprensione di fronte a disservizi o inconvenienti che possono capitare perché comprendo che il lavoro del ristoratore e del cameriere sia difficile. Ma quando si è serviti con sufficienza,senza senso di accoglienza e si deve pure assistere a battibecchi fra colleghi, sinceramente certe cose da parte mia non sono accettabili perché viene a mancare il rispetto nei confronti del cliente.

10/10/2025: Charges are added to the credit card without justification

08/10/2025: Danger!! Warning!! Do not book here — I was robbed! They charged my card twice the amount, claiming that after my check-out, some strangers used the room we had left, and we were billed for the damages they caused. As a result, they never refunded our money. So, in addition to having terrible customer service and stealing our money, there is absolutely no control over who enters or leaves the hotel or the rooms. It was a very upsetting experience that no guest deserves.
