16/06/2025: Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The prices are completely out of scale with the quality of the food offered: small portions, banal dishes and nothing that justifies the very high bill at the end of the meal. But the real problem was the service: the owner was rude from the beginning, annoyed by the simplest requests and with an arrogant attitude that completely ruined the atmosphere. Instead of making guests feel welcome, he seemed almost annoyed by our presence. An experience to forget. I will not return and I do not recommend it to anyone.

02/06/2025: Nous avons vécu une expérience extrêmement décevante dans cet établissement. Après avoir réglé l’addition, nous avons constaté que le montant prélevé sur la carte bancaire était largement supérieur à celui initialement dû. L’un des employés avait ajouté, sans notre consentement, un pourboire équivalent au prix total du repas. Lorsque nous avons tenté de comprendre ce qu’il s’était passé, on a essayé de nous faire porter la responsabilité, avec de nombreuses excuses peu convaincantes. L’employé a même tenté à plusieurs reprises de m’arracher des mains le ticket de carte indiquant le montant payé. Le gérant est alors intervenu… pour finalement jeter violemment le TPE qui a explosé sous le choc. Nous avons fini par être remboursés en espèces. Il est à noter que, dès le début, le personnel insistait pour que le paiement soit effectué en liquide. Au-delà de cet incident inacceptable, la qualité des plats laissait à désirer. Les pizzas commandées étaient ridicules, loin des standards que l’on peut attendre en Italie. Le service était également très lent : nous avons attendu un long moment avant qu’un serveur ne vienne prendre notre commande. En résumé, une expérience à la fois déroutante et décevante, tant sur le plan culinaire que sur le plan éthique. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.

01/06/2025: Nous avons été très déçus par notre expérience dans ce restaurant. La pizza était moyenne et, pour couronner le tout, le restaurateur nous a demandé de payer en espèces, ce qui n'était pas possible pour nous. Nous avons donc payé par carte bancaire et avons remarqué que le montant a été doublé sur le reçu. Le restaurateur nous a donné une explication rocambolesque, prétendant que le deuxième montant était le code de notre carte, ce qui est totalement absurde. Nous avons dû insister pour obtenir un remboursement, et il s'est énervé, allant jusqu'à exploser le terminal de paiement contre le mur. Finalement, nous avons réussi à nous faire rembourser, mais cette expérience a été limite traumatisante. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce restaurant.

30/04/2025: Sono stata con amici ieri sera, sarà cambiata la gestione perché la carne non sa più di nulla e la tagliata era sempre stata il piatto forte. Peccato.

10/05/2025: The food was good, but they trick you with the prices. Some extra sallad with your food? 10 euro, for just a little tomatoes, carrots and greens. 8 euro for 2 espressos. The wine was cheap but absolutely terrible. We didn't touch the bread they served, luckily, bet they would have charged your firstborn child or something. Avoid this place, or at least watch the bill very closely.

12/04/2025: Bar with kitchen. Here is the definition of this place. It offers homemade lunches at an excellent price. Two firsts and two seconds, stop. Good food and service.

28/07/2024: Purtroppo non in linea con le aspettative. Certamente materia prima di ottima qualità. Purtroppo scarsa la varietà di piatti offerti e la cucina rovina un materiale certamente pregiato, badando più alla presentazione che non al sapore del piatto. Lista dei vini carente per un posto che vuole essere di un livello medio-alto con ricarichi esosi. L atmosfera è molto "luci soffuse" e minimal, può piacere oppure no. Il servizio non è stato all altezza. Fatto determinante sul servizio: ho chiesto del caviale, guardandomi strano la cameriera mi risponde che lo vendono solo per quantità. Rispondo che va bene e mi fa notare quanto costa portandomi un menù e indicandomi il prezzo a lato col dito anziché arrivare con quanto richiesto. Non si fa. E purtroppo quello che ci ha portato era un caviale italiano di qualità medio bassa. I presupposti per essere un ristorante ottimo li avrebbe tutti ma a mio viso si necessitano molti cambiamenti: cucina e cantina in primis. I prezzi sono in linea con il tipo di ristorante che vuole essere ma non è.

18/05/2025: sul filo dei romanzi bellanesi di Andrea Vitali inun locale con le atmosfere degli anni '30/50. Ahimè solo le atmosfere letterarie si salvano. per il resto cibo mediocre, servizio con lacune e prezzi elevati.

08/05/2025: Il locale in sé è internamente molto semplice ma elegante, mentre esternamente sono presenti alcuni tavoli vista lago, che permettono di consumare la cena in compagnia di una magnifica visuale. Il menù è abbastanza vario, anche se sono presenti pochissime opzioni “del territorio”. I piatti serviti sono risultati buoni (anche se scarni nelle porzioni), tranne il fritto di lago, che è stata una vera delusione, considerando anche il costo. Il personale a mio avviso è stata la parte peggiore (che mi ha fatto decidere di dare un voto più basso di 3 su 5) frettoloso, poco attento e talvolta scorbutico (un esempio: alla richiesta di un calice per il vino, non è stata neanche data una risposta ma solo un cenno con la mano, come se non fosse una richiesta importante). Mi spiace però per me è fondamentale che il personale sia gentile e disponibile con i clienti, magari abbiamo scelto la serata sbagliata in cui cenare presso questo ristorante.

01/06/2025: L'esperienza vale il nome del locale. Assolutamente non adatto a bambini in quanto nonostante il cibo si di ottima qualità ma troppo elaborato per i bambini. Inoltre è da matti il prezzo di 3 piatti di affettati (due fette di salame 4 di coppa, pancetta e mortadella) 51€ e mi fermo qui. Locale consigliato solo per matti

31/05/2025: A place with a beautiful view! We only came for a beer and snacks, but the cakes we saw behind the counter looked very appetizing. The staff was nice and smiling. It's worth dropping in just for the view :)

30/05/2025: At 6pm on Friday they had run out of beers and only had one red Leffe in a bottle, they didn't have any smoothies because the machine "was broken". The waitress was lazy, all that was missing was a yawn. Nothing to tease with beer. Also, my dog ​​stepped on me

14/05/2025: Location molto bella, da cerimonie. Ottimo il cibo e il rapporto qualità prezzo. Pranzo da lavoro da 13 a 15 €. Servizio cortese e veloce. Se vogliamo trovare una pecca è molto rumoroso. Consiglio di prenotare e chiedere di un tavolo in una stanza adiacente, quelle più piccole sono silenziose.

05/05/2025: Un posto meraviglioso. Location splendid, soprattutto le sere d’estate. Risulta fino ad ora uno dei miei posti preferiti. Ci sono stata nello stesso periodo sia con un gruppo di amici che in coppia ed entrambe le esperienze sono state estremamente positive. Il menù permette di ordinare un ottimo antipasto, ricchissimo, le quantità delle pietanze sono abbondanti, cosa da non sottovalutare. Qualità del cibo ottima. Lo consiglio vivamente.

06/06/2025: War schon oft in den letzten Jahren hier, allein oder mit Familie, immer gut, guter Service. Heute zu dritt…Flasche Wein zu warm, Pizza ok, Ravioli sehr gut, Lachs aus dem Ofen unterirdisch…zu lange drin, trocken…konnte man nicht essen..keine Entschuldigung, kein Entgegenkommen…das war mein letztes Mal hier, gibt bessere Plätze!
