Kind and polite staff, excellent quality food, super breakfast, welcoming rooms, very comfortable bed and quiet room, everything very clean. A dinner at the restaurant in a very beautiful vaulted room, impeccable service, delicious dishes, Italian wine in keeping with a fair price. And breakfast in continuity. Free parking on the property. Don't miss the monastery church next door. A nice surprise next to Lake Como.

10/02/2025: Today we went for lunch at the Marascia restaurant to use a gift voucher, we were pleasantly surprised and satisfied, excellent food, impeccable service and kindness, welcoming and clean place

27/02/2025: Hospitality, dishes and location only 5 stars because more, you can't! To start: pizza macchiata al pomodoro, really excellent!! First course creamed to perfection, octopus tender as if it were butter 😍 tasty second course with typical Mediterranean flavors and more. Exquisite dessert, the tiramisu was so good that I didn't have time to photograph it whole. Recommended? Highly recommended!!!!! 😋

09/01/2025: we stayed in this hotel in October 2021 the best service I ever had in a hotel!!! by far!! The breakfast is excellent, everything is fresh and prepared on site. The breakfast room is simply amazing, right on the lake. The jams (made at the hotel) are simply amazing. The hotel staff is nice, welcoming and helpful in every way possible. Simply an excellent hospitality experience. Very clean rooms and in general a very well-maintained, well-maintained and clean place. It was a bit cold so we didn't go into the pool, but it looks very inviting. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back again in the future.

02/11/2024: The location itself is certainly impressive, with a charming hotel and a pleasant and very elegant peninsula on the water. Excellent choice of dishes, including lake and non-lake fish, and an important wine list. Impeccable service and courtesy complete an already appreciable picture. Prices not low, compared to the place, but rightly so.

02/03/2025: This review is for the wonderful dinner we had at the restaurant with our friends a week ago. Ambiance is always perfect for conversation; also elegant without being stuffy or theatrical. Great place for a business meal or simply a solid dinner. Every single thing we ate was delicious. We had eggplant appetizer, lobster, spaghetti with clams, branzino al cartoccio…gelato, chocolate dome, etc. It was all delicious. Very good wine list too. Best service from Nicola ALWAYS! He’s a gem. Already planning a comeback. Note: another reviewer noted that people were being rude and staring at them and incredibly, we did experience this same weird behaviour. The table next to us kept their attention and eyes literally fixated at us. Rude and weird. LOL. Nothing the restaurant can do or be faulted about.

08/02/2025: Ho avuto l'opportunità di cenare in questo ristorante stellato, ma purtroppo la mia esperienza non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative. Sebbene il locale sia molto elegante e il servizio impeccabile, i piatti non mi hanno entusiasmato come speravo. La qualità degli ingredienti era sicuramente alta, ma il risultato finale non mi ha particolarmente colpito. Mi aspettavo una proposta gastronomica più innovativa e sapori più distintivi, ma purtroppo è stata una cena che, pur nella sua eccellenza tecnica, non mi ha lasciato un'impressione memorabile. Forse le aspettative erano troppo alte, ma credo che ci siano altri posti dove l’esperienza culinaria mi ha convinto di più.

10/01/2025: Oh well, what can I say. Perfection distilled in diamond ampoules. If I really, really had to give advice, I would put a sign on the gate to explain that it is not possible to park on site before 12.30... I had arrived 15 minutes early to see the lake and I disturbed the staff while they were having lunch... but the rest, what can I say (?), I would go back every weekend

22/02/2025: We were welcomed by Nicholas who made us feel at home, with that warmth you need when you are tired from work and want to enjoy some well-deserved relaxation and good food! The dishes are nothing short of sensational, an appetizer of very fresh peeled prawns with peeled pachino cherry tomatoes (not for everyone) on a bed of avocado sauce. Oscar-worthy lobster paccheri......and on the recommendation a delicious bottle of Sicilian bubbles. What to say...next time in Milan we won't miss it!

01/02/2025: The atmosphere was very nice as was the service. We tried 3 dishes (gnocchi, risotto and the fillet with gorgonzola). The gnocchi were very special, they didn't look like the usual ones neither in shape nor in taste, they had a nice sauce but that's about it. The risotto had a very nice boil but it had a rather stiff cheese that spoiled the taste a bit, you couldn't eat much. What was very tasty was the filet. It was melt in the mouth and the sauce was very good! Overall we had a great time because the place was very atmospheric and the wine but the food, at least with our own choices, did not excite us..

17/11/2024: We stayed in their cottage in late October. Very nice villa with private swimming pool a stone's throw from the main building. What can I say, a marvel! Hotel with attention to detail, breakfast with spectacular lake view. Restaurant with refined cuisine, wide choice of wines and top-level staff.

05/11/2024: I had a really good rest. It was quiet and the breakfast was full of fresh fruit and vegetable juice and plenty of fruit. I was very satisfied with the dinner as well. I am grateful to all the staff for their kindness.

15/01/2025: Although the restaurant does not offer vegan options on the menu, the dining room staff was very kind in trying to satisfy me even with a simple dish of pasta with tomato sauce which was nevertheless much appreciated. Overall satisfied with the experience.

06/01/2025: Excellent experience! We tasted the octopus on a bed of yellow cherry tomatoes, the seafood lasagna and a pasta with saffron cream: everything was really excellent and of high quality. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the location is easily accessible
