29/11/2025: Expensive Slow service Good food Friendly staff Nice place But I wouldn't go back

10/11/2025: A very nice place, but it's not being given the attention it deserves! A bad day can happen, and maybe this was the case! The service was inattentive and inadequate in handling customer criticism! Numerous errors in both the service and the preparation of the dishes! It's a shame because the place leads one to believe that the food is of the same standard, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. More attention to detail, given the high prices for what you get, would be greatly appreciated!

07/03/2026: It's a must to leave a review, I'm not used to it... but this time it comes straight from the heart. Farinata was excellent, exceptional... I still get emotional thinking about it, it was so good. The staff was exceptional, kind (that's never a given), attentive, and so friendly. The lady accommodated the children's culinary requests with kindness and a smile. A delightful person in the workplace... that's absolutely not a given. We'll definitely be back; I highly recommend it for a quiet, super-tasty dinner in a simple place that truly warms the heart! White and chickpea farinata (choice of various succulent toppings) was greatly appreciated by both adults and children. Wiener and chips: a super delicious dish, cooked to perfection. Much appreciated by the refined palates of two little girls. Thank you for your exquisite kindness. Congratulations to everyone! See you soon

28/01/2026: The stuffed farinata was very, very good! The service was good, friendly, and fast! While we were waiting for the farinata, we ordered an appetizer to share, which arrived promptly. We'll definitely be back! They also accept dogs!

09/06/2025: Ho pranzato un sabato, direttamente dalla spiaggia al ristorante. Il ristorante è un classico ristorante con “ bagno” , senza troppe pretese( giustamente) Mangiato fritto misto e contorno. Fritto misto appena un po’ “ gommoso” Prezzo giusto, personale gentile.

07/06/2025: Sehr gutes Fisch-Restaurant, große Auswahl. Trotz gehobenem Ambiente moderate Preise. Wichtig: eigener Parkplatz! Außerhalb der Saison keine Reservierung nötig, wenn man um 20 Uhr da ist.

14/10/2025: A very bad experience. We were seated at the very back of the terrace, at a rickety table, under broken decorations that were in danger of falling. The welcome was cold, almost contemptuous, and we can't help but think that this treatment was linked to our appearance. This feeling of exclusion and discrimination is unacceptable, especially in a place that is supposed to welcome everyone. Avoid.

06/01/2026: We stopped by this place by chance. One of the few open after New Year's Eve. We asked for a spot on the patio with space for our dog, and we were granted it. The staff is very friendly. The patio was warm but a bit cramped. There were a lot of people waiting for a table. We ordered two first courses and a second course with a side. The first courses were good but average, the fried fish was superb. The prices, like everywhere on the Riviera, are a bit high, but it's money well spent on a holiday. The staff are really friendly, highly recommended.

26/12/2025: Unfortunately, the experience was completely below expectations, if not unsatisfactory. The dishes were good (not exceptional), but the portions were decidedly small. Several dishes on the menu were unavailable, and by 9:45 PM the kitchen was already closed, making it impossible to order anything else. Overall, a very disappointing value for money. We don't plan on returning.

10/11/2025: Quality, kindness, and hospitality are paramount, and when we add the excellent food and drinks, the combination is perfect. Definitely worth a try.

01/02/2026: Good selection in the center. Outdoor seating overlooking the square in typical Ligurian style. The menu is varied and the portions are quite generous. The staff is friendly and attentive; the prices are also reasonable for the quality.

09/01/2026: A very welcoming place in the heart of Diano Marina. The staff is extremely friendly, fast, and courteous. The menu offers a wide selection, from appetizers to first and second courses, and the pizza is delicious. Prices are reasonable, considering it's a tourist town.

25/10/2025: What a shame! The food is always excellent, the location has a stunning view, and the service is fast and friendly... but they've raised the prices WAY too high! 25 euros for a plate of tagliolini with seafood (delicious), 10 euros for half a liter of house wine, 8 euros for a tiramisu in a small glass, 7 euros for a small plate of sautéed chicory. Bottom line: for three of us, eating a total of an appetizer, a first course, two second courses, two side dishes, three desserts, half a liter of house wine, a mineral water, and a coffee... 152 euros, or 50 euros each. Madness! The food was very good, but it's no longer the Amedeo vegetable garden it once was. It's still a very good osteria, but with prices of a 4-star restaurant.

23/07/2025: Locale carino e piacevole, anche con uno spazio esterno lontano dalla confusione. Menù semplice e ricercato allo stesso tempo. Personale professionale e gentile. Ottima la pasta e le acciughe fritte. Un buon vino bianco ligure consigliato da loro. Costo adeguato

15/03/2026: We ordered fish soup and, sadly, after half an hour, we only received empty shellfish with plenty of bread. The cost was €30 per person. Be careful, folks, it's a disgrace. We've been coming to Alassio for seven years, but we've never had anything like this in a restaurant. Never again, Ristorante Clapsy.
