24/05/2025: We have been eating at la bionda for year now and it was our reference restaurant for things meat for long. Sadly our last visit revealed deep problems with the restaurant at the moment. Even if the place was half empty which is quite unusual for a Friday night, service was slow, we had to send back a few plates that where just barely edible and the replacement arrived - cold and half an hour later. We wish to the management best of luck in addressing this issues, we will skip this place for a while.

24/04/2025: Piatti semplici, casalinghi forse qualche cura in più ai condimenti non guasterebbe, renderebbe il piatto dal gusto più rotondo, maggiormente amalgamato nei sapori. Ambiente gradevole. Personale alla mano. Rapporto qualità prezzo discreto.

08/06/2025: Wanna be. Ristorante estremamente caro per una carta non all' altezza, ma soprattutto un servizio dilettantesco. Il personale di sala è molesto, pressante per ricevere le ordinazioni, toglie i piatti prima che vengano finiti, interrompe la conversazione per proporre qualcosa anche se non richiesto. Dulcis in fundo: alle ore 10 di sera non è più possibile ordinare un piatto perché il cuoco se ne va (attraversando la sala sghignazzando manco fosse il padrone, casco della moto sotto il braccio e vestito come un disperato). Infatti in questo ristorante abbiamo potuto mangiare solo un mezzo antipasto. I titolari dovrebbero capire che i clienti disposti a spendere certe cifre per mangiare, sono mediamente persone abituate ad avere in cambio un trattamento all' altezza, quantomeno di poter mangiare un pasto completo,diversamente la pizzeria all' angolo propone lo stesso tipo di servizio ma ad una frazione del prezzo.

04/06/2025: The place, overlooking the Bordighera seafront, is beautiful, the dishes we tried are not bad, however I do not feel like recommending it particularly. First of all, a place that presents itself with a certain class (and with certain prices) should, in my opinion, have a small reserve of bottled water for those who do not appreciate microfiltered water. Furthermore, one of the dishes, pasta with pesto, was marked on the board as a dish of the day at 14 euros and instead we were charged 18 with the excuse of having proposed pappardelle as pasta (not specifically requested by us). It is certainly not the 4 euros but it is the principle that is not good. Finally, the owners are not particularly welcoming as can also be seen from the responses to the reviews. Update following the response of the restaurateur which speaks for itself and does nothing but confirm what was noted above. To be fair, we certainly pointed out on site that the price displayed for pasta with pesto was different (more than a mix-up in the interpretation of the menu!): that's how we learned that it was being foisted on us (more than a desire to correct any errors!) with the excuse of having proposed a certain type of pasta (pappardelle) that we hadn't even asked for. To be avoided

02/05/2025: Local on top of a panoramic promontory at the beginning of the 5 Terre. Service to be reviewed in terms of timing and methods. I was offered to pay in cash to receive a discount while avoiding taxes. In 2025 you can no longer hear something like this. Furthermore, the service and cuisine were particularly slow even though there were not many people. The ravioli is good and the cod fritters are also good.

05/05/2025: Overall decent restaurant, no big surprises. The atmosphere is friendly and family-friendly, you feel at ease there. The service is fast and the servers are friendly, which is always nice. On the other hand, the cuisine lacks a little personality: the dishes are simple and rather bland, nothing really remarkable. Not a bad experience, but not unforgettable either. Fair price and a pleasant aperitif (breadstick and Calabrese)

01/05/2025: I don't recommend it, we ordered a plate of grilled fish, one for two people, and we got a bill for two!! Fraud and very unpleasant service.

21/05/2025: Servicio amable, excelente comida a un precio promedio. Teníamos raviolis con un queso parmesano y salsa de zafrón, también teníamos la pasta local: trofeo con pesto, ambos estaban geniales. Tiramisu al igual que las fotos en Tripadvisor. Volveremos seguro.

28/04/2025: Siamo stati il giorno di Pasqua in questo ristorante sul mare con una terrazza davvero stupenda! L accoglienza è stata super…cameriera gentilissima ed amichevole senza mai risultare inopportuna,carinissimi anche con il mio cagnolino ed in generale ottimo servizio. Qualità del pesce ottima e cucinato magistralmente…sicuramente torneremo a provare le altre portate del menu che non siamo riusciti ad assaggiare!

22/09/2024: Wir haben dieses Lokal zum Sonntagmittagessen aus dem tavole.doc Gastrobuch ausgewählt. Nachdem wir bereits einige der dort verzeichneten Restaurants ausprobiert haben, waren wir auf etwas Neues und Überraschendes gespannt. Von außen ist das Restaurant eher unscheinbar. Es gibt eine kleine Terrasse direkt an der Straße zur Seeseite, aber weil es sehr windig war, haben wir ohnehin innen Platz genommen. Wir waren lange Zeit die einzigen Gäste, und erst als wir unser Dessert bekamen, wurden zwei weitere Tische besetzt. Der Innenraum ist ein ansprechend restauriertes Rustico-Gewölbe. Auf einer Tafel an der Wand war mit Kreide das Motto angeschrieben, das sinngemäß lautete: "Wie ein Ei ohne Salz - es ist weder gut noch schlecht". Wir waren also auf das berühmte "Salz in der Suppe" gespannt. Wir wählten das Degustationsmenü, das als Überraschungsmenü angekündigt wurde. Als "Gruß aus der Küche" gab es eine Scheibe bruschetta. Das ist ohne Zweifel etwas sehr einfaches, aber es kann trotzdem sehr lecker sein, wenn man aromatische Tomaten benutzt und diese mit entsprechenden Gewürzen mariniert. Das war leider nicht der Fall. Es war letztlich nur eine Scheibe Zwieback mit Tomatenstückchen. Simpel. Als Antipasto wurde ein Polpo-Salat gereicht. Wir man es oft macht: in eine kleine Rundform waren vor allem Bohnen und etwas Kartoffeln und Polpo gepresst, und das Türmchen wurde auf Orangenscheiben serviert. Durchaus schmackhaft, aber gewöhnlich, wie man es auch in einfacheren Restaurants in dieser Qualität bekommt. Als Primo gab es Risotto ai frutti di mare. Das Gericht hatte eine gute Konsistenz und der Sugo war stimmig. Das secondo war ein Filet vom Seebarsch, gereicht auf vier Kartoffelscheiben und - wieder - Bohnen. Im Sinne der "Degustation" hätte man wenigstens ein anderes Gemüse wählen können. Drei dolce standen zur Auswahl (Cheesecake, Brownie oder Tiramisu). Alle Gänge kamen rasch nacheinander und wir sind selten so schnell mit einem Menü fertig gewesen, wie an diesem Sonntag. Für die beiden Menüs, eine preiswerte Flasche Pigato, aqua naturale aus dem Wasserhahn und zwei Caffé betrug die Rechnung 150 Euro. Was uns nur zu einer mittleren Bewertung führt ist dieses: Das Come a Casa will in der oberen Liga mitspielen, aber erreicht das Niveau nicht. Man verlangt Preise der gehobenen Küche, liefert aber nur gewöhnliche Gerichte. Nehmen wir das Bruschetta aus, war das Essen in Ordnung, aber Raffinesse war leider bei keinem der einzelnen Gerichte zu erkennen. Und das darf man in einem .doc Restaurant erwarten. Wir fragten uns nachher, warum dieses Lokal im tavole.doc Führer empfohlen wird, denn es fällt gegenüber anderen in dieser Gruppe deutlich ab (soweit wir in den Provinzen Imperia und Savona unterwegs waren). So war es ein insgesamt eher langweiliges und enttäuschendes Sonntagessen. Man will (so das Motto) das Salz auf dem Ei reichen, weil dieses ohne Salz weder gut noch schlecht schmeckt. Ironischerweise tappt man aber genau in diese Falle, denn die "Prise Salz" fehlte.

31/08/2024: I was for dinner and the welcome was pleasant, the staff is very kind and helpful, they also brought us a bruschetta as a welcome entrée. I tried the seafood risotto and for dessert the spice-glazed figs with pistachio ice cream and I must say that I liked everything and the portions were just right. The internal location is beautiful and characteristic of the place.

25/05/2025: Top from the welcome to the food! The service is nothing short of phenomenal, the guys are super smiling and super helpful, very kind and always on the ball. They didn't make a mistake with the food, everything was perfect, perfect condiments, truly an experience with bells and whistles! In our case we celebrated the anniversary and we were in the private room, the guys immediately warned us that the cover charge would cost 10 instead of 3, but you find yourself sitting above a well and the atmosphere is priceless, go there you absolutely won't regret it! I'll leave the photos to you to judge :)

27/04/2025: Fantastic! The lady welcomed us with open arms even though we called at 11pm at night, keeping the restaurant open for us, giving us the room in person and letting us eat and sleep in a simple but essential room, spacious, comfortable and very clean. Greetings from Terni customers!

08/06/2025: Eravamo a passeggio per Noli e ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante , naturalmente abbiamo mangiato pesce . Abbiamo ordinato una zuppetta di pesce e due fritti misti con patate . Tutto molto buono e fresco, specialmente ci ha conquistato la zuppa che abbiamo scoperto grazie alla simpatica signora che gestiva la sala , dolci nella norma . I prezzi come tutta la Liguria sono un po' più cari della norma.
