Orders start immediately for 5 mains for 5 diners, one each and more precisely 3 first courses and 2 second courses. 15 minutes pass, then 30, then 1 hour, then 1 hour and a half, then 1 hour 50 minutes, 2 first courses arrive 2 minutes after the third first course 15 minutes after the 2 meat dishes. First courses of the Roman tradition, unfortunately overcooked and very salty pasta. The meat requested with medium rare was undercooked.
