11/01/2025: ieri sera cena da gaia bio, presente la signora Triana, una dei due manager, e la collaboratrice Giulia, silenziosa come l'altra (Emanuela) ma molto professionale e gentile. Stavolta ho provato una pizza vegana, molto buona e particolare, differente da tutte le pizze che si possono trovare in giro, ero stato varie volta da gaia bio ma avevo sempre preso pasta o riso mai pizza. Altri hanno preso riso nero, straccetti, pasta con lupini, insomma tutto ottimo. per concludere uno strudel, perfettamente eseguito. Tutti i dolci e i gelati sono fatti da loro. Da bere il rosso piceno che prendo sempre, buono e genuino stamattina niente mal di testa. Ottima anche la grappa, si puo' scegliere tra varie qualita'. Prezzi nella media, sicuramente non eccessivi. Volendo proprio fare una critica, la vetrata che da' sulla strada non e' schermata da tende o piante, come avviene in tantissimi ristoranti nel mondo, quindi chi siede al tavolo e' visibile dalla strada come in vetrina, a me non da fastidio ma qualcuno attento alla privacy puo' non gradire. Ma vabbe', noi senza dubbio torneremo. Locale strapieno, indispensabile prenotare per tempo. giovanni

04/01/2025: Bello il locale molto suggestivo con le bottiglie di vino delle diverse regioni italiane a rivestire le pareti. Ottimo il cibo e professionale il servizio. Molto gradevole anche cenare ascoltando il suono del pianoforte.

05/01/2025: A delicious lunch, an intimate venue perfect for getting away from the rhythm and noise of the historic centre. Very kind service, delicious food. Prices, not cheap, consistent with the quality of the raw materials and the non-trivial proposals. The pasta with cod, artichokes and olives, beef peposo and chestnut dessert with caramelized pears are highly recommended.

12/01/2025: The stylishly furnished restaurant was absolutely convincing with a good selection of really traditional Greek dishes. The service was very friendly, attentive and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and had a great meal. Of course also with a cold ouzo... Absolute recommendation for lovers of Greek cuisine.

10/01/2025: A great find, right next to the Colosseum. Homemade food, with a family atmosphere, typical Roman. Very reasonable prices and delicious and abundant food.

08/01/2025: I wasn't expecting much since it was a tourist area near the Colosseum, but it turned out to be a very nice traditional Roman restaurant. There was a menu in Japanese, and the staff were very kind, cheerful, and pleasant, and I was very satisfied. Amatriciana was saltier than the Japanese seasoning, which made the wine go well. It's a popular restaurant, so we recommend making reservations or going early.

08/12/2024: Absurd care of the dishes, very honest prices. Menu that varies a lot, absolutely worth returning. (Maybe a little slow but worth it)

19/12/2024: Meeting period, I start walking around a bit to look for a restaurant closer to Fiumicino, where my colleagues and I were staying, I find this nice and well-kept little restaurant with few seats and with excellent reviews. Very right choice, excellent quality of raw materials, well prepared dishes, super level of meat. Kindness and courtesy are at home. Next meeting will be my first stop.

23/12/2024: In 6 days in Roma, we loved this place the most. The people were so SO sweet and the food was very well done. The classics were made perfectly, it was literally the best meal in the city. As far as details, they made excellent wine suggestions from our preferences, the family who runs it were so warm and friendly it was easy to forget that one of the world’s greatest cities was outside. Please take some time here. Order a lot. Then order another bottle.

21/12/2024: Quality of the dishes average, apart from the pear with Barolo reduction and plums which deserves a mention, for the rest of the dishes not so satisfying, the osso bucco had tough meat and its reduction was too tasty, the lamb (lamb ) was clearly badly cut, a true abomination. The contours are discreet.... Honestly a little disappointed compared to the reviews read previously, my account is a little high... only note of merit, the professionalism of the waiters.
