08/03/2025: We happened to find Gaia Bio one of our first nights in Rome and it ended up being the best discovery of our entire trip. Of all the restaurants we went to on our week long trip, Gaia Bio was the only one we had to visit twice. The pizza was not only the best I had in Rome, but the best in the world. When I look back on our trip, Gaia Bio is what I will think of first. I cannot wait to return!

30/03/2025: An amazing hidden place that deserves to be discovered. I recommend to book in advance as it is a small place . It has a great atmosphere, super service and the food tasted perfect. Don’t miss it.

17/03/2025: If seafood is your game. Definitely go here. The service is so fun. There is a 70 plus year old gentleman who does the service along with two twin boys. They run a tight ship and an amazing service. Food sphageti with clamps. 9/ 10. Mixed seafood grill 10/10. Friend artichokes. Amazing 11/ 10. Octopus in tomatoes sauce 10/ 10. Plus an amazing bottle of white wine. All for 68 Euros. Great value for money. Busy restaurant. So book. I booked through fork.

17/03/2025: It's the second time I've gone to dine in this place, really delicious! Slightly more expensive than the other Greeks in the area but definitely high quality. Incredible sauces, delicious salads and truly delicious gyros. Also recommended for a romantic dinner!

Saltimbocca da competizione. Ottimo il vino consigliato, squisitie le crostate assaggiate. Caffe' servito con tarallo e con tazzina con coperchio, una sciccheria. E poi dulcis in fondo l'adorabile Sanja, la principessa del locale

26/03/2025: We visited here on the last night of our trip to Italy as a gift to my husband who gave us a trip as a gift. We were able to make a reservation smoothly from Japan, the restaurant was sparkling, and the staff spoke English slowly and were kind. There were other Japanese people there besides us, so it was obvious that it was popular. The service was a little slow after the appetizers, and we left halfway through due to our own reasons such as tiredness from the trip, so we regret that we didn't get to the main course. The food was really delicious! The appetizers in particular looked cute, and we were impressed by the variety of flavors we could enjoy from the bite-sized dishes 🥺✨ The price was not too high for us, and even though we left halfway through for our own reasons, they deducted the charge from the course price, so it's a very reasonable restaurant. I would definitely like to visit again when I travel.
