12/05/2025: Negli anni ci sono stata più volte e mi è sempre piaciuto, ieri sono rimasta molto delusa. Servizio totalmente disorganizzato: i camerieri che non sapevano dove portare i piatti, il vino l’abbiamo dovuto chiedere 3 volte e dopo aver chiesto di metterlo in ghiaccio non è stato fatto. Abbiamo preso i primi di pesce che erano un lago di olio all’aglio e basta (allego foto di quelli che dovevano essere spaghetti con vongole). Mi dispiace molto, ma è un grande no.

12/05/2025: Siamo venuti in questo ristorante per cena. Già all' entrata ci siamo trovati molto bene, il posto è luminoso e molto accogliente. Gli ordini sono arrivati e subito e nonostante abbiamo ordinato 5 piatti diversi, ce li hanno portati tutti insieme. I camerieri sono molto gentili e il cibo è molto buono. Consiglio.

23/08/2025: At almost 8 a.m., the counter was completely empty, with no sweet or savory options. My partner, to avoid waiting too long, had to settle for a vegan croissant, while I opted for a simple coffee, since there was nothing savory available. Furthermore, the prices seemed a bit high for the quality of service. Truly disappointing, I'll never come back. For me, it's a complete no-no.

15/12/2025: We booked the Junior Suite, but unfortunately, it differed significantly from the pictures on the website. It was very noisy, both from neighboring rooms and the hallway. The toilet seat was loose, the bathtub leaked, and water spilled onto the floor. The carpet was stained. The walls, ceiling, and lamps gave the impression of having been renovated by an amateur handyman. Missing towels were only provided after we pointed them out twice, and the lobby was unreachable by phone. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the staff there were friendly. The view from the rooftop terrace was fantastic, and the location was perfect. The contents of the minibar are included in the Junior Suite. All in all, a great location (for which the current owners can hardly be held responsible) and good food, but the room was a complete disappointment. Three stars if you're being generous.

15/12/2025: We were sold a dream based on the photos when we booked through a private sale site, but what a disaster! The hotel is in a state of disrepair that is truly unworthy of a 4-star rating. We had two rooms, each with its own set of flaws: an unlocked door leading from the toilet to the balcony of the neighboring room, and the windows weren't one-way mirrored; a magnificent view of a metal stairwell from which the rooftop parties echoed until late at night; Scotch tape in the bathtub in one room and a faulty toilet in the other; and a constantly noisy air conditioner, which was surprising given the intense heat in the rooms (unbelievable for December). €10 tourist tax per person per night is simply highway robbery considering the poor quality of the services. The only redeeming feature is the location; the rest is a complete rip-off.

14/12/2025: The food was great and the service too, but they charged us about €13 extra, for "cover charge and a concept similar to a tip which was 15% of the bill" and that's not on the menu.

12/12/2025: We ordered a pizza for dinner, which consisted of two slices of ham, a little tomato and cheese, and a lot of arugula added for no apparent reason. Mediocre doesn't even begin to cover it. However, the secret ingredient was two hairs that completely ruined our meal. When we mentioned it to the waiter, we got a lot of "sorry, sorry" and a promise to tell the "chef" (an individual who never introduced himself, even though they seemed to be pondering for ages before bringing us the bill). The result? A mediocre dinner with appalling service (notably the change of waiter after we "reported the incident," which was utterly inefficient and involved both of them looking at the floor) that raises serious questions about the hygiene of this establishment. It's quite something to have such an unpleasant experience with pizza in the country that made them famous.

07/12/2025: Very hospitable, they welcomed us without a reservation on a day with the Christmas markets. The set menu was good, with generous portions. It's a shame the Christmas markets are poorly organized.

28/10/2025: The experience at the facility was definitely below expectations but above all, below the asking prices. From the moment we arrived, there was an air of annoying sufficiency, a classist and prejudicial attitude that should not belong to those who define themselves as "high-level hospitality". The beach, despite the location, is rather anonymous: ordinary sunbeds and umbrellas, rigorously cold showers and small, neglected, poorly maintained toilets. Nothing that evokes the luxury or attention to detail that one would expect. We were greeted by a lifeguard with an inquisitorial approach, who - even though we had just passed by the cashier - stopped us with a suspicious tone to "verify the reservation". His "And you? What are you doing here?" will remain a memorable example of how not to approach customers. But in this regard the most emblematic episode of the entire day took place during the attempt to have lunch: when we asked for a table, the manager (or presumed manager) pointed us with obvious insistence towards the kiosk-bar, emphasizing that the restaurant only offered fish. A clarification as obvious as it was superfluous, since it was precisely that menu that had attracted us. We responded politely, specifying not only that we were aware of it, but also that we were perfectly aware of the average expected cost. I find it disconcerting - and downright vulgar - to have to justify one's presence based on one's spending capacity. In the end we were assigned a table, as if it were a concession and not a service. Around us, empty tables for the entire lunch. The waiter completed the picture with an unfortunate remark: "I guess you don't drink wine." A joke in questionable taste, perhaps appropriate for any tavern. For the record: we ordered two glasses of Prosecco, two first courses (spaghetti allo scoglio and linguine with clams and bottarga), water and two desserts. Total: €120. Good dishes, no doubt, but nothing memorable or even justifiable on an economic level, especially in the face of a hasty service, lacking in finesse, and clearly influenced by a superficial judgment on who we were. It is clear that at Saporetti they make children and stepchildren. If you want to feel put to the test, looked down upon and treated with snobbery (undeserved!!!) this is a five-star place

24/10/2025: Restaurant by the sea, nothing to complain about the food and the service but some prices of some dishes should be revised downwards because 35 euros for a plate of spaghetti with clams and especially 5 euros for a litre of water seem really excessive to me.
