05/10/2025: Good evening, I tried this seaside restaurant and my rating is very poor... I ordered two first courses... for €18.00 each and they arrived served with papalina-style dishes... the pasta arrived cold and raw. They actually brought a huge bowl for the mussel shells. There were two of them on my plate... I repeat, two!! Incredible... in the end, €50.00 was two strands of cold, raw pasta topped with pieces of fish.

28/09/2025: Lovely place, but the service and food were truly poor. After waiting almost an hour, they brought us two inedible portions of pasta with clams (the pasta was tasteless, sticky, and the clams had a bad flavor). They almost mocked me when I expressed my disappointment (what are you saying, impossible lady, they're so fresh!!!!). Never again.

10/10/2025: Wonderful head waitress is extremely attentive. Wonderful oxtail and supplì and artichoke bruschetta appetizer. The rest of Rome food seems tired but La Scaletta finally meets and exceeds expectations!

05/10/2025: Bland food. Very expensive. They charged us 12 euros for a cover for three people, 12 euros for a glass of wine. I had to change the sauce from mite to ponidiro because I'm allergic to fish, and they charged me 13 euros for the sauce change. I didn't get a bill; I paid cash. A real rip-off. I don't recommend it.

05/10/2025: I asked for tomato and basil pasta because I can't eat fish, and since it wasn't on the menu, they charged me 13 euros more just for tomato sauce! So, 35 euros for a plate of pasta with tomato sauce. Shameful! They take advantage of tourists, and the quality of the food is terrible. The place is full of flies. I don't recommend it.

08/10/2025: Located near St. Peter's Square, on a street lined with restaurants. Service is fast and very friendly. The food is a shame, though: amatriciana consists of pasta with tomato sauce and overly fried zucchini flowers. The only redeeming dish is the chicken with peppers.

07/10/2025: Highly recommended restaurant. Good value for money and very friendly service. We ate there twice and were very satisfied both times.

09/07/2025: Capisco il mantra della difficoltà nel trovare personale, ma far salire e scendere due volte i clienti per trovare un tavolo per DUE persone, prenotato, dicendo che non è disponibile, è veramente incredibile! Pizza buona, buona scelta di vini a calice, urge un po' più di organizzazione e professionalità.

18/06/2025: Cena con amici, due tavoli da 14 persone, uno per adulti e l’altro per bambini. Abbiamo ordinato alle 20,45. Alle 21,30 il tavolo degli adulti aveva già ricevuto antipasto e piatto principale. Il tavolo dei bambini alle 22,15 ha iniziato a ricevere le pizze…. Su 14 hanno iniziato a mangiare in 3. Gli altri aspettavano…Non aggiungo altro. Vergognoso. Non ci torneremo più.

11/05/2025: Siamo stati a Pasqua e c era il menù fisso e abbiamo mangiato benissimo, la cosa molto sfiziosa sono stati i circa 15 antipasti sia caldo che freddi e tutto il resto era buonissimo. Siamo tornati il 1 maggio, menù alla carta, ed è stata una conferma, si mangia benissimo. Super consigliato

23/09/2025: I went to the restaurant about a week ago, and after what I saw, I will never go there again. I lost the desire to eat after I saw the waiters putting food on the plates with their hands without using gloves. It was truly disgusting. I will report this to the relevant authorities.

09/09/2025: I rate this hotel very highly – clean and nice rooms, a large balcony, and reading other reviews, everything worked, and the toilet worked. The room was air-conditioned and had a window. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, served buffet-style, but the waitress brought our chosen items to the plate, ensuring order and cleanliness. Breakfast offers both sweet and savory options – from simple sandwiches to cakes and fruit. The location is excellent, close to the beach, where you can rent sunbeds (two sunbeds and an umbrella for 14 euros per day). However, you can also use the nearby public beach without sunbeds. The beach is very well-maintained and clean. Near the hotel are two small markets, a promenade, and a bus stop. However, we noticed that the part of town where the hotel is located is quieter, while the part near the Old Town and the Ferris wheel is noisier, more party-oriented, and more crowded. The only major downside was the lack of information about the pool closure. I think they should have informed the booking process that the pool will be closed when booking in September. We chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to the sea and the pool. No one at reception informed us about this either. Only when we went there ourselves and saw the pool was covered did we ask if it was already closed, and we were told it was because it was too cold. We stayed from September 3rd to 6th, and other hotels still had their pools open, and the temperature was around 30°C. The jacuzzi was also closed, which is understandable, as it's better to use a hot tub when it's "cooler." Apart from that, everything was top-notch.

09/09/2025: Title: (NO) QUALITY and (POOR) SERVICE The impressive lobby could be deceptive: 4-star hotel room without a minibar or complimentary coffee maker. Bathroom worthy of a 2-3-star hotel. Questionable cleanliness (there was dust under the bed for the 3 days of our stay). Not to mention the rudeness of the receptionist the night we arrived: - he didn't let us into the hotel parking lot to unload our luggage. - he didn't help us with the room's air conditioning, which wasn't working; he said, "I'm not a maintenance man..." So, how do they give stars to hotels in Rimini? This one didn't deserve more than 2 stars... and anyway, politeness isn't measured in stars...

10/10/2025: We came across this place as we wanted to grab some quick food and it did not disappoint! The staff was lovely and so helpful, the food was really nice and we got a table straight away. Would recommend 100%.

07/10/2025: You come from the street to sit there. No sign, no waiter there. So you go in and buy something to eat it on a chair…and they refuse that you sit there. Some hidden signs show that outside is only served. They did not let us sit down on their chair despite we bought our drinkes and food there. Believe me I just went there to sit after a long day. Totally unfriendly and unflexibel.

22/10/2025: Nothing to complain about, a very friendly atmosphere and a place with a wide selection of both sweet and savory items. The outdoor area is also very nice and quiet. Excellent choice.

Of course, people who don't know the area are interested in engaging. YOU INTENTAN METER WHAT IS ABUSIVE. If you go a little further you will get better results and a better price. YOU MUST KEEP IN MIND: It's important to know that they charge 15% of the service as a fixed rate. A very bad experience. They overcharged for service, and the prices didn't match what was offered. It's a complete scam for tourists. A half-liter bottle of water costs 3.50, and a coffee costs 3.50. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO TOURISTS 😡😡😡😡 Be careful with this site. 07/05/2025: We had an amazing dinner yesterday, few hours before and it was amazing. The entrees and main dish, mine was lasagna was very good but the Tiramisu was heavenly, V. V. Good I do recommend it 100%
