09/11/2025: The food was disappointing, but the worst part was charging a baby, not even two years old, asleep in the stroller for service! They didn't even provide a cup, cutlery, or anything. I don't understand why they're charging for the service of another customer. It's shameful!

23/09/2025: I went to the restaurant about a week ago, and after what I saw, I will never go there again. I lost the desire to eat after I saw the waiters putting food on the plates with their hands without using gloves. It was truly disgusting. I will report this to the relevant authorities.

26/10/2025: The worst. Better to stay hungry than eat in this place. Pizza is terrible. If I hadn't eaten pizza in other restaurants in Rome and only ate in this particular place, I would have thought that Italian pizza is a fairy tale. The prices are very high while the food is not worth it at all. But the service is even worse. They don't love what they do. They hate it and it shows. Stay away from them.

25/10/2025: The food was okay, but the service was not good and rather unpleasant. They constantly try to make money off you; if you order wine, a bottle is opened right at your table. The most outrageous thing, however, was the €17 service charge on the bill, along with the note that tips weren't included. Simply a tourist rip-off.

09/07/2025: Capisco il mantra della difficoltà nel trovare personale, ma far salire e scendere due volte i clienti per trovare un tavolo per DUE persone, prenotato, dicendo che non è disponibile, è veramente incredibile! Pizza buona, buona scelta di vini a calice, urge un po' più di organizzazione e professionalità.

18/06/2025: Cena con amici, due tavoli da 14 persone, uno per adulti e l’altro per bambini. Abbiamo ordinato alle 20,45. Alle 21,30 il tavolo degli adulti aveva già ricevuto antipasto e piatto principale. Il tavolo dei bambini alle 22,15 ha iniziato a ricevere le pizze…. Su 14 hanno iniziato a mangiare in 3. Gli altri aspettavano…Non aggiungo altro. Vergognoso. Non ci torneremo più.

16/11/2025: A traditional restaurant in the center of Viterbo, just steps from the medieval town center. Welcoming, family-run, and with a timeless charm. Local cuisine, quality food, and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Everyone was so friendly, we complimented them and will definitely be back!

05/10/2025: I asked for tomato and basil pasta because I can't eat fish, and since it wasn't on the menu, they charged me 13 euros more just for tomato sauce! So, 35 euros for a plate of pasta with tomato sauce. Shameful! They take advantage of tourists, and the quality of the food is terrible. The place is full of flies. I don't recommend it.

05/10/2025: Bland food. Very expensive. They charged us 12 euros for a cover for three people, 12 euros for a glass of wine. I had to change the sauce from mite to ponidiro because I'm allergic to fish, and they charged me 13 euros for the sauce change. I didn't get a bill; I paid cash. A real rip-off. I don't recommend it.

05/11/2025: It is directly opposite Termini railway station. The staff there are impeccably kind. They served all pilgrims with utmost respect and attention despite the big numbers and immense pressure. But above all they were very honest to detail. It is also very clean. A big round of applause to all the staff. I can visit the place again and again.

09/09/2025: I rate this hotel very highly – clean and nice rooms, a large balcony, and reading other reviews, everything worked, and the toilet worked. The room was air-conditioned and had a window. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, served buffet-style, but the waitress brought our chosen items to the plate, ensuring order and cleanliness. Breakfast offers both sweet and savory options – from simple sandwiches to cakes and fruit. The location is excellent, close to the beach, where you can rent sunbeds (two sunbeds and an umbrella for 14 euros per day). However, you can also use the nearby public beach without sunbeds. The beach is very well-maintained and clean. Near the hotel are two small markets, a promenade, and a bus stop. However, we noticed that the part of town where the hotel is located is quieter, while the part near the Old Town and the Ferris wheel is noisier, more party-oriented, and more crowded. The only major downside was the lack of information about the pool closure. I think they should have informed the booking process that the pool will be closed when booking in September. We chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to the sea and the pool. No one at reception informed us about this either. Only when we went there ourselves and saw the pool was covered did we ask if it was already closed, and we were told it was because it was too cold. We stayed from September 3rd to 6th, and other hotels still had their pools open, and the temperature was around 30°C. The jacuzzi was also closed, which is understandable, as it's better to use a hot tub when it's "cooler." Apart from that, everything was top-notch.

09/09/2025: Title: (NO) QUALITY and (POOR) SERVICE The impressive lobby could be deceptive: 4-star hotel room without a minibar or complimentary coffee maker. Bathroom worthy of a 2-3-star hotel. Questionable cleanliness (there was dust under the bed for the 3 days of our stay). Not to mention the rudeness of the receptionist the night we arrived: - he didn't let us into the hotel parking lot to unload our luggage. - he didn't help us with the room's air conditioning, which wasn't working; he said, "I'm not a maintenance man..." So, how do they give stars to hotels in Rimini? This one didn't deserve more than 2 stars... and anyway, politeness isn't measured in stars...

12/11/2025: Listed as a 5-star, I will give it a 2 at best. The bathroom was filthy, the shower area full of mold. We proved it to the attendant by scraping some of the dirt with a tissue paper. Additionally two of the five days we stayed at the hotel we didn’t have hot water. When complaining about it the technician came to the room opened all the faucets, shower and bidet to full capacity for 15 minutes to get some lukewarm water. Here you have hot water he said. The only reasonable thing is the location but because of this they take advantage of you.

07/11/2025: The location is great, everything is within walking distance or easily accessible by metro. Yes, the rooms are dated, there's visible mold in the bathroom and a noticeable smell – but still, for the price and location, it's acceptable. Don't expect too much. It's not a 5-star hotel by German standards, more like a 3-star. The beds are okay.

09/08/2025: Grandes porciones a un precio razonable con una variedad de opciones para elegir. IT obtiene de 3 a 4 estrellas porque IT era casi promedio tal vez un poco por encima del promedio. La pizza es de corteza fina. No de estilo napolitano pero sigue siendo bueno. Pero no muy bien. Las pastas eran buenas. Los 4 ñoquis de queso y el fetichino Alfredo estuvieron ambos por encima de la media. La salsa Alfredo era mejor que la salsa de 4 quesos. El filete en salsa de vino tinto estaba muy bueno pero un poco mal cocido. El personal era bueno.

22/11/2025: We didn't take a look at the menu before sitting down and we overpayed for our coffee and deserts. We payed 50€ for 2 coffees and 3 cakes. The size of tiramisu is acceptable but still not good enough for 9,90€. The pana cotta is ridiculously small for the same price. Service fee is 15%. There are cheaper options down the street so I would suggest going to a different restaurant.
