16/12/2024: Difficile che io dia 1 ...ma mi sono sentito veramente imbrogliato Prezzi aumentati ad arte per chi prenota con the fork e piatti che sembrano gli avanzi degli altri tavoli , specialmente una coda alla vaccinara che credetemi non ci saranno stati 50 gr. di carne e quando l'ho fatto notare il cameriere mi ha chiaramente riso in faccia 😡😡😡

07/08/2024: Cibo di ottima qualità, terrazza con vista sul mare di Ponza, personale gentilissimo e qualificato, soprattutto la proprietaria Anna, simpatica e ospitale. Consigliato il cannolo con stracciatella, gamberi e lime.

30/09/2024: Very nice place, we had a great time with friends on a Sunday lunch. I have some doubts about the food as the fish was not all fresh (for example fried fish) and several things were frozen (for example octopus and fried calamari). Spaghetti with clams good, although for some a little too rich in garlic. Overall we had a nice day. But I would do more on food

14/12/2024: After the change of management, nothing remained of the old Trattoria Saviglia. It was my favorite place in the village and now I will never set foot there again. I had lunch today with a friend, receipt in hand: a slice (only one) of roast pork 12 Euros. Very salty, and not just in price, dry, probably cooked the day before and reheated. Chicory served without seasoning and without having first been pan-fried, boiled, tasteless. A real wickedness. My friend had a soup, also salty and with the same chicory. Half a liter of wine. 42 euros for two! A ROBBERY! PRICES INCREASED BY 60%, PORTIONS REDUCED BY 50%, QUALITY OF CUISINE REDUCED. Having expressed disgust for the dishes and left the boiled chicory in place, they didn't even take action to offer something else, a bitter. Some things on the menu, such as porcini mushrooms, were obviously not available. An infinite sadness. Near our table there was a couple of customers who, like me, knew the place a long time ago. Same negative experience told when leaving the restaurant. Never again!

03/11/2024: We only ate a first course and it was good. But disappointed, a restaurant that doesn't have a slice of meat to roast is a shame. If you don't like lamb or guinea fowl or tripe, don't eat it. For 2 first courses €38.50

17/12/2024: All the details are very well looked after, the attention towards the guest is at the top, the kindness of the staff is truly remarkable. In the attached restaurant, authenticity reigns supreme, and the breakfast is plentiful and varied. Definitely recommended.

11/12/2024: I went to Rome for work at Arte in Nuvola and I chose this property for convenience and I can say that I chose well as it is a hotel with excellent value for money and the room was really nice, clean and with a nice view. on the Fuksas Cloud. Great breakfast and really friendly staff. I recommend it

22/11/2024: Siamo andati a pranzo con degli amici, abbiamo mangiato il tagliere di antipasti con la zuppa di sezze (gli amici di Roma hanno gradito moltissimo) , poi una cacio e pepe di tutto rispetto e per finire finalmente ho assaggiato la tagliata: cottura perfetta e qualità altissima. Da provare! Come contorno cicoria e broccoletti e per finire un tortino dal cuore caldo che ha concluso perfettamente il pranzo.

28/12/2024: I stopped here for lunch by chance. This is a bar/trattoria, probably a bar that is evolving into a trattoria, and in my opinion, they are on the right path. The place is small, an internal room with six tables, there is a second room with a removable cover probably suitable for the summer months. I ate in the first room, wooden beamed ceiling, terracotta floor with wooden tables and chairs, for me a perfect trattoria-style plus. The mise en place is simple but tidy and tidy, you can see they care. I took paccheri del Chalet (house dish) then paccheri with porcini mushrooms, bacon, pachini and buffalo mozzarella, as a side dish baked potatoes. Not a short time but I read care in the preparation, and in fact I was pleasantly surprised, as they say "excellent and abundant", perfect al dente cooking of the pacchero, interesting combination of the ingredients indicated, the first definitely promoted. The baked potatoes were very good, excellent spiciness without being too savory, personally a little more crunch would have been better, but it's a matter of personal taste but the flavor was amazing. As regards the service, the girl is always present and attentive to the customer's needs without being intrusive, good. She was also promoted. Desserts, I asked for a cheesecake but it wasn't available, I opted for a berry semifreddo, good but not very semifreddo, in the frozen and hard sense, I had to wait for it to soften with a spoon. Maybe they read me and improve here too. Conclusions: interesting trattoria, small but nice and clean place, excellent for lunches or dinners with colleagues and friends. Good food and good service. Bill: a first course, side dish, 1/2 liter of house wine, water, dessert and coffee total 🟰 €35

22/09/2024: I went to this place for lunch with my family. We received an excellent welcome, the first courses were plentiful and of high quality, both from sea and land, and the meat was also excellent. Competent and very friendly staff. Highly recommended we will definitely return.

Creative and delicious stuffed pasta, these can also be eaten for lunch. Excellent prices for consumption on the spot (€6 for a first course with abundant seasoning) I think it's an excellent alternative to trattorias that now charge a lot and the quality is usually not excellent. both food and drinks and free water! also super eco friendly, all compostable.

13/11/2024: A pasta factory as we remember them as children. The ricotta and spinach ravioli are excellent! You can eat seated even if there are few places.
