31/05/2025: San Marco was a recommendation from our hotel staff and we enjoyed our meal. The restaurant is quite large with many rooms and extremely busy with wait staff running around from table to table. I ordered the Cacio e Pepe and enjoyed the flavors at first, the pasta is very starchy as the meal cools. My partner ordered the Spaghetti Aglio olio and said the dish had a bit of heat to it and very tasty. Overall, not a bad meal. On our way out, we noticed that the pizza looked amazing.

05/03/2025: Don't be discouraged by the 3 ramps you have to climb to reach the property. You park underneath, go up the aforementioned ramps and find yourself in a magical courtyard with a splendid view of Subiaco and where you can also eat in the summer. The internal restaurant room is very large and vintage, embellished with fine marble and classic furnishings. Typical and tasty dishes on the menu. The owner is very helpful and kind. Highly recommended!

09/02/2025: Beautiful location....dated, which maintains the atmosphere and the historical charm of the structure. Beautiful location with a view, both for the restaurant and for the room. Excellent dinner for adults and children (we were 2 adults and 2 children), overnight stay in the room and excellent and abundant breakfast. Home atmosphere from the owner Fabrizio. Recommended even just for a pleasant tasty stop.

13/06/2025: La pizza niente male ma si aspetta troppo. Danno priorità all asporto ed i clienti seduti ai tavoli attendono.... Anche per il conto stessa cosa! Non credo di ritornarci....

01/06/2025: Abbiamo prenotato in questo ristorante perché per sentito dire sì mangia bene e il servizio ottimo. Serata invece davvero da dimenticare siamo arrivati dopo vari cenni al personale ci è stato dato il tavolo, ci tengo a precisare che non era pienissimo, ci siamo seduti e abbiamo cominciato a guardare il menù, dopo circa 15 minuti non si avvicinava nessuno per prendere l'ordine, ho chiamato una ragazza che lavora lì ed ho chiesto quanto dovevamo aspettare per fare l'ordine e la ragazza mi ha detto che appena si liberava la collega sarebbe venuta, intanto le ho chiesto di portarci una bottiglia d'acqua. La collega che prendeva gli ordini continuava a fare altre cose ci guardava ma non era evidentemente disponibile a prendere l'ordine , poi quando abbiamo visto un altro dipendente entrare con il taccuino e andare a prendere l'ordine ad un tavolo che era stato occupato molto dopo di noi, ci siamo alzati abbiamo lasciato due euro per la bottiglia dell' acqua e c'è ne siamo andati. Rispetto il lavoro di tutti ma se non si è in grado di gestire un determinato numero di persone meglio che le prenotazioni siano limitate. Pessima esperienza non ci metterò più piede.

15/05/2025: I would not come here again. The pizza wasn’t done and the Italian sausage was raw. The waiter was rude when I told him about it. I waited almost 45 mins for it as well

02/06/2025: Ci siamo trovati per caso in questo ristorante per caso, dopo una giornata alle terme di saturnia abbiamo trovato un cibo buonissimo sia primi che secondi che contorni . complimenti ai camerieri christian e franco che hanno svolto un lavoro eccellente molto accoglienti e disponibili la crema catalana era strepitosa la consigliamo prezzo ottimo

13/06/2025: This is a restaurant with a double location, in the summer it moves to a beautiful terrace a few hundred meters further than the rest of the year. Excellent and very high quality products. It is not the first time I go and in fact, I will return many more times. Fast, impeccable and truly courteous service. Recommended!

24/05/2025: Food and wine experience....owners who pamper you and explain and advise you. Tried fried artichokes, mushrooms and polenta with anchovies (delicious). For second course scialatielli with mussels, vegetables and bottarga.... Also tasted cardinal meat (delicious sausage). How sweet is the cannolo.... The strong point is the very good selection of wine and the bitters where the master is a homemade nocino. Fair quality price. If you want to eat well you have to pay the right amount

28/01/2025: It is a wine bar and restaurant. Relaxed atmosphere and great service. I personally loved the starters; The rest of the dishes were breaded and fried and I don't tolerate it well. The desserts are not bad.

03/06/2025: Tornati a distanza di qualche mese, è andata ... abbastanza bene, qualche riserva sugli antipasti. Locale pulitissimo e ben illuminato come sempre, qualche tavolo di troppo all'interno. Per antipasto quattro alici "mbuttunate" (senza infamia e senza lode) ed una pizzella fritta con burrata ed alici (come sopra). A seguire due spaghetti alle vongole, cotti e mantecati bene, buoni. Una bottiglia di Vermentino bello fresco, un'acqua e due amari. Totale, con un piccolo sconto : € 65. Nell'insieme, da uno a dieci : sette. Le potenzialità del locale e dello staff potrebbero far puntare più in alto. Comunque lo consiglio.

19/05/2025: Ho avuto modo di conoscerlo in occasione della prima comunione di mia nipote e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Ci hanno servito come dolce una mimosa che ho apprezzato molto e data la sua delicatezza, l'ho giudicata la piu buona mangiata finora. Questo giudizio e' stato espresso dal sottoscritto che ha lavorato 40 anni nella ristorazione.

04/05/2025: Siamo di casa, e in questa occasione siamo venuti con amici Olandesi, che dopo aver sentito le nostre osservazioni ci hanno chiesto di conoscerlo. Sono rimasti entusiasti del luogo e del pranzo, a base di pietanze ricercate con i tartufi del posto. Come sempre Marta ha curato gli ospiti con le spiegazioni sugli ingredienti e gli abbinamenti con i vini della regione. Sicuramente i nostri amici ritorneranno a breve con i loro familiari.

15/04/2025: Esperienza stupenda e interessante accompagnato dalla mia compagna. Nel pacchetto era compreso il pernottamento in un stupendo appartamentino dell’agriturismo immerso nel verde della Sabina. Accolti da splendidi cani da tartufo ci siamo rilassati nell’alloggio per affrontare al meglio la truffle esperience. Quest’ultima si è svolta con una piacevole e interessante introduzione su tutto il mondo del tartufo partendo da cosa è il tartufo fino al punto di vista economico, scoprendo cose che non avrei mai immaginato. Poi si inizia a camminare accompagnati da trufola e sisley alla ricerca di tartufo. Trovati i tartufi siamo tornati per l’ora di pranzo assaggiando un ottima bruschetta di tartufo e olio ( prodotto da loro ) e poi gustando un’ottimo pranzo tutto a base di tartufo.

05/06/2025: For me it is definitely a place where I feel at home. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Neapolitan pizza that, according to a friend from Campania, manages to outclass its Neapolitan cousins. The place is nice and can accommodate large groups. My family dinners are usually completed by desserts that conquer the entire table. In short, to go there and return. Just remember that if you have booked with The Fork, the discount is recognized only if you pay via app.

10/05/2025: Nice pastries and coffee but was told to go sit when I was standing at the bar and they charged me extra. Cheeky. Won't be back
