05/08/2025: On a trip to Rome, my family and I visited the shop twice since we were staying nearby: The first day, Wednesday. Somewhat late, without people, the gentleman who served us (with short hair and a pigtail on his head) had a typical behavior, in contrast to the second gentleman of the shop, (possibly the owner) who was very warm. We ate a typical Italian meal of spaghetti, pizza. I can't say that I was excited but it wasn't indifferent either. What I want to focus on is the second time, when we went again on Friday at 20:30. The shop was relaxed with people and without any pressure in the service, we waited 10 minutes at the entrance patiently in case someone served us .......... ....... UNFORTUNATELY however, the first gentleman (with the pigtail) had a very rude, unacceptable behavior that in the end with an inelegant gesture, essentially told us, GO AWAY I don't care about you, and we left. If, dear sir, you choose customers to report it. I am sincerely sorry for your attitude and rudeness, but do not consider yourself a professional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .Unfortunately you are not............. good luck to you

12/08/2025: Excellent restaurant and food. Very fairly priced. The food was spectacular and the atmosphere was lush! The waiter was very helpful and accommodated us to the best of their ability, providing a menu in english and explaining what bits were that we didn’t understand! Highly recommend, if you’re wanting a relaxed sit down after exploring the city :)

29/08/2025: On August 27th, my wife, two relatives, and I ate at the "Edoné" restaurant in Ostia Lido, on a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. The restaurant also offers indoor dining. We ate well, at a reasonable price. The portions were generous. The wine and water were also on par with the food. Finally, the most important thing for my wife and I: the people. The owner and staff were always smiling, kind, and available to answer any questions and accommodate any request. Just think, our two-year-old grandson was even brought a plate of pizza dough, along with a rolling pin, on his own initiative, as the attached photo shows. How much fun he had! Of course, we'll be back; as we have been for many years now. If you want to become an even better parent, and reduce the risk of making serious, dangerous mistakes, visit perfaremeglioigenitori.

30/07/2025: Our server, an older and experienced gentleman, did a great job and provided some of the best service we've had in Rome yet. For the real italian feel, this is the place to go. (We did not eat here. We just had drinks, but it's clear they care about their work here!).

19/07/2025: Excellent location....six of us, my son, my wife and my grandchildren from Dublin, had a wonderful evening. EXCELLENT FOOD, EXCELLENT SERVICE....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

05/10/2025: The place is undoubtedly very unique and charming with its decorations, but the highlight was Sasha (I hope I'm spelling it correctly 🤞). Despite everything being clean and closing, he served us with a big smile and politeness in a very stressful moment, due to the Trenitalia strike. After a 24-hour journey, small but excellent drinks that lifted our spirits considerably and made the rest of the trip more enjoyable, with the memory of a wonderful person who went above and beyond his call of duty. Without a doubt, a worker you'd like to meet in any kind of shop! 🙂 Thank you so much and sorry again for the intrusion, I won't miss the opportunity to return every time I disembark in Civitavecchia!

14/09/2025: Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, we dined on the veranda, we had a table set up. Disappointed with the food: the mussels weren't cleaned properly, the poached octopus didn't taste good, I sent the dish back almost intact, the bread seemed stale...we were very disappointed.

03/07/2025: Abbiamo scoperto questo locale su consiglio di amici. Premesso che dopo il caldo di Roma il fatto che si riuscisse a respirare era sufficiente a dare una super valutazione, ma il ristorante merita molto di più. Innanzitutto é presente anche il menu per chi é intollerante al lattosio o per chi é celiaco, mettono delle graziose bandierine per distinguere le portate senza lattosio o per celiaci al fine di evitare che una volta a tavola si possa far confusione. Siamo stati serviti da Valentino, unico nella sua professionalità ed estremamente gentile e disponibile, ha ispirato a tutti una immediata simpatia, qualità molto rare, abbiamo preso dei deliziosi supplì della casa, consigliati sempre da Valentino e da provare assolutamente, la pizza, anche qui provate quella della casa (pizza vecchia locanda) , e poi i dolci, fatti da loro! Una creme brûlé al pistacchio con pezzettini di cioccolato fondente, mitica, idem il tiramisù, se a tutto questo si aggiunge assenza di rumori della città e prezzi onestissimi, sicuramente torneremo per provare le altre pietanze !

27/06/2025: Ho contattato il ristorante tramite Just Eat ed ho pagato due volte quanto ordinato. Ho contattato il ristorante per il rimborso ed il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile; onesto al punto da dire "non voglio sapere nemmeno cosa è successo, le renderò la cifra spesa". Quanto ordinato era molto buono quindi oltre alla massima disponibilità ed onestà, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Assolutamente consigliato!

04/10/2025: We ate lunch for two today. We asked for water and wine and were told verbally, without a menu for either food or wine, "Okay, I'll bring a bottle." And I... yes, okay, but what wine do you have? They listed three and I chose one (without knowing the price)... then the owner came over and asked us if we wanted an appetizer for two and okay without seeing the menu. The appetizer was certainly plentiful, but we didn't know how much it would cost... considering we were on Via Lucrezia Romana and not in Circeo. Average quality: some samples were genuinely disappointing, made with mediocre ingredients (frozen shrimp with cocktail sauce, supermarket salmon, rubbery and tough octopus). The first courses were good, but not worth returning for, especially since the quantity was normal and the price was 18 euros each!!! The appetizers? 25 per person. Wine 15... with desserts... well, in the end, for two, 110 euros with the discount! For which I obviously thank you. Otherwise it would have been 126 euros.

27/06/2025: Small restaurant/pizzeria inside Ostia. Neapolitan style pizza, with a light dough. We had, among others, the one with yellow and red datterini tomatoes, raw buffalo mozzarella and basil pesto, really tasty. The pizza alla norma, with fried aubergines, was also not bad. Tuna meatballs with barbecue sauce were delicious. Service was quite fast and prices were very affordable.

09/06/2025: It was a pleasant surprise. Small place hidden inside Ostia but I would say very comfortable with large tables. Pizzas and fried foods of the Neapolitan tradition worthy of praise. Only criticism, I would have preferred the arancino less hot, it loses flavor in my opinion, but in the end it was good anyway. Very kind service and average prices so I highly recommend. PS: they also do take away

02/10/2025: The food is solid, the service is pleasant and unobtrusive, the atmosphere and ambiance are nice. The prices are reasonable, which is a stronger argument for visiting this place. The only problem is the small tables. If you happen to order more than one thing, the problem is obvious, the lack of space at the table. All in all, 4 stars is a very solid and fair rating.

16/07/2025: La location è molto bella, con splendida veduta sul paesaggio circostante. Il ristorante nell'arredamento è semplice e di buon gusto. Il cibo è ottimo, con un altrettanto ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo. CONSIGLIATO!!

29/06/2025: Agriturismo vero, in cui si mangia molto bene, buon prezzo qualità, vini fatti da loro molto buoni, bella location anche x cerimonie. Personale cortese, nel complesso una bella struttura. Unica pecca ...... i locali non sono ben condizionati, ma si può migliorare.
