I just had an incredibly deliciously fresh fillet of Dover Sole and a side dish of chicory. The pasta is average, the bread is delicious and the wine selection is excellent. Good experience.

Cenetta con mia moglie per riprovare questo ristorante del nostro quartiere. Da fuori locale molto bello.. dentro rustico datata e decisamente rumoroso. Ordiniamo rigatoni alla matriciana.. troppo al dente e soprattutto freddi… il che vuol dire che erano precotti e manco li hanno riscaldati.. i pici al ragù.. buoni. Fritto di calamari e gamberi buono . Conto ragionevole.. scelta di antipasti e primi a mio avviso insufficiente e anche datata. Comunque direi sufficienti ma niente di che… non ci torneremo

Avevo grandi aspettative essendo uno dei ristoranti più conosciuti di Monteverde vecchio eppure...partiamo dal prezzo 155 euro in 3 l'ho trovato veramente esagerato avendo mangiato roba assolutamente non ricercata come fiore di zucca carciofo alla romana lasagna ...insomma se prendevo tutto pesce avrei speso 300 euro e a quel punto vado a Fiumicino...ad ogni modo errore imperdonabile nel tonnarello vongole e bottarga (senza peperoncino assurdo) c'era sabbia e qualche pezzetto di guscio...non deve e non può capitare se pago 50 euro...per il resto tutto nella norma ma peccato...

Materia prima di primissima qualità. Non sempre condivisibile le scelte dello chef. Esempio antipasti di gamberi o carpaccio di tonno e spada conditi con un olio di oliva dal sapore tanto dominante da coprire quello del pesce

Bella atmosfera e bel locale e indubbiamente si sente la qualità della materia, tuttavia ho trovato il filetto eccessivamente al sangue, e non me l’aspettavo. Concludo con la precisazione che avevo chiesto filetto al pepe verde (meno al sangue) e mi hanno portato alla griglia, ma pazienza puó succedere. Prezzi un po alti per alcune portate. Ad ogni modo, se me lo proponessero, tornerei volentieri

31/03/2024: It all depends on what you want from a restaurant. In terms of taste, the dishes are delicious and plentiful. On the other hand, the service needs to be reviewed: the servers are barely friendly and not responsive at all. Prices above average. Very unfortunate given the quality of the cuisine and the setting!
20/03/2024: Best Cabonara! The service was excellent! When you are in rome you have to eat there!!
