I migliori ristoranti di cucina mediterranea in Trieste

18/05/2024: I've been there several times over the years and everything has always gone well. I don't understand if the management has changed, today the whole room, including us, waited a long time between one course and another and the dishes were all bland, a little bland. The menu has also changed, now there are few simple dishes and there are no longer the more particular ones of the restaurant, such as the Istrian octopus ragù. Too bad, it was one of my favorite places in Trieste.

11/05/2024: We ate here 10 May..not busy but the waiter acted like it was. It’s a pretty location but that doesn’t mean you should eat here. It was the worst meal we had in our 3 plus weeks of traveling through Spain and now north Italy. I’m not even going to mention the inflated prices because you’re paying for “the view”. The risotto was flavorless and watery and just a bit shy of crunchy. We ordered one of the pork appetizers and were brought two, thinking they had split it for us. It was tasty but certainly not worth the cost. We spent about 80 euros and left hungry (since the risotto was so poor we didn’t even eat much of it) Also, after asking for the check it probably took 20 minutes for the waiter to cash us out.

09/05/2024: I'll start with the atmosphere - it's amazing, especially for us landlubbers. Very pleasant service and you can see that they work here with love. When you order the fish, they first let you choose it and prepare it to your liking. Too bad we can't go here more often. In short, a fairy tale and a beautiful experience.
