Food was nice, except for desserts which were far below Italian standards: a decent sorbetto frutto di bosco, a terrible crema catalana (listed as fiordilatte Bolognese) and a non-descript brownie. Service was not personal at all. Most of the time the plates were just brought to the table without any comment or explanation.

So the place is beautiful but I keep making the mistake of going to restaurants on Saturdays. The place was packed and understaffed, with the chef himself running between the tables. The other girl serving the dishes seemed to have no desire to be there, throwing the stuff on the table in a hurry to run to the next table. When I pointed out to her that she had supported it without even telling us what she was serving, she responded very badly, saying that perhaps we weren't feeling well and she would have spoken louder. I understand well that many evenings make you feel like this, on the side there were a group of Spanish sluts celebrating a birthday that would have made even our lord lose patience but we certainly hadn't done anything to deserve it. The picture is completed by an interesting but perhaps a little too delicate menu and several other oversights such as burnt bread.
It is a restaurant that in my opinion could do better, I hope to return in the future and see the potential expressed

If you are looking for an experience in addition to the usual restaurant in the center of Bologna where they serve mortadella, tortellini and tagliatelle, this restaurant is for you. Reported in the Michelin guide, surprise entrance with door covered in stickers. Interiors very well cared for in every respect and modern. Very professional and kind staff, the chef was very present directly at the table. Solid, innovative menu with Japanese influences in the preparations but with deep Bolognese roots in the aromas and flavors. A true experience of flavors in a very relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended, better to book as there aren't many tables. We will be back.

Now a fixed stop when I'm in Bologna, I had dinner on Sunday evening with friends on the occasion of 10 years of Meteri distribution of artisanal wines, wonderful experience as always. It's always nice to go back to where you feel good ☺️

In questo ristorante ho trovato un ottima combinazione tra la tradizione della cucina bolognese e la cucina innovativa proposta oggi da molti ristoranti di buon livello.
La qualità dei prodotti è eccellente e il personale cordiale e preparato.
Magari se cambiassero la porta d' ingresso, più simile a quella di un pub e il bravo e preparato cameriere che gestisce la sala non si presentasse in t shirt e blue jeans, potrebbero anche ambire ad una stella Michelin.

Bella location, servizio che vuole essere di livello ma non lo è, Cotoletta spaziale!.
Io ho sbagliato ad ordinare ed ho preso il coniglio in porchetta e i garganelli al tonno: 2 piatti tristissimi.
I miei amici hanno preso la cotoletta ed è stupenda.
Prezzi un pò alti.
