04/03/2026: I ordered a pizza to go and a Campari liquid to eat in. The bar staff were super friendly and we had fun chatting, and the pizza I got was absolutely delicious.

20/03/2026: this place is amazing! super friendly & attentive staff. we got gnocchi, a chicken cutlet, fries, a drink, tiramisu, and a limoncello shot for only €18! such an amazing deal. definitely highly recommend this place

19/03/2026: An exceptional place. The food is delicious, homemade, and of very high quality. The prices are incredible, and they don't charge a cover fee (I'm fed up with the other restaurants on this coast that take advantage and blatantly raise their prices). The owners are delightful. They were fantastic to work with.

03/03/2026: A "Star" Location, but the Pizzeria Experience Wasn't Impressive We dined at this restaurant in Posillipo (Il Malandrino, inside the Palazzo Petrucci complex): the ambiance is excellent, the service was excellent, and the sea view is simply exceptional, a breathtaking setting. However, the dining experience in the Pizzeria area left us perplexed. We were offered a tasting of four gourmet pizzas for four adults, and were served only one slice each. Although the dough was good quality, some of the combinations weren't to our liking, and the price of €14.00 per pizza (even for the Margherita) seemed excessive for the menu offered. The final bill was decidedly "heavy" due to the additional costs: Paying €34.00 per person for a pizza (served in slices) and a beer in Naples, where excellence is everywhere, seemed out of proportion. Considering the property houses the famous Michelin-starred restaurant, the real added value likely lies in the gourmet experience at the main restaurant. It might be worth coming here for the haute cuisine, but for a pizza-centric evening, the value for money is unfair. In short: You pay for the location and prestige of the name, but not for the substance of the dish.

28/02/2026: Overrated, first and last experience. The dining room is cold and noisy. The food, for the price, is nothing special. This restaurant tries to show off, but unfortunately, it can't afford it. Not recommended.

06/03/2026: March is extra season in Ischia but nevertheless it was a sunny beautiful day and La Tinaia was open for business as many other restaurants are closed for the season. Our table was on the terrace - food was very good, service a little bit long but understandable as all plates are made from scratch. We can say we have spend a beautiful afternoon on the terrace of this restaurant. Suitable for families as well as for couples and groups.

16/01/2026: Today we returned to La Tinaia for lunch. It was truly excellent—not just the food, but the service was also very friendly and attentive, and even our dog Massimo was given fresh water right away. We had mixed fried specialties and a seafood salad, followed by a perfectly cooked steak with fries. A true delight. We'll definitely be back, as we live nearby and it's not far. 15/01/2026: We had the opportunity to dine at this beautiful restaurant during our stay in Capri. The view is breathtaking, especially in the evening after sunset, and the dishes are exceptional, a true treat for the palate. The quality of the fish is excellent; you can smell the sea in every bite. The dessert, of course, is equally as delicious. The staff is friendly and professional, welcoming you with a smile and guiding you through every choice on their menu. I recommend making reservations, especially during the summer, to avoid the unpleasant surprise of having to come back or wait.

07/03/2026: If I lived near here it would be my go-to spot for nice dinners. I think they could earn a Michelin star, it's that good. We were seated next to the chef and he was working so hard but still took the time to ask us how we were enjoying it. His wife is a certified sommelier and suggested a wonderful glass for my girlfriend. Fresh house made bread was incredible. Chef app was top 3 things I ate on the trip and the dinner was our best experience.

Appetizer: two mixed seafood platters divided into four; (photo) First course: vermicelli pasta with mussels and zucchini flowers; (photo) Dessert: classic tiramisu accompanied by coffee. The only flaw is that I think the price is a bit high, but nothing outrageous.

19/09/2025: Gem of a restaurant! Probably the best meal we have enjoyed in Ischia and definitely the least expensive. If you want authentic Italian food prepared and served in a family-run restaurant, this is it! Plus it is close to a sandy beach. The lemon linguini, prawn risotto and zucchini flowers with ricotta were very special dishes. Six stars!!!!
