30/07/2024: It's not a classy restaurant. Once you share this you find yourself in a fantastic location. The view of Sant'Angelo is breathtaking, the approach is informal. Top quality/price ratio. If you don't have excessive demands, it's worth a try.

18/08/2024: Ci siamo recati in questo locale sulla base delle numerose recensioni positive ed è stato una piacevole conferma!Il locale presenta un ambiente rustico con un bel giardino curato...un piccolo angolo di paradiso che soddisfa l'anima ( lontano dal trambusto cittadino) e il gusto( ogni pietanza ci ha deliziato oltre ogni aspettativa).Abbiamo ordinato 2 portate di finger, che consiglio vivamente e due portate di carne con contorno di patate al forno e verdure grigliate, il tutto accompagnato da buon vino( la scelta è vasta e per tutte le tasche).Abbiamo concluso con un buon meloncello. Abbiamo assaggiato anche una buona crema di mela annurca,dolce all' impatto e dal retrogusto non troppo alcolico...I prezzi sono conformi alla qualità della carne che veramente incontra il gusto del cliente,perché il proprietario NON ti consiglia la carne che ritiene buona,ma quella che ritiene giusta in base alle esigenze del cliente( e non mi riferisco solo alle modalità di cottura).Il personale è gentile e preparato e il proprietario è una persona squisita, che ti fa immergere nel suo mondo culinario,facendolo diventare anche un po tuo; insomma si va via soddisfatti e con qualche insegnamento in più ( non mangi solo ,ma assapori la " storia" e la "diversità " di ciò che mangi).

14/08/2024: If someone wants to eat authentic Neapolitan cuisine, full of family atmosphere and taste, they should come to this place. My number one place for food in Naples. The pub is a few meters from the main street, the place is atmospheric with an open kitchen.

14/08/2024: A wonderful restaurant that restored my faith in the wonderful Neapolitan cuisine. The food is delicious, the service creates a great atmosphere. The best carbonara I've ever eaten. Delicious wine. A real place. I recommend!

04/09/2024: My wife and I went here recently to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. I've been lucky enough to eat at some amazing locations over the years, so I was quite excited to be eating at a Michelin star restaurant. We opted for the "chef surprise" menu, where a random assortment of dishes would be brought out for us to try. With the lovely surroundings, great reputation and wonderful service, we expected good things, but were unfortunately left quite disappointed. All the dishes served were very average, and for an establishment of this stature, well below par. As each dish came, I kept hoping that the next would be better, but sadly there was no improvement, and when the dessert was served, so was the final nail in the coffin. Perhaps we chose badly and in retrospect, maybe the "Signature" menu was the right choice, but regardless, I would expect a lot more. This was meant to be a memorable and special evening, but it's more likely to be remembered for how disappointed we were.

22/08/2024: Wow wow wow, as we mentioned already to the team on our way out; “best food we’ve had during our vacation”. Please be aware that the carbonara is addictive and will have to be ordered twice 😇 Lovely place, lovely service, lovely food. We found this place on a complete blind search and happened to discover a gem. Hopefully this gem gets discovered by many others. Keep this up, you guys provide the best service one can find in the south of Italy. 🩷🩷🩷

17/07/2024: I trusted the positive reviews. But in the end it revealed what it really is... Overpriced prices and small dishes.. Restaurateurs haven't understood that people want a quality-price service.. today there are reviews that are worth more than advertisements.. then if you think you're screwing people, that's your problem.. I can only tell you that you ruined our evening , we wouldn't come again and I hope that people really read what you represent.. We customers pay you handsomely, we ask to eat... is it legal as what?? Is it difficult to respect this?? Yesterday I received a plate of fried squid and prawns... they could be counted... I didn't want to say anything so as not to ruin my evening with my brother... But the waiter walked away looking at me... €18 my friend.. I'm not asking you for Mediterranean for €18... but a portion yes.. same thing with ravioli, there were 5/6 tiny ravioli on the plate.. Octopus caponata, there were more potatoes and green beans than octopus.. Nowadays there are very few restaurants that truly work to serve the people. Cover charge €6.. Not even in Marechiaro Maghi €6 a table for 2 people... Conclusion of the evening.. After wasting €114 we went to eat a kebab… HALF OF SORRENTO last week €120 my brother and I, Mediterranean cuisine, satisfying dishes, incomparable to these here... halfway to Sorrento... Really not recommended!! There is better out there...
