07/08/2024: Ho trascorso con mio marito 5 giorni a Sorrento e per ben tre volte ho pranzato o cenato da Nello. Cucina ottima della tradizione sorrentina, prezzi modici e pietanze eccellenti. Gestori accoglienti e servizio rapido.
30/07/2024: Trattoria gestita da personale cordiale e gentile.
Il locale ci è stato consigliato dall’host del B&B in cui pernottavamo.
Che dire..pesce incredibilmente fresco e ben cucinato!! (Una menzione particolare agli spaghetti alla Nello e al calamaro che c’era nella grigliata di pesce !!!).
Conto super onesto 60€ in 2 (con 1 bottiglia di Falanghina).
Se dovessimo ricapitare in zona ci torneremmo sicuramente.
Non aspettatevi un ambiente elegante e formale, ma anche questo aspetto fa parte del suo bello!

But no non-alcoholic drinks apart from Coke, no desserts, no coffee...they only serve antipasti, starters and main courses.
The first carafe of water is free, then the other carafes of tap water are chargeable.
The waitress is very nice and speaks French. She helped us choose our dishes. Thanks to her.

13/08/2024: I booked this restaurant ages ago for my partners birthday as we were staying at the hotel across the road. For ages I didn’t see any reviews so began to think I’d made a mistake!
How wrong could I be! We had the most incredible evening. Drinks at the Sky bar and then down to the restaurant. I had asked about sitting on the outside terrace but was told this was only for the tasting menu. I did think this was strange as we spent more than we would with the tasting menu but on arrival we were seated at the best table with a massive window overlooking the coastline and inside was a wonderful temperature, it was so hot outside it was a relief to sit indoors.
The food was amazing and the team offered such excellent service, it really was a magical evening.
From the bread to the dessert it was all fabulous! The lemon desert was my favourite of the whole trip.
Throughly recommend this restaurant, Rosella and the team spoiled us all evening, it really was the hi-light of our holiday. Thank you

Accoglienza coccolosa, servizio puntuale, professionale con sorrisi e consigli che denotano una eccellente preparazione in sala. Materie prime ineguagliabili per freschezza, lavorate con semplicità e cura, ampia scelta di vini ben suggeriti. Sempre un’esperienza che ti lascia una domanda: come faranno a migliorarsi ancora?

05/08/2024: The best food I had in Italy! Pasta genovese was simply wow. So caramelized… I had it with meat separately but with it together it must be as good! Pasta alla Nerano was very good too.

22/07/2024: Before boarding the 7.30pm ferry to return home to Latina I was looking for a pizza place by the slice and by chance I came across this very nice and clean place...welcomed with sympathy and kindness by the owner and the various guys who in a short time created two delicious round pizzas
21/07/2024: Amazing pizza right in the port. We stopped here before our ferry and were not disappointed! We have eaten very well in Naples and ischia and this place is definitely up there - don’t be put off by the port / touristy location. It was lunch when we went so very hot but they have air conditioning inside and the drinks were very cold. We will be back!

25/08/2024: I was disappointed by the service for a couple of years that I missed but as I see the situation gets worse and worse. I'm sorry because some time ago the food was very good and the service was impeccable. I don't think all of this is open to challenge. You have waiters but only to those who manage it.

06/08/2024: For my mother's birthday we had dinner at this very charming restaurant. The location speaks for itself: perfect for any event, even better if in the evening.
To start we shared some seafood appetizers, good quality and very nice plating. The combinations used were simple but not all of them were to my liking.
Cuisine in many respects simple and therefore to be appreciated.
The meat was excellent and so was the fried calamari. The service was smooth, waiting times were fair. It's all down to the location, you know.

15/08/2024: An excellent place to eat quality fresh fish, with an air-conditioned room that offers a perfect refuge on the hottest days and a terrace with a splendid view of the Gulf of Naples, which offers an enchanting atmosphere. The parking, conveniently next to the structure, is a real advantage in such a busy area.
The owner knows how to treat his guests, welcoming them with cordiality and making them taste the best of the local fish, prepared with care and attention to detail. The dishes enhance the freshness of the sea, offering an authentic and unforgettable culinary experience.
A special mention to its famous millefeuille, impossible not to try if you come here. The fame he achieved was not achieved by chance.
12/08/2024: I came to this place, recommended by some people from the logo. I am increasingly convinced that people do not have a refined palate. We ordered linguine al cartoccio, just looking at how they were presented made my stomach turn. A mussel of seafood, lots of sauce, I ate 3 forkfuls, then I had to reseal the package because my stomach was turning. Clams with sand inside.
For me it failed.
Which is why I then canceled the second one, asked for the bill and left.
The chef must carefully review how to prepare this dish.

20/08/2024: Be careful with the menu in Italian, the allergens are not at all clear and if you order something and it does not contain the foods that you can eat, they will charge you twice for the dish without any problem. They have done this to me with the Caprice salad. The food included tomato, cheese and Basilico, which in Spanish is only a spice. When he brought me the dish I realized that it had pesto. I was allergic to it and I told him that I couldn't have it since I'm allergic to nuts. So the chef came and told me that if I translated the menu into Spanish, he would put pesto and not basil. I repeat allergens indicated very poorly, with numbers, nothing to do with traditional nomenclature with drawings. Very unhappy with this place
