11/05/2024: Very pretty and traditional restaurant. great atmosphere. The antipasti and pasta are delicious. The staff is professional and courteous. One of the waiters speaks French very well. Great help in choosing dishes. I highly recommend this establishment.

10/05/2024: I turned to Osteria di Peppe to celebrate my son's second birthday and subsequently took advantage of their home catering service to celebrate my birthday party. What can I say... impeccable service, extremely fresh and excellent quality raw materials (the raw seafood is truly special), super original presentation of the dishes and combinations studied down to the smallest detail, and finally... a refined and welcoming environment. Marilena then... is truly the icing on the CAKE (in every sense). He made two beautiful, scenographic and also super good cakes for me and my son. My absolute favorite remains the lemon meringue pie... delicious! I would choose you again 1000 times! Thank you!

24/03/2024: I can't understand how it is possible that this property has so many positive reviews. Service and quality of dishes completely inadequate. The waiter, at our urging, finally arrives at the table for the order at 2.00pm: the first courses arrive between 3.00pm and 3.10pm after more than an hour! The second courses, which had already been ordered at the beginning of lunch, arrived at the table at 4.20pm after another 70 minutes and to think that the place wasn't even full. In short, very slow service, no staff in the room (they are only seen at the time of the courses). Let's now come to quality. Poor quality raw materials (essentially meat) and prepared even worse with inadequate technique. I ordered a Genoese and it arrived with a few pieces of tough, tasteless meat that could barely be cut. For the second course I ordered the requested steak with medium cooking and I received a shriveled, thin and overcooked steak so it was both tasteless and very tough. The same goes for the other guests. The bathrooms, on the other hand, are quite clean but they are located outside the structure so to reach them you have to go outside and go down several steps (this is a problem for elderly people) and on cold and windy days like this the temperature change is notable. Overall absolutely negative experience.

26/03/2024: I'm writing this review because I would love to have a heads up before making this reservation. This is a small place with a small menu and the most important, limited amount of portions! To be very clear, I was there with my wife at exactly 20:00 when the trattoria opened. We entered along with ten or twelve other customers and after we were given our tables, the water started getting the orders. By the time we got our turn, part of the menu was no longer an option because the portions were reserved by other customers. I suppose the idea is that you have to order from the options left but for us that was highly disappointing.

02/05/2024: A very nice little restaurant of Via Toledo that is kind of it’s own little world. It’s quiet and quite atmospheric inside. The staff is very friendly and easygoing. I had a three-course meal that was just filling enough. Everything was really fresh and delicious. The dishes were simple, but had been perfected—the spaghetti, savory pastry, and cheesecake with fruit were all delectable! I definitely recommend this spot if you’re thinking of eating along Via Toledo. It’s one of the higher quality restaurants in the area that also doesn’t price-gouge tourists.

02/04/2024: When I visited here a few years ago, I observed that most of the local people came here to enjoy the food. I also came in to try it because I liked the food and atmosphere here so much. This time I took my family to visit this restaurant again. We We had a super pleasant lunch time. The locals at the next table were surprised that Cantonese people like us would know to come here. The food is really great and the environment is clean and comfortable. In fact, the store owner will be very friendly if we don’t understand the language. Warm introduction and recommendation, I will definitely come here again if I have the chance ~ Where can I die of thirst? 🥳😋😁👍👍👍

06/04/2024: To be honest, there aren't enough stars to describe this evening. YESTERDAY, TODAY AND TOMORROW is simply a window in time, you are suspended in a soft, warm and soft environment. The exquisite recipes from the fried mozzarella to the queen's paaro and the squid in breadcrumbs.....a work of art..... I wouldn't call the service a pampering, the boys are all young, very polite and very kind and always attentive... .I could continue with another 1000 words...... ps one of the few where you can dine and also combine cocktails......now I would continue with another 100,000 praises....you just have to come...maybe you'll find me here. ..Have a good evening

16/03/2024: A wonderful experience! We have known Maroder for a long time and it is always a guarantee. The premises have been recently renovated and are well-kept and elegant, perfect for both lunches/dinners and private events. The food is exquisite, with a wide choice ranging from sea to land. A further gem is the possibility of trying their sushi, which gives that extra touch of innovation. I advise!

27/12/2023: Very good dinner! My husband and I tried this place on our honeymoon in June. We had an excellent dinner and enjoyed the house wine. We made the reservation a little late and did not realize that if you want to order the Rabbit (Ischia's signature dish) you need to order ahead, but we still really enjoyed the view.

09/12/2023: Wonderful views over the village and the food is fantastic. We will be going back in a few days as had to miss the starters as had eaten earlier so was not very hungry but the 4 mains we had was perfect. I had grilled Squid with grilled vegetables (24 euros) my wife had Gnocci with mussels my boys had spaghetti with pork cheek and pasta with squid.

26/02/2024: I have been coming from love for exactly 15 years. Walking area and may give the idea of ​​being touristy due to the area in which it is located, but it is not at all!! Over many years, I have been able to witness the evolution and growth of this magical place. Furthermore, this year I enjoyed the magnificent dishes of chef Pasquale Rinaldo. Welcome entrée with attention to detail (that butter with anchovy?! And what are we talking about?!). Space smoked tartare!!! And then the first one that I preferred was the carbonara with scampi. A true ENJOYMENT, not only for the palate, but also for the nose! You can't tell, you have to try. So if you are in Capri you can't miss stopping by d'amore.

25/10/2023: In my opinion, there is no finer restaurant in Capri. I have gone here every year I have come and D'Amore always pleases. The food is amazing and the service is exceptional. The staff, are the greatest. You get much more than you ask for here and everything is exquisite. Thank you Marco Pasquale, Tonino, Antonella, Ernesto and all of your waiters for making me feel appreciated. See you next year! And, don't remember la musica!
