16/03/2026: A typical farmhouse atmosphere, well-kept and welcoming, with a spectacular view of Vesuvius.
I started with an exceptional local aperitif, truly generous and full of local products, followed by an equally generous first course. The staff was truly super kind and attentive to every detail. All this at absolutely affordable prices. It was a wonderful discovery in every way.

05/04/2026: The atmosphere was nice, the service was fast and kind, I didn't like the food at all, it wasn't bad but not very good, the lasagna was soft and not crunchy and the sauce seemed almost diluted with water, there was a lot of provola and that was very good, but in general it seemed like very "normal" food and not like a restaurant, I won't be going back again

05/04/2026: There were six of us. It was delicious. The pizzas were crispy and fluffy, the lasagna was perfectly cooked, and the salad was crunchy and fresh.
The dessert was artfully presented and creamy. The portions were generous. The service was friendly and attentive.
03/04/2026: Very good food, nice atmosphere. The pasta was a little tough, we call it "masuda" in Mexico 🇲🇽. The pizza 🍕 was delicious, thin crust, and seemed to be made with high-quality ingredients. The service from the waiters was good, and overall everything was great 🤙🏻

12/04/2026: Bad experience. The pizza wasn't great, the ingredients were low-quality, and we all spent the night with heartburn. Plus, we waited an hour and a half for takeout. Since it was a Saturday night, I would have been fine if the pizza had been good, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

10/01/2026: After days of poisoning my soul with tourist menus, stomach aches, and crazy prices, I was lucky enough to find and try this place. A TRUE traditional restaurant. Dishes are cooked, not reheated. Prices are fair, perhaps even low by Naples' current average. We tried a bit of everything, and the quality was truly top-notch. Pasta and potatoes with provola cheese, beans and mussels, parmigiana, delicious meatballs still warm from the heat... And the owner, an exceptional woman, runs the place with old-fashioned passion and professionalism. Highly recommended.

10/11/2025: An excellent dinner at Tavernetta Cinquantotto, a restaurant that perfectly combines a traditional Neapolitan atmosphere with a modern and refined touch. The tuff interiors and soft lighting create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for both a romantic dinner and a special occasion.
The menu offers seafood and meat dishes, with the freshest ingredients and never boring combinations. The appetizers are excellent, balanced in flavor and presentation; the first courses are a must-try, where tradition meets a touch of creativity.
The service is impeccable: courteous staff, well-timed courses, and great attention to detail. The quality/price ratio is also excellent, considering the quality of the ingredients and the overall experience.
In short, a restaurant worth discovering and that will leave you wanting to return. Congratulations to the entire staff!

We returned to Tavernetta 58, and once again, the experience was simply extraordinary. Raffaele, the owner, welcomed us with his usual kindness, his smile and attention to detail making every guest feel at home.
Claudio accompanied us to the table, offering impeccable service and extraordinary guidance on a true tasting journey through creativity and tradition.
We began with two appetizers that were a concentration of originality and technique:
Essenza di Parmigiana, an eggplant in osmosis stuffed with Agerola provola, breaded with its peel powder and panko breadcrumbs—a play of textures and flavors that reinterprets a great classic with a modern twist.
Octopus cooked at a low temperature with garlic and thyme, then glazed with teriyaki sauce and covered with a glaze made from the octopus's cooking water: a surprising dish, balanced and full of personality.
For wine, we chose Biancolella di Ischia, a native white grape of the island: fragrant, elegant, and perfect to accompany the entire meal.
The first courses lived up to expectations (and even exceeded):
Tortello alla genovese, with a soft and flavorful filling, served over a velvety and intense Parmesan fondue.
Terra Mare, a masterpiece: pasta buttons filled with Vico Equense caciocavallo cheese and shellfish bisque, with clams, raw scampi, and flavored green olive oil. A dish that elegantly and harmoniously expresses the territory between the sea and the hills.
To conclude on a sweet note, two unforgettable desserts:
Tiramisu, classic but perfectly executed.
Ricordi Siciliani, a poem of flavors: creamy ricotta encased in a cylinder wrapped in pistachio icing, with chocolate chips, candied orange, and a crispy cannoli shell.
Special praise goes to Chef Pasquale, a true interpreter of signature cuisine that combines technique, passion, and respect for the raw ingredients.
In short: Tavernetta 58 is an unmissable stop for those seeking a refined yet authentic gastronomic experience, in a welcoming setting with meticulous attention to detail.

14/04/2026: We booked in advance, as it's a very popular and crowded restaurant, but especially since we have a 4-month-old baby in a stroller, so we needed a comfortable space. The staff was truly helpful, fun, and kind. The dishes were delicious and special, including a spectacular and plentiful mixed house antipasto. Excellent value. Highly recommended.
12/04/2026: WOW!, Love it here. Discovered yesterday and popped in -very warm welcome and fabulous food, loved it so much went back again today. Was recommended to try appetiser selection and it was wonderful. The staff are wonderful, so obviously passionate about the restaurant and its food , will definitely be eating here again before leaving Naples.

06/04/2026: This is my third time here, and I'm in love with their pasta frittatas. I've tried the fried pizza, the Margherita, the pasta with Neapolitan ragù, and their various fried foods. I've never been disappointed. All the waiters are very friendly and welcoming; they know their way around the restaurant business.

the best meal we have enjoyed in Ischia and definitely the least expensive. If you want authentic Italian food prepared and served in a family-run restaurant, this is it! Plus it is close to a sandy beach. The lemon linguini, prawn risotto and zucchini
flowers with ricotta were very special dishes. Six stars!!!!
