15/06/2026: We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at Bella Vista and it was a wonderful evening. The setting is stunning, with beautiful sunset views over the sea, but what really made the experience special was Francesco. He is a gracious and charming host who made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was very good throughout, the recommended wine from the family vineyard was excellent, and the tiramisu was one of the best we have had. Some chatting with a young honeymoon couple at the next table, added to the warm and relaxed atmosphere. For us, Bella Vista was more than just a restaurant – it became part of a very special memory. If you are visiting Ischia and looking for a memorable evening with great food, wonderful hospitality and unforgettable views, we highly recommend it. Five stars.

12/06/2026: I recently discovered this wonderful restaurant in Foriano. We ate there for lunch and were treated wonderfully by Francesco, who was extremely helpful and attentive. The view is stunning, encompassing the western part of the island. The food was delicious, as per tradition, with all local ingredients.

04/07/2026: We ate three croquettes, including the pistachio one, and we noticed a hair on the croquette (things that can happen). We reported it to the waitress, who, instead of apologizing, simply said "Yes," and also took away the other croquette that didn't have the hair, which I was finishing. We expected a different kind of customer service, which is a shame because the dishes are good.

03/07/2026: The fried croquettes were really delicious and worthy of note. Everything else seemed pretty average, with a somewhat homey feel. Returned after two years, but the quality seemed to have dropped.

14/06/2026: Family-run restaurant. Excellent service. In addition to the accommodation, Casa Nori, run by Filomena, is very good. Comfortable, practical, and everything is new. Filomena recommended this restaurant to us. We had a wonderful dinner by the sea. The food was excellent, from the pasta and appetizers to the pizzas. We'll definitely be back before we leave. Good value for money. Filomena was always attentive.

05/06/2026: We dined at Ristorante L'Approdo, in the charming port area of ​​Piano di Sorrento, and the experience was decidedly positive. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great kindness and professionalism. The setting is simple but well-maintained, and the dining room, located just meters from the boats docked at the piers, exudes an authentic atmosphere that makes you feel truly part of port life and the journey. We finally found portions worthy of the name, generous and satisfying. The menu offers seafood cuisine with typically Mediterranean flavors, with well-prepared dishes and quality ingredients. Special praise goes to the first courses, tasty and generous in portions: the seafood spaghetti certainly deserves a special mention and is a must-try. The fried shrimp, pre-peeled and cooked to perfection, were also excellent. The fish is fresh, the quality of the dishes is good, and the preparation enhances the flavors without being overbearing. The prices are in line with other restaurants in the area and represent good value. We also appreciate the convenient elevator, which makes reaching the restaurant effortless. 10/09/2025: I had a fantastic dinner here, the service was brilliant and the food was absolutely delicious. The setting was very romantic, we were lucky there was a thunder storm and were able to see lightening over our beautiful dinner. I had the rabbit ravioli as a main and it was absolutely delightful, and my husband had a delicious beef dish. I feel it was very reasonably priced, I’ve dined at Michelin starred restaurants that have charged much more but delivered far less. It was a gorgeous evening ❤️ thank you zi nannina

09/09/2025: A restaurant not to be missed if you're visiting Ischia. Breathtaking views of the sea and the Castello Aragonese. Everything is perfect for a romantic lunch or dinner. Refined cuisine featuring local products. A menu to suit all tastes and impeccable service. A restaurant to discover without hesitation. You have to look a little to find this wonderful place, which is truly worth the detour.

15/07/2026: We came across this restaurant by chance, saw that they had a bread oven and decided to try the pizza. The service was correct, the pizza was good and nothing more. But what lowered the rating was the request for a tip. Whenever I am satisfied with the service in restaurants, especially because I come with children who can be cheerful and playful, and if the staff provides service with a smile, I always reward. However, when paying the bill by card, we were told that we could leave a tip in cash. When the card payment went through, the gentleman stood and waited, which put me in a rather uncomfortable situation. I did not leave anything on purpose! Don't do that! Avoid for the service, not the food.

13/04/2026: This restaurant is amazing. The atmosphere is fantastic. We went there with our children on Saturday evening during the San Gennaro festival; it was very festive. There was a bit of a wait, but the pizza makers entertained the children, who were very impressed by their techniques. The pizzas were delicious! The next day I went back and barely waited 5 minutes for my pizza. I spent more time choosing what I wanted than waiting. The prices are very reasonable, the staff are very welcoming, and I absolutely recommend this pizzeria.

08/06/2026: This trattoria was recommended to us by a local, and we immediately wanted to try it. The first courses are truly authentic and flavorful, like grandma's (Sicilian-style pasta and Sorrento-style gnocchi). We then opted for the fried fish, which was incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked, crispy and light. Another detail we were very pleased with: they were quick; we'd been told we'd have to wait about an hour, but they managed to get it done even quicker. The staff was friendly and helpful.

19/05/2026: The food was cheaper, but it’s premade and microwaved in front of you. The street is really loud. There is no sit down fee. They have a few tables and it’s a smaller space so it can get crowded depending on the number of customers.

17/05/2026: Wonderful! The service is great. My sister and I went after a very tiring day; we wanted something quick, easy, and delicious! We found this place on Google and loved it. We ordered a porchetta sandwich with fries, and it was very tasty. It's huge, and the portion is very generous. Delicious, and served piping hot. The atmosphere is super nice. I recommend it!

19/03/2026: Historic pastry shop and excellent products, but zero seriousness. Last month, I bought San Giuseppe zeppole for €5.00 each...not very fresh...definitely from the day before...this morning, I bought them again for €4.50...the price difference makes it clear they decide on the spot how much the customer has to pay...synonymous with a lack of seriousness...
