11/04/2026: The food was expensive for the quality. I would not recommend the place to anyone. The service was really rude and rude. We did not get napkins for the table, for example. Self-evident things that they did not understand. Otherwise, the entire staff seemed like jerks.

07/04/2026: Extremely overpriced and not worth the money. €40 for 3 limoncello Spritz.

23/03/2026: A fairly basic restaurant, the food is generally good, but the portions aren't generous. Overall, a good Sunday experience, but parking is a problem. The staff is polite, and the owner is very welcoming.

04/05/2026: Didn't have the bad experience that some reviewers had. Pizza and spritz okay, not wonderful. Prices reasonable. Just got here so can't compare to other places yet.

03/05/2026: Amazing Neapolitan style pizza. We did this as take away because we only had a short time left for lunch. We ordered at the front entrance and went around with our receipt to the take away window. Our Margherita pizza was baked in a really hot pizza oven with local ingredients. It was ready in 5 minutes and was almost devoured by the time I got a pic.

07/03/2026: The food, service, and atmosphere were terrible. It was cold inside, and we were offered a choice of dishes, including some rather nauseating fried fish. The portions were tiny (when we asked for second helpings of fries, they were almost counted), and the fish seemed almost raw. The staff was almost always rude. This was definitely an experience we wouldn't repeat. It's worth noting that we were kids on a school trip who had to spend the entire afternoon walking.

23/01/2026: The place is very pleasant. The covered terraces, perfect for keeping warm during the winter, offer stunning views of the city and the surrounding mountains. The food is remarkably good, arriving quickly and piping hot, made with high-quality local ingredients that allow you to experience authentic Campanian cuisine. International dishes are available for children. The service is excellent. The food is a bit pricey, but that's to be expected in a restaurant located next to such a popular tourist attraction.

29/04/2026: Despite being located right next to the excavations, the prices were very fair and the portions were large and delicious! The waiter was incredibly polite and friendly! Good vegetarian options!

18/04/2026: Atmosphere: The café is across from the ruins. Beautiful view. Very peaceful location. It has outdoor seating. Service: Fast, attentive. Food: We ordered cappuccino and amarena tart. (Delicious, sweet in just the right amount, perfect with coffee.) There are more sweet and savory options as well as ice cream.

Location The restaurant is located in a charming and characteristic setting, consistent with the village atmosphere. However, some aspects of the interior, particularly the restrooms, left me perplexed: access is dimly lit and not very easy, and the general maintenance of the bathrooms could be improved. Some details in the furnishings don't convey a sense of adequate care. 2. Service The service was rather disorganized. The staff, while helpful, seemed to struggle with requests: some orders didn't arrive or were replaced without clear communication (for example, wine by the glass instead of the bottle, bread requested several times but delivery was difficult). Drinks were also not always served in the best conditions. Overall, the timing and handling of requests could be improved. 3. Menu We chose a €25 fixed menu, but it didn't seem worth the price. • Appetizer: Very simple portion of cured meats, with a limited variety compared to what was expected. • First courses: Some dishes were unavailable and were substituted. The preparations were very simple and not always convincing, both in terms of cooking and seasoning. • Second courses: The meat was overall decent, but the preparations were lacking in flavor. Again, some requests, such as salt, were not immediately met. • Side dishes: French fries were very heavy and probably not freshly prepared. • Desserts: Small portions and quality below expectations for a set menu. 4. Timing The experience was very long, with significant waits between courses. We sat at the table for several hours for a full menu. Conclusion Overall, the experience was not satisfactory for the price paid and expectations. 20/09/2025: Nice place with a great sea view... but after ordering and drinking their pineapple juice, I felt unwell... Diagnosed with gastroenteritis due to Citrobacter, and I'm still on antibiotics! Never again... And please remember to store food and drinks properly from now on, before the NAS intervenes! Thanks.
