14/05/2026: Excellent linguine with sea urchins...perfect service and very friendly restaurateurs

08/05/2026: We were warmly welcomed in to this restaurant and while their specials and dishes are mostly seafood, the waiter and other staff went above and beyond to make sure some dishes were vegetarian when we asked for someone at the table who eats no meat or fish. They were incredibly friendly, I would highly recommend their tomato bruschetta and the sorrento pasta (tomato and cheese) - these were highlights of our evening! Atmosphere I have put as a 4 as originally there was no music on and it was a quiet evening so felt a little uncomfortable but the waiter did end up playing some music and made sure we were all having a good time

04/05/2026: We saw the reviews and were a little apprehensive, but our experience was fabulous. The lasagna was spectacular, the spaghetti delicious, and best of all, the pizza was the best! We'll be back! Oh, and the tiramisu was by far the best I've ever had. Great value for money.

22/04/2026: A welcoming place, perfect for a break during a busy day of sightseeing. Friendly staff, good food, and a pleasant atmosphere. Recommended!

11/12/2025: A steal. 2 clams + 2 mussels (royal) + 8 paccheri = "allo scoglio"! €20 + €3.50 water + €3.50 cover charge + 7 glasses of wine = €34

04/12/2025: At first, we were a bit cautious because of the not-so-positive reviews. However, since nothing else around was open in the afternoon, we decided to give it a try. I honestly don’t think it was as bad as some people described. For me, it was quite okay. The music could definitely have been less loud, but it was nothing unbearable. The service was good, the pizza was nice, and the seafood was also enjoyable. We certainly did not experience any food poisoning. :)

17/04/2026: Absolutely superb! A true Neapolitan evening!

06/04/2026: Save yourself. Sleep in your car instead. Where do I even begin? Let’s start with the WiFi, which is advertised like it’s some kind of amenity. It works maybe 10% of the time. Now, the “food.” I use that word generously. For one meal, we were served a single portion of instant pasta drowning in the saddest tomato sauce I’ve ever tasted. Bland doesn’t even cover it, it tasted like someone boiled cardboard and called it dinner. And that was the good meal. The alternative was a pork chop so dry I genuinely worried for my jaw. The fries that came with it tasted like they’d been frozen, thawed, refrozen, and then tossed into old oil. One serving each. That’s it. Hope you weren’t hungry. The beds deserve their own warning label. “Uncomfortable” is putting it politely, it felt like sleeping on a bag of gravel wrapped in a fitted sheet. And speaking of the beds: yes, there are bed bugs. Not “maybe” bed bugs. Not “I think I saw something.” Full-blown, definite, waking-up-covered in bed bugs. But the crown jewel of this experience is the noise. Even with the windows sealed shut and the curtains drawn, every single car that passes by might as well be driving through your room. You hear it all, you see the headlights sweep across your ceiling all night long. I tried earplugs and still woke up every hour. Without them? Forget it. You will lie there, staring at the flashing lights on the ceiling, chewing on the memory of that terrible pork chop, scratching your fresh bug bites, and questioning every life decision that brought you here. Do not book this hotel. Camp in the parking lot if you have to. You’ll sleep better, eat better, and at least the bugs will be ones you expected.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

05/04/2026: Stayed here on a school trip and honestly wasn’t impressed. The rooms felt kind of old and not very comfortable. Also, the Wi-Fi was really bad which was annoying. Not the worst place ever, but definitely not great either. No lock in the bathroom either ??!!!

10/05/2026: Avoid: the waitresses seem uninterested in their job, annoyed and rushed. The first courses were overcooked and the pasta was soft. The meat-based second courses were not bad, but they got the side dish wrong for my companion. The atmosphere is underutilized, the location is splendid, but the ambiance is left to itself. Tourist traps, we won't be returning.

21/04/2026: This restaurant cost me and my husband 30 Euros… for a slice of bread with some sour tomato sauce and some dry tasteless chicken! And sprite! This place is overpriced and the food is disgusting 🤮 i definitely don’t recommend this place.. I could get this slice of pizza at my local place for 2.50 euros from a bakery.

15/04/2026: Ice cream cone, good flavor, good texture. The lemon ice cream in the lemon cone is a bit pricey, but it's something everyone in Sorrento and Capri has.

09/04/2026: Can’t comment on prices or experience sitting down, but lovely mini pizzas! All prices are displayed clearly which is nice compared to other places where we’ve been stung with high prices!

15/05/2026: The service was abysmal. It took an hour to order, nothing complicated. We just wanted a coffee, an Aperol Spritz, and a slice of cake. The order didn't arrive for 30 minutes; it must have been left behind. The coffee was cold. We ordered another coffee, which never came. After another 45 minutes, we finally went to the register to pay. We passed a woman who sent back her cold pizza. At least we were able to enjoy the view.

14/05/2026: Worst pizza in all of Italy. A complete tourist trap.

20/10/2025: Not wanting to go to a restaurant, we decided to grab a quick bite, so we did! The display case wasn't very inviting, but we tried it anyway. We spent 36 euros, and we almost emptied the counter, especially since it was late at 9:30 PM. We asked for everything to be reheated. When we started eating, the food was hard and barely warm! (Of course, we put it in the microwave). Thanks, but we won't be back. Then we wanted to sit down, but we didn't know it had a different price (two of them came to tell us we couldn't and we had to pay something extra). For God's sake, we didn't want to steal your chairs. But the Coke was cold.

14/08/2025: LOOKS GREAT ! My wife and I were back in beautiful Salerno for 6 days....our fav place in Italy. Apart from all the fabulous restaurants, cafes, espresso bars and gelato shops the beauty of Salerno is it's walkability factor. On Saturday we walked from our apartment on Corso Vittorio Emanuele to Bar Rosa al Corso for delicious mid morning cappuccinos. Directly across the mall we saw this sandwich shop and decided to have a peek inside. Lots of amazing looking fresh made sandwiches & more to go. No seating inside but plenty on the covered outdoor dining area. I bought a bottle of spring water and put this spot on our list for future reference. IT'S ALL GOOD !

22/04/2026: Absolutely not recommended. There were four of us eating, and I found a fly on my pizza. We asked for coffee, which was delivered after half an hour, and they even spilled it on us. Then, to console us, they wanted us to guess Napoli's score in exchange for a gadget.

15/04/2026: Disappointed. We ordered two salads, a Caesar salad and a Nicoise salad, and found a lot of water on our plates, probably due to the vegetables not being drained properly.

05/05/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. After we ordered, I checked the Google reviews and was shocked. I don't understand how it got such bad reviews. To make that clear, 5 stars! Yes, I've eaten better elsewhere, but the people here are really nice, the food is good, and the price is fair. Everything is clean and tidy, and who cares if the restroom is next door!?

09/04/2026: My wife and I had an excellent dining experience here earlier today with the staff being so warm and welcoming. Seats out the front looking out over the stunning harbour. Hands down the nicest carbonara dish we've ever had with a super tasty bruschetta starter and a lemon based desert that was exceptional. All very reasonably priced (compared to other restaurants we've been to in Sorrento and compared to Ireland as well). Highly recommend this resturant and would definitely go back on our next visit to the island.

02/11/2025: The staff is friendly but it's useless to try to 'catch' the customer at the entrance... unfortunately I had a terrible experience with your pizzas twice, I ate badly and paid too much... This morning I tried to avoid the pizzeria so as not to make another mistake... however, I haven't had any better. This is the standard I think, polite yes but in a restaurant you want to sit down to eat without drinking liters of water for the next two days.

20/04/2026: Great view, delicious pastries. We didn't like the coffee.

17/04/2026: The coffee was good but the desserts were not good at all, they were dry. I took a Sicilian cannolo and only took one bite, it was too much to eat. Then I also took a strawberry tart, let's not even talk about it. If I come back it will only be for the coffee.

31/03/2026: Only place open in the siesta and saved us from hangry. The food was excellent and complementary limoncello since we ordered to courses. Only downsize was that not all the food came together, but all in all an excellent meal, would definitely come back!

03/01/2026: They try to rip you off. We had two beers outside, without any complimentary nuts. They charged us €12, and when we told them the menu said €5, they said it was the cover charge. What cover charge? And when we complained, they said, "Haven't you been to the bathroom?" No, we hadn't. So, they're out to get tourists.
