17/07/2026: Great service and amazing food. A super cozy place.

15/07/2026: Best pizza ever! We had a 15 minute break from our tour. We were in Napoli so we needed a Pizza Napolitana. They had premade pizzas in a glams case. Two cokes and one personal pizza was 10 euros. Low expectations were erased by a delicate crust incredible tasty but simple tomato sauces with pools of mozzarella. The pizza was dynamite.

17/07/2026: I ordered two sfogliatelle ricce, a brioche with a tuppo, and a Nutella croissant to take away: everything was excellent, fresh, and very tasty. The price was also more than fair, only €8 total. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back!

06/07/2026: Good coffee, with an intense taste to start the day well. (03/03/24) 04/03/26 After two years, we returned to this bar, but this time instead of just having a coffee at the counter, we had breakfast sitting at the table. The service was inattentive: they asked again what flavor I wanted for the juice, and even though I had asked for an empty croissant, they brought me a jam one. They offered to take it off the bill, but we said we’d take it with us for the day. Average food, high prices.

09/06/2026: The location was absolutely gorgeous. It is not close to much but the view is spectacular. The room itself, breakfast, and service were terrible. The beds are uncomfortable with sheets that had holes and felt paper thin. We stayed with several others who had ran out of toilet paper, were hesistant to give extra towels, the shower has so much build up that it is not usable unless using the hose. The breakfast was subpar with pastries that were not great and a coffee machine that didn't give espresso and the other options gave burnt espresso or coffee. The dinner service was awful. We had plans to eat two nights and ended up going somewhere else the next night in Sorrento. Great place to at least lay your head at night but definitely most basic of rooms.

29/05/2026: 2 Days: What can I say? A bad experience: nightmare rooms with no light, poorly maintained bathrooms, bar service, and buffet breakfast, with no attention paid to the coffee machine and the cappuccino, which were empty! The only positive thing: the friendly owner and the strategic location with a beautiful sea view. The rest needs to be reconsidered.

23/06/2026: We went to Farinella and the experience was flawless from start to finish. The dishes are traditional, prepared with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients (the pizza is superb, but the pasta dishes are also excellent!). The staff is incredibly welcoming, attentive, and fast, despite the restaurant being packed. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, perfect for a dinner with family or friends. Excellent value. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended.

14/06/2026: My wife and I had lunch there. We had a fried fish and a caprese appetizer, and two first courses: a carbonara and a scarpariello. Everything was delicious and, most importantly, freshly made. The service was friendly and punctual. The coffee at the adjoining bar was also very good. Recommended.

Location The restaurant is located in a charming and characteristic setting, consistent with the village atmosphere. However, some aspects of the interior, particularly the restrooms, left me perplexed: access is dimly lit and not very easy, and the general maintenance of the bathrooms could be improved. Some details in the furnishings don't convey a sense of adequate care. 2. Service The service was rather disorganized. The staff, while helpful, seemed to struggle with requests: some orders didn't arrive or were replaced without clear communication (for example, wine by the glass instead of the bottle, bread requested several times but delivery was difficult). Drinks were also not always served in the best conditions. Overall, the timing and handling of requests could be improved. 3. Menu We chose a €25 fixed menu, but it didn't seem worth the price. • Appetizer: Very simple portion of cured meats, with a limited variety compared to what was expected. • First courses: Some dishes were unavailable and were substituted. The preparations were very simple and not always convincing, both in terms of cooking and seasoning. • Second courses: The meat was overall decent, but the preparations were lacking in flavor. Again, some requests, such as salt, were not immediately met. • Side dishes: French fries were very heavy and probably not freshly prepared. • Desserts: Small portions and quality below expectations for a set menu. 4. Timing The experience was very long, with significant waits between courses. We sat at the table for several hours for a full menu. Conclusion Overall, the experience was not satisfactory for the price paid and expectations. 04/12/2025: At first, we were a bit cautious because of the not-so-positive reviews. However, since nothing else around was open in the afternoon, we decided to give it a try. I honestly don’t think it was as bad as some people described. For me, it was quite okay. The music could definitely have been less loud, but it was nothing unbearable. The service was good, the pizza was nice, and the seafood was also enjoyable. We certainly did not experience any food poisoning. :)

13/06/2026: The food is average and reasonably priced. We ordered pizzas that were decent but nothing special. The least remarkable thing was the service; in a super touristy area, they don't speak other languages. On a 29-degree day, we asked four different people for ice and had no luck; we ended up having to drink our drinks plain. However, the view makes up for all that, and I think they take advantage of it.

07/06/2026: I don't understand how a bar can charge a cover charge, which should already be included in the table service. Furthermore, what's even worse is that they don't even issue a receipt. A decidedly unprofessional and opaque experience.

13/03/2026: The pizza was tasteless, filled with various pieces of meat, it looked like leftovers were thrown on it. In addition, they charge a service fee of 2 euros per person.

25/12/2025: We had the fixed seafood menu for €35 per person. NOT RECOMMENDED. Poor-quality food, prepared even worse by uninterested staff . We ate to avoid waste.

13/07/2026: Attracted by the fixed-price menu and rustic atmosphere, we stopped for lunch. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met. The first courses, gnocchetti alla sorrentina and pennette with tomato and basil, were of terrible quality, while the second courses were almost acceptable. Payment was made in cash.

15/04/2026: Ice cream cone, good flavor, good texture. The lemon ice cream in the lemon cone is a bit pricey, but it's something everyone in Sorrento and Capri has.

09/04/2026: Can’t comment on prices or experience sitting down, but lovely mini pizzas! All prices are displayed clearly which is nice compared to other places where we’ve been stung with high prices!

31/03/2026: Only place open in the siesta and saved us from hangry. The food was excellent and complementary limoncello since we ordered to courses. Only downsize was that not all the food came together, but all in all an excellent meal, would definitely come back!

03/01/2026: They try to rip you off. We had two beers outside, without any complimentary nuts. They charged us €12, and when we told them the menu said €5, they said it was the cover charge. What cover charge? And when we complained, they said, "Haven't you been to the bathroom?" No, we hadn't. So, they're out to get tourists.

We ordered two gelatos: a 2-scoop and a 3-scoop gelato, for €5 and €8 respectively, but the bill didn't match the prices displayed. The coffee flavor was extremely bitter and practically inedible, far beyond what one would expect from a regular coffee gelato. If a service charge is charged, one expects at least adequate service. Instead, it seems like they're just taking the money without providing adequate service. A very disappointing experience. I don't recommend it. ⸻ English Version Very poor ice cream quality.
