19/05/2026: Seafood dish served semi-cold, background noise from the owner's phone was disturbing, sanitary facilities were inadequate, and there was no cleaning kit after a shellfish dish (wet towels or a bowl with water and lemon).

11/05/2026: We are three Argentinians craving octopus 🐙 and classic Italian home-style dishes. We were welcomed by the owner, Ciro, and thanks to him, we tasted the best food in Salerno! Obviously made by Neapolitan hands. Everything there is perfect! Food, service, and price. Try the octopus salad, the fusilli with lemon, broccoli, and lemon sauce. Or the ravioli with lemon and seafood sauce. Dishes that aren't on the menu, but Ciro makes them. Thank you so much, Ciro!! Adriana Sollini and family. (The ravioli photo is a half portion.)

05/05/2026: A beautiful property in the heart of Ravello, overlooking the central square and just steps from the bus stop. The rooms were spacious, fragrant, quiet, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The owner was super kind and helpful, offering us lots of advice during our stay. A truly wonderful experience! My only suggestion would be to expand the breakfast selection: the products served were very fresh and delicious; however, there was no savory breakfast, and even the sweet options weren't very varied.

02/05/2026: Calling Giardini in Calce a B&B is an understatement. The location is perfect for exploring the village, just steps from the Duomo and all the local attractions, such as Villa Rufolo and Villa Cimbrone. The rooms are immaculately maintained, and the service is superb. The breakfast was excellent, but what made the stay special was the courtesy and professionalism of the owners and their incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive staff.

12/05/2026: We were walking leisurely along Via Toledo when this gentleman suddenly stopped us and offered us a €10 menu with a choice of pizza, water, and an appetizer. We accepted, and he showed us to the table and brought us the menus. However, when we tried to order, the waiter told us that this menu was only available for three specific pizzas. Disappointed, we ordered anyway and spent more than expected in this tourist trap. If we could, we'd give it 0 stars. Go eat somewhere else; maybe you'll listen to less of Sal Da Vinci.

06/07/2026: Very delicious, fresh, crunchy tomato and authentic spaghetti and caprese. Pistacio, vanilla and lemon galato was excellent too. Very nice service.

13/06/2026: One star is too much. I didn’t read the reviews, but everything looked okay. We got food and sat down. They charged us a euro more than what was stated on the menu on every item and we also got charged the sitting down fee. This is a tourist trap and the food wasn’t worth it.

09/11/2025: Ok so… I don’t know how they can afford the location with the lack of quality or charisma. The real estate is 10/10. Gorgeous. The food? Terrible. The service? It’s like they were even surprised we sat down. The prosciutto was dry and gross. The cheese was the driest mozzarella I’ve ever seen. The staff was unbothered. My Aperol spritz was ok though.

12/06/2026: It's catastrophic. As soon as we arrive, they make us pay for the boat shuttle, the sun loungers, the umbrellas, everything, before we've even sat down at the table. The restaurant is decent and the service is pleasant, but the management only cares about money. The sun loungers aren't worth the asking price, and the man at the entrance is rude: you have to prove you've paid by any means necessary, otherwise he'll block everyone. In short, there are too many beautiful places here to choose to go there.

06/06/2026: I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment regarding the way this beach is managed. While the sea in Capri is undeniably beautiful and should be accessible to everyone, my experience here was frustrating, to say the least. The only "free" beach nearby is essentially an inaccessible pile of rocks, making it dangerous and practically impossible to enjoy. Meanwhile, the only usable area is controlled by this establishment, which demands a ridiculous €55 fee just to access the water. It is completely unacceptable to restrict public access to the sea in this way. I understand charging for sunbeds or amenities, but making people pay such an exorbitant amount just to step on the beach and swim in the Mediterranean is unethical and goes against the principle that the sea is a public good. I felt cheated and unwelcome. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a fair and accessible experience to look elsewhere. Avoid this place if you value your rights and your money.

10/05/2026: This place has become my favorite haunt: the sandwiches are simply excellent, filled with fresh, quality ingredients. The poke is amazing, with always balanced flavor combinations and generous portions. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service is friendly, making every visit a truly enjoyable experience. I highly recommend trying it if you're looking for a place to eat well and instantly feel at home!

08/05/2026: The chicken was barely acceptable, charred on the outside but a little undercooked on the inside. The potatoes were absolutely inedible; they were frozen, so I prefer not to bake them. Totally dry, inedible. For the prices, they were absolutely a disappointment.

16/03/2026: La Canzone del Mare at Marina Piccola is the classic Capri beach club lunch experience and it has been since Gracie Fields founded it in the 1930s. The terraces step down to the water with the Faraglioni rocks framing the view and the combination of that setting, fresh seafood, and cold white wine on a summer afternoon is one of the great pleasures available to anyone with the good fortune to be on this island. The food is Caprese at its honest best — fresh pasta, grilled fish from the morning catch, insalata caprese with tomatoes that actually taste like tomatoes. The anchovies, the calamari, the linguine alle vongole — all done correctly and served with the unhurried ease of a place that knows you are not in a rush because nobody with a view like this should ever be in a rush. Come by boat if you can, order the seafood, drink the local wine, and stay as long as possible. La Canzone del Mare is the soul of Capri in a single afternoon.

05/04/2026: Two stars: one for the sea view, the other for the friendliness of the waiters. Everything else was terrible: I had a caprese salad for a whopping €16, which didn't even include a single whole mozzarella, just three slices of truly poor quality. I was very disappointed, as I expected much better from a Mediterranean place so close to Naples. My boyfriend, on the other hand, had a Margherita pizza (choosing from the only 6/7 pizzas on the menu). He received a watered-down pizza, lacking flavor, and made with low-quality ingredients. It's the perfect place to fool poor foreign tourists (obviously not in economic terms, since the prices are very high anyway) who have no idea what true, good Italian cuisine is. The quality-price ratio, as you may have already guessed, is TERRIBLE. A ruined and wasted lunch.

22/03/2026: Amazing margarita pizza and lemon sauce pasta from this very beautiful restaurant. The service was really good . Gnocchi with tomato , garlic and aubergine was fantastic . Overall a very good experience !!!

11/04/2026: The food was expensive for the quality. I would not recommend the place to anyone. The service was really rude and rude. We did not get napkins for the table, for example. Self-evident things that they did not understand. Otherwise, the entire staff seemed like jerks.

05/04/2026: I spent Easter lunch at Hotel Ristorante La Piana and it was a truly pleasant experience. The menu was well-structured and comprehensive: from the appetizers featuring quality and beautifully presented ingredients to the trio of delicious and well-balanced first courses. The second course was also excellent, with tender and flavorful roast lamb, accompanied by well-crafted side dishes. The final pastiera concluded the lunch in true traditional style. The service was attentive and organized despite the holiday. We ate under the gazebo, and thanks to the beautiful day, it created a truly relaxing green oasis. An experience definitely worth repeating. Congratulations to all the staff!

25/02/2026: We stayed two nights at this hotel, but it would have been better if we slept under a bridge. The rooms were decently clean, but the shower ran brown, and you could only use a key to open the other rooms. The service was rude, and it didn't give you a sense of comfort. The food was awful; the pasta was undercooked, the meat was chunky, and the potatoes tasted like they'd been cooked a month ago and only reheated. Not to mention the hotel's location; it was in a remote village with poor internet access. I would advise you not to stay here.

04/06/2026: Unfortunately, we stumbled upon it yesterday for lunch with the family... we couldn't avoid it, unfortunately, because it was already 2 pm and the kids were hungry, otherwise we would have run away... in short: a run-down and dirty place, rotting food scraps on the floor, cobwebs on the ceiling, filthy glasses worn for decades... the dirtiest owner in the place, a complete lack of a menu. We ordered two bottles of water and eight plates of spaghetti with clams, which arrived 40 minutes later, overcooked and washed out... a real mess! I went to pay, and the final surprise! 140 euros! For that disgusting dish!? I paid and ran away! Obviously, not even a receipt! SHAME! The worst dining experience of my life... I was truly afraid I'd contract some disease in that filthy place. Be careful!

21/05/2026: Seafood restaurant in the center of Pozzuoli near the port. Visited May 20, 2026. Excellent seafood soup with a variety of dishes. The price was €30, which was reasonable for the quality.
