04/06/2026: The food is really good, the chef and waitress are exceptional, helpful, and kind. The owner is a bit fussy, but friendly.

27/05/2026: We were offered a hake for 30 euros, which they told us was large enough for two people—it was the catch of the day. I ordered a green salad on the side, which is extra, but it only had lettuce, which they went to buy because they didn't have any. Compared to other places, neither the food nor the service is good.

01/06/2026: What can I say... the terrace is beautiful, with a breathtaking view of Vesuvius. The service, unfortunately, isn't up to par with a 4-star hotel. I was shocked by the waiter's total disinterest. He was rude and completely inattentive, with an air of smugness. Coincidentally, even the customers across from us expressed their dissatisfaction, making it clear to him.

03/08/2026: We were truly disappointed. The waiter was impertinent throughout the dinner, constantly insisting that we order what he wanted instead of simply taking our requests. This was truly unprofessional and very annoying. The service was extremely slow, with interminable waits even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. The worst part, however, came when we got the bill. We ordered two plates of linguine with mussels (€12 each), a mixed grill for €28 to share, and a bottle of wine for €30. If you look at the math, the total should never have come close to the €150 we were charged. The waiter also commented that the sea bream served to us was dry and tasteless. We weren't given a clear explanation as to how that price had been arrived at, and we left with the distinct feeling of having paid far more than we should have. An experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. Between the poor service, the staff's attitude, and a bill that seemed unjustifiably high, we will never return and I absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant.

02/08/2026: We stopped for lunch at this restaurant and had a great time. We ordered seafood salads and fried fish to share, but the portions were generous and filled us up quickly. Prices are average. The wait was a bit long, but the owner's kindness and friendliness made up for it, so I recommend trying this place.

02/08/2026: A very pleasant experience. The place has air conditioning and lovely decor, and it's next to a very nice ceramics shop. They let us charge our phones, the service was good, and the food was delicious. I recommend it.

19/07/2026: The food was absolutely terrible. The pasta and ravioli were rough and tasted like they had been microwaved and then drowned in sauce. The restaurant was completely empty, so the staff had the time and resources to prepare the food well. However, for the price we paid, it was an extremely disappointing experience. I could have made Chef Boyardee’s can of pasta and made it myself, and it would have tasted much better.

05/04/2026: I spent Easter lunch at Hotel Ristorante La Piana and it was a truly pleasant experience. The menu was well-structured and comprehensive: from the appetizers featuring quality and beautifully presented ingredients to the trio of delicious and well-balanced first courses. The second course was also excellent, with tender and flavorful roast lamb, accompanied by well-crafted side dishes. The final pastiera concluded the lunch in true traditional style. The service was attentive and organized despite the holiday. We ate under the gazebo, and thanks to the beautiful day, it created a truly relaxing green oasis. An experience definitely worth repeating. Congratulations to all the staff!

25/02/2026: We stayed two nights at this hotel, but it would have been better if we slept under a bridge. The rooms were decently clean, but the shower ran brown, and you could only use a key to open the other rooms. The service was rude, and it didn't give you a sense of comfort. The food was awful; the pasta was undercooked, the meat was chunky, and the potatoes tasted like they'd been cooked a month ago and only reheated. Not to mention the hotel's location; it was in a remote village with poor internet access. I would advise you not to stay here.

04/06/2026: Unfortunately, we stumbled upon it yesterday for lunch with the family... we couldn't avoid it, unfortunately, because it was already 2 pm and the kids were hungry, otherwise we would have run away... in short: a run-down and dirty place, rotting food scraps on the floor, cobwebs on the ceiling, filthy glasses worn for decades... the dirtiest owner in the place, a complete lack of a menu. We ordered two bottles of water and eight plates of spaghetti with clams, which arrived 40 minutes later, overcooked and washed out... a real mess! I went to pay, and the final surprise! 140 euros! For that disgusting dish!? I paid and ran away! Obviously, not even a receipt! SHAME! The worst dining experience of my life... I was truly afraid I'd contract some disease in that filthy place. Be careful!

21/05/2026: Seafood restaurant in the center of Pozzuoli near the port. Visited May 20, 2026. Excellent seafood soup with a variety of dishes. The price was €30, which was reasonable for the quality.

17/08/2026: Welcoming place, full of bikers, just as I like it, with very kind and knowledgeable staff! Really good!

11/08/2026: After spending some time admiring this beautiful place, I stopped at this restaurant in Castelluccio where I enjoyed some delicious bruschetta made with their local produce. I was greeted with kindness by the young people who served me. Recommended.

16/03/2026: La Canzone del Mare at Marina Piccola is the classic Capri beach club lunch experience and it has been since Gracie Fields founded it in the 1930s. The terraces step down to the water with the Faraglioni rocks framing the view and the combination of that setting, fresh seafood, and cold white wine on a summer afternoon is one of the great pleasures available to anyone with the good fortune to be on this island. The food is Caprese at its honest best — fresh pasta, grilled fish from the morning catch, insalata caprese with tomatoes that actually taste like tomatoes. The anchovies, the calamari, the linguine alle vongole — all done correctly and served with the unhurried ease of a place that knows you are not in a rush because nobody with a view like this should ever be in a rush. Come by boat if you can, order the seafood, drink the local wine, and stay as long as possible. La Canzone del Mare is the soul of Capri in a single afternoon.

14/06/2026: I visited this restaurant in May 2026 during a school trip. Alessandra and her entire staff were top-notch. We were two groups of 60 people each, and they served us very quickly. The appetizer, pizza, and dessert with a drink were delicious, not only were they great value. Highly recommended... I'm already planning my return to Naples, and I'll definitely be coming back. 14/06/2026: I ate alone at this restaurant tonight. A plate of spaghetti, mussels, and clams and a glass of white wine cost €30. It seems excessive. Without receipts, of course.

15/08/2026: I've heard and read about good food and extraordinary cuisine. Unfortunately, I'll never know. They didn't handle the reservations well. We were out for an hour on August 15th, and had to leave.

01/07/2026: The Martini Bianco Spritz is a perfect choice if you're looking for a change from the Aperol Spritz! 💛 The food was very good; we tried the Spaghetti Lemon 🍋 and the Funghia Tagliatelle 🍄‍🟫 Very good, I don't know why there are so many negative reviews.
