02/08/2025: Another place that has lost its charm. Tables very near to each other, behind me waiters kept passing like on a motorway hitting my chair every time. The prices have increased so much: a plate averages 50/60 euros. Portions are generous though. You need a mortgage for a wine, where the least expensive glass is 18 euros. At a certain point the waiter collected bread from the table without even asking if we were still eating it. Puzzling. The crowd used to be so stylish and now there’s so many loud tables. Food is good, but not exceptional, in fact rather forgettable. A free frozen limoncello at the end is a nice touch.

27/07/2025: Tuvimos un buen almuerzo en este encantador restaurante junto al mar, cerca de la Grotta Azzurra. Lugar muy concurrido, pero súper servicio y muy buen rollo. Matteo nos cuidó muy bien. Para empezar, la ensalada de langosta para compartir era muy bueno, el pescado como principal ok. Las vistas increíbles. También había una tienda emergente Dior y club de playa adjunto. Gran selección de vinos. Postre buffet inmejorable. Música en vivo, súper agradable. Asegúrese de que el restaurante pida un taxi antes de irse. Reserva necesaria.

11/02/2026: Horrible experience, the worst food I have had in Vietri. Had sand in my mouth after eating. Didn’t even bother to eat the whole meal. I regretted this visit, wasted my money.

06/02/2026: The service was pleasant, the food wasn't one of the best, but it wasn't outright bad. The ability to charge your phone was absolutely great and crucial for me.

04/11/2025: Nice place. Good food Friendly staff But you can't charge for a small glass—repeat a small glass—of zacapo. I find 15 euros illogical.

05/10/2025: Exorbitant prices and disappointing service. The woman, presumably a first-timer, accidentally spilled two spritzes on me, completely soaking my pants. I avoided causing any problems, realizing it might have been a mistake due to inexperience. What I found unacceptable, however, was the subsequent attitude: instead of receiving an apology, the cashier actually told me it was my fault, claiming I had "pulled my jacket." In reality, I was wearing a short leather jacket and was standing still, so this claim is completely unfounded. In addition to the inconvenience, no courtesy or attention was shown for what had happened, not even a token discount. I believe that a place that calls itself professional should demonstrate greater respect and attention to its customers, especially in situations like this.

09/11/2025: Ok so… I don’t know how they can afford the location with the lack of quality or charisma. The real estate is 10/10. Gorgeous. The food? Terrible. The service? It’s like they were even surprised we sat down. The prosciutto was dry and gross. The cheese was the driest mozzarella I’ve ever seen. The staff was unbothered. My Aperol spritz was ok though.

09/11/2025: It’s worth it just to stopped by, order a fitzgerald, a beer or whatever you are into to.. and enjoy the view

23/07/2025: We stopped by for a lunch during the trip in Capri, that was late March, just before the season opening so there weren't many places open yet. Al Capri was recommended by our Italian tour guide. The place is specious with lots of tables available, clean, with breath-taking views, decorated in Mediterranean style which is very welcoming. We ordered pizza and spaghetti al limone. That was best spaghetti I've had in Italy during the whole stay. The pizza was good, it didn't make in the top 3 out of 10 we tried though. Good selection of wine. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was served in timely manner. The places has lots to offer, including the beautiful decor and views, good food and location- it's off the main square so it's not so crowded but still close La piazetta.

18/07/2025: Attirati dalla musica romantica di un bravo pianista live, ci siamo imbattuti in questo ristorante a pochi passi dalla famosa piazzetta di Capri. Subito accolti con gentilezza siamo stati accompagnati al tavolo a noi assegnato. Il nostro cameriere Angelo ( di nome e di fatto ) ci ha consigliato e coccolato. Il mio “Fusillone ai frutti di mare” è stato a dir poco sublime. Vista spettacolare e atmosfera incredibile. Super consigliato! Nancy B.

12/10/2025: Superlative restaurant. Amazing first courses. Quality ingredients. Smiling, accommodating, and knowledgeable staff. First and foremost, our super Giorgio. Our regular stop every time we come to this beautiful island for work. See you soon. I forgot: Oscar-winning octopus linguine alla puttanesca. What a spectacle ❤️

12/10/2025: We arrived at Ristorante Di Giorgio almost by chance, looking for a quiet place to spend our last hour in Capri before catching the boat. The place was completely empty, but the setting was pleasant and the initial service was decent. It was quite windy that afternoon, so we decided to stay a while and order something light: two pizzas. The menu prices are reasonable for the area—especially considering the view and location—although they charge €4 per cover, which is important to keep in mind. The pizzas had good flavor, thin crust, and were cooked properly—not spectacular, but adequate. What was awkward was the ending: when we got up, the waiter quickly came over to ask if we had left a tip and lifted the napkins to check the table. It was a very awkward gesture, especially since, with a €4 cover charge per person, we assumed the service was included. Despite that detail, I wouldn't say it was a bad experience. The place is quiet, with reasonable prices and good food, but the insistence on tips took away from what could have been a much more enjoyable moment. 💡 Helpful Tips: Check the cover charge before ordering; it's already included in the bill. If you're going for a quick pizza, this is a convenient option near the center. 22/10/2025: Quant place, with a good location and a gathering place for locals. What gets me is the constant persistence to rip off the tourists? I am all up for fair prices, but 28€ for two small beers and two small Aperol spritz is not even Majori beach prices and this place is imbedded in the mountains. I won’t go there again and when I like a place I always go back and I am happy to leave money with the locals bars and restaurants. This is just not necessary. Pity it was raining as well, but if the place works for me who cares.

28/09/2025: Very nice place! Friendly staff, great food, nice atmosphere on the townsquare right next to the church. Quiet and not so much tourists. Both locals and tourists who where there.

08/02/2026: Terrible, the food may be worth the price, but the service isn't. Sunday lunch is all about pasta with sauce and Genovese, not even in canteens. Pizza only in the evening, fish out of the question, at least if you knew beforehand. At the table, the cheese platter should be served with the cheese, not with the last spoonful. First and last.

15/02/2026: We stayed for the night and had dinner on Valentine's Day, everything was good and the suite was beautiful and comfortable, very polite, thanks for everything and a super breakfast.

15/12/2025: We visited Le Camerelle during a day trip to Capri and stopped in for lunch while walking around the island. We didn’t stay overnight, but this was a perfect spot to take a break and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The view was lovely, and the food was ok. The Caprese salad was fresh, simple, and delicious — exactly what you want in Capri. Service was great throughout the meal, attentive and friendly.

26/10/2025: The food was delicious and they made it quickly. The view was amazing. The prices were a bit expensive, but I think it’s worth it.

22/02/2026: The place has a beautiful view, the service is excellent, and the chef has a unique way of combining ingredients, making the dishes delicate and flavorful. The price is less than you'd expect. We'll definitely be back.

21/10/2025: I had lunch here on a Sunday last September, on a beautiful sunny day, on the outdoor patio, where you can enjoy a lovely panoramic view. One downside is that to get there, you have to travel down a narrow, winding road. Lunch was a fixed menu, €40 per person, including water and local wine. The appetizers were acceptable, the first course was tastier, but the mixed fried fish and dessert were less so. All in all, we'll definitely return... especially on nice sunny days.

17/10/2025: A bottle of water costs 9 euros and they don't warn us, they kept warning us about water, in the end it was 63 euros just for water. Lol

14/10/2025: We were looking forward to this Michelin star experience. The tasting menu options like in most Michelin star restaurants locked you into the same courses for the table, but we went ala carte based on options. It was a good dining experience, but not great especially for the price you are paying (~350 euro's per person with drinks).

02/09/2025: We were looking for a local panini on the beach and found it at Samy's. It was rich with mozzarella, tomato, ham, arugula, and parmesan, and it was divine.

27/08/2025: Quiet and welcoming beach. Fairly priced sun loungers. We'll be back!
