07/01/2025: An unforgettable stay at the Pink Palace Hotel in Ravello! We have been drawn to Ravello for years - and for a very special reason: the unique sunrise concert. It is undoubtedly the most beautiful classical concert we have ever experienced. The atmosphere in the early hours of the morning, when the music plays and the sun slowly rises over the Amalfi Coast, is simply magical and touches the soul. Since it is always difficult to get tickets for this exclusive event, we are particularly grateful that we, as guests of the Pink Palace Hotel, enjoy a small advantage here. A big thank you goes to Antonio, who always takes great care of the tickets. This time we were also surprised with a special upgrade - a suite that left nothing to be desired. Fantastically furnished and with a breathtaking view of the Amalfi Coast, the stay was pure enjoyment. The hotel itself impresses with its location high above the coast. The view is breathtaking - you could just sit there for hours and enjoy the beauty of nature. But it's not just the surroundings that are a highlight: the entire Pink Palace team is extremely warm and attentive. The service is first class – a full five stars, without question.

07/06/2025: Don't go. They have very bad service. The food is not worth it and the price is high for what they offer. It's a shame because the view is beautiful. The only thing that saves it is the bread.

01/06/2025: El restaurante está en un entorno precioso. Éramos tres cenando. Tenía un antípasto entonces Calzone para 2 de nosotros. Tenía el sándwich plano en el menú que está justo encima de la Calzone en el menú. El restaurante estaba ocupado. Teníamos 7: 30 reservas, pero realmente comenzó a llenarse a las 9: 00 pm. Es justo antes de la plaza principal de la ciudad. El servicio fue genial. También tuvieron un evento privado - cena de ensayo para una princesa italiana. También vimos que la pizza estaba saliendo y se veían increíbles. Había gente local cenando y eso es una buena señal. El joven dijo que también va allí. Tenía vino de la casa. Estuvo bien. Me gustaría ir allí de nuevo

01/05/2025: We found ourselves in Nola on May 1st due to a booking mistake, which unexpectedly brought us to this suburb of Naples. Fortunately, this restaurant was the only one open—and what a great find! The chef kindly welcomed us at 4:00 p.m., even though the restaurant was supposed to be closed, which we greatly appreciated. The setting is particularly charming: a small stone courtyard surrounded by greenery, with tables set under a canopy, creating a peaceful and authentic atmosphere. The walls are decorated with murals that evoke a Mediterranean spirit, enhancing the feeling of being immersed in a typical corner of Campania. The dishes were delicious and very generous, truly representing traditional Neapolitan cuisine. The service was impeccable: fast, attentive, and with a smiling, friendly waitress who made the experience even more enjoyable. In summary, a highly recommended spot if you are passing through the area—for its warm hospitality, hearty cuisine, and picturesque setting.

02/06/2025: Das Lokal ist eindeutig überbewertet. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und frech noch dazu. Mein Mann hat noch gegessen als die Kellnerin gekommen ist und abserviert hat. Als ich es ihr gesagt habe das wir sind noch nicht fertig ,dann würde sie mehr als unhöflich. Der Fisch verbrannt und geschmacklos. Das Restaurant empfehle ich niemanden.

01/06/2025: Durante il nostro breve soggiorno a Salerno, abbiamo prenotato per cenare in questo locale. Posto molto caratteristico in un vicoletto, molto accogliente e familiare. La titolare è molto simpatica ed alla mano e può confidare in un gruppo di giovani ragazzi molto garbati, solari ed attenti al cliente. Clima da tipica trattoria ed ho trovato quello che cercavo. Piatti buoni, ben cucinati ed abbondanti. Sono stato accontentato in ogni mia richiesta e di questo ringrazio lo chef. Un locale che consiglio a chi vuole stare bene, cenare bene e spendere il giusto! Sinceramente se io vivessi a Salerno ci farei l'abbonamento. Complimenti ancora a tutto lo staff e continuate così, con passione, sorriso e pazienza per chi a volte, credendo di essere Cannavacciulo o Bastianich cerca di fare il fenomeno....

09/06/2025: Este lugar fue un gran hallazgo. Nunca conseguiría una estrella Michelin pero no querría una. Dirigido por una familia, los conocimos a todos, incluida la nueva niña, hija de la hija de papá. Situado en la playa de Citara con vistas alrededor de lo que es esencialmente una bahía. Acantilados en un extremo donde a distancia hay un faro (que también sirve como hotel exclusivo). Envío desde Nápoles en el horizonte de otras islas distantes chocando con las olas y las actividades de playa. Además, todo el camino hacia las puestas de sol del mar, todo visible desde su mesa de comedor. La comida era fantástica y de calidad consistente. Los bouchés divertidos incluían “cosas” de pescado frito y flores de calabacín rellenas que eran gratis. Los mariscos, como era de imaginar, estaban súper frescos y magníficamente cocinados. Pasta perfecta al Dante, tomates frescos y hierbas. Tiramisu de postre en cada visita así que no puedo comentar nada sobre ningún otro desierto... pero el tiramisú era excelente. Cuando hubo un problema para conseguir un taxi de vuelta a nuestro hotel que sucedió dos veces, la hija de papá nos llevó de vuelta. ¡Vaya a un restaurante diferente la primera noche solo para decir que fue a dos restaurantes durante su estancia!

12/05/2025: The price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all, a Spaghetti Vongole for 35 euros is already an announcement and it also tasted mediocre. The terrace is very nice and has a great view, but you have to pay extra for that too. To reach the restaurant you have to walk about 20 minutes from the center of Capri through narrow streets, which can be very nice because you see many small houses that you don't get to see.

11/05/2025: Exceptional restaurant! First of all, you have to earn the meal since from the center of Capri, it is about fifteen minutes of walking uphill. But it's definitely worth it: very, very friendly staff, magnificent view, we had free focaccia as an aperitif, and the meal was very good! We had the ravioli and eggplant pasta. To finish in style: the limoncello cream dessert was delicious. It’s an authentic Italian atmosphere. Remember to book 😀

09/06/2025: :La pizza è di buon livello, ma niente che non si possa trovare altrove a Napoli. Il vero problema è la gestione del conto: oltre al coperto regolare, viene applicata una voce “SERVIZIO” pari al 10% del totale - una pratica che trasforma quello che dovrebbe essere il normale servizio al tavolo in un costo aggiuntivo. Questa doppia imposizione (coperto + servizio) appare come una strategia per gonfiare il conto finale, rendendo il pasto significativamente più caro di quanto inizialmente preventivabile dal menu. Rapporto qualità-prezzo finale decisamente sfavorevole. Con tante pizzerie eccellenti a Napoli che offrono qualità analoga senza questi costi aggiuntivi, difficilmente torneremo. *.

19/05/2025: A highly recommended restaurant in Naples, right next to the Spanish Quarter. The decor is very Neapolitan, even with the decorative T-shirts hanging out to dry. The staff is very friendly; they're all a super nice family. The food was delicious. We had the parmigiana, the gnocchi, and the spaghetti, and everything was incredibly good. And the desserts are absolutely worth it; they're homemade, and especially the tiramisu was delicious! We'll definitely go back when we return to Naples.

02/05/2025: The boss Carmine and all the staff know how to create a friendly and familiar environment and go out of their way to pamper you and make your stay unique. Aperitifs and cuisine at the highest levels with seafood dishes prepared with the freshest fish. Real good local cuisine. Highly recommended. It is strictly forbidden not to pass by Carmine: you would lose the true flavor of Ischia.

18/05/2025: Newly starred in Campania (well deservedly so), but with a long tradition, which is proposed well outside the usual tourist routes, which would be enough to highlight the passion for cooking beyond the commercial operation. Salvatore Avallone offers essential cuisine, a perfect combination of apparent simplicity and innovation, with some "oriental" touches wisely placed, which never distort the flavor of the ingredients, but rather enhance them. Summarized in a comment by Federica, precise and prepared Maitre Sommelier of Cetara: "We present what we know how to do". There are two tasting menus available, basically seafood and meat, which vary by season, both very interesting (so a second visit is almost "obligatory"). Extensive wine list, with ample space for local and Italian wines in general, and with a good number of foreign wines. Few tables in the room, good separation and intimate environment: the furniture and tableware are commendable. Prices in line with a starred restaurant. Although it does not have a private parking, it is not difficult to find a place in the area if you arrive by car. An absolutely recommended restaurant, which is also worth a detour to visit.

11/05/2025: Si parla spesso di qualità del cibo, ma troppo spesso si danno per scontate le cose ancora più importanti : educazione , cortesia e mettere a proprio agio gli ospiti …. E’ il caso di ieri sera : io e mia sorella , selezioniamo questo ristorante per festeggiare il compleanno di mia madre . Purtroppo mia sorella a causa di coliche avute pochi minuti prima di arrivare non ci ha potuto raggiungere sperando fino alla fine di farcela . Entriamo e la persona che ci ha accolti , con fare saccente e arrogante subito ci redarguisce perché ci eravamo presentati in 2 e non in 3 senza avvisare prima . Poi ci fa pesare che non stavamo sceglievamo il menù degustazione e che ci faceva una cortesia a farci mangiare alla carta ( imponendo un minimo di 2 pietanze principali ) . Ci ha quasi “ lanciato “ 1 solo iPad per due ospiti ( le ho chiesto anche per accelerare i tempi se potevamo averne due di menu ‘ … ci ribadiva che era già tanto che ci faceva mangiare a là carte e quindi ho dovuto attendere che uno lo leggesse e scegliesse poi ho potuto farlo io … finita la polemica del menu degustazione , ha poi ha ripreso quella sul fatto che eravamo andanti in due e non in 3 fino a che , le ho fatto notare il modo in cui ci stava trattando da quando eravamo entrati e , data la scarsa accoglienza e la pesantissima atmosfera creata dalla ragazza di sala, abbiamo deciso di alzarci e andare via senza neppure cenare … la persona di Sala era riuscita a rovinarci il compleanno di mia madre a causa della insostenibile atmosfera di acidità arroganza e prosopopea da lei creata …

07/06/2025: Entri in un ristorante moderno normale e attraversi fino ad arrivare in un limoneto. Un luogo bellissimo inaspettato e particolare. In più trovi un menù curato in minimo dettaglio e insolito. Sono tornata più volte e tornerò ancora.
