20/04/2026: Heaven, only the fried seafood left a little to be desired, but otherwise everything was perfect. From the welcome dishes to the atmosphere and, finally, the welcome, it was perfect. Thank you, we'll definitely be back.

14/04/2026: My favorite dinner during our time in Sorrento. The food was incredible and everyone was very kind. But we arrived for our reservation at 8:30p and were not sat until 9:15p. The meal also took a long time to come to the table, but when it tastes that good it’s easy to forget. I would absolutely recommend, just prepare for a longer stay and have your patient pants on.

07/05/2026: We visited the La Tinaia restaurant/pizzeria in the town of Forio on the island of Ischia. We hadn't made a reservation and were guided by the positive reviews left by other visitors. Upon entering, you can see the wood-fired oven and the pizza chef making pizzas fresh to order! We received a very warm welcome in a shaded courtyard. Despite the slightly dated furniture, we were very comfortable. We chose three antipasti for our aperitif, then my wife had a bruschetta, and I indulged in a four-cheese pizza. All the dishes were prepared with care and were delicious. The value for money was unbeatable. The restrooms were clean and functional. The staff was very pleasant and professional. However, please note that the entire restaurant is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. In short, a must-visit! Meal at €34 for 2 (see receipt).

16/03/2026: A typical farmhouse atmosphere, well-kept and welcoming, with a spectacular view of Vesuvius. I started with an exceptional local aperitif, truly generous and full of local products, followed by an equally generous first course. The staff was truly super kind and attentive to every detail. All this at absolutely affordable prices. It was a wonderful discovery in every way.

02/11/2025: The restaurant was exactly what you'd expect in an Italian mountain village: good Italian cuisine prepared with creativity and imagination, accompanied by a good wine or even a beer. Since we were staying in the village, we ate there often and were never disappointed.

04/05/2026: I had a wonderful time. I'm celiac, and eating gluten-free isn't a problem here; in fact, they're AIC-certified and understand exactly what safety means for us. I tried everything from the entree to the dessert, and I have to say everything was delicious, fresh, and authentic. I highly recommend it.

08/04/2026: The best restaurant in the area by far. Loved every dish we had. The octopus with potato was cooked to perfection, the scialatielli with seafood was amazing and the portion was generous, and the catch of the day was absolutely delicious (a bit pricey). The kids loved this place. The service was excellent. We had a little accident with our little one who threw up, and the owner was attentive and made the dining experience great despite the incident. This was the last meal we had in the area and it blew our minds. I wish we had tried it earlier. If you are in the area, you should definitely check it out.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

08/04/2026: Hidden gem in a quiet street with big portions, good food and fair prices. Relaxed and unpretentious, it was a welcome respite from some of the hustle around the coast. No views but a pleasant atmosphere. Had crab and zucchini pasta with a beer—and it was a large portion! Would recommend to any in the area

12/04/2026: Bad experience. The pizza wasn't great, the ingredients were low-quality, and we all spent the night with heartburn. Plus, we waited an hour and a half for takeout. Since it was a Saturday night, I would have been fine if the pizza had been good, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

10/01/2026: After days of poisoning my soul with tourist menus, stomach aches, and crazy prices, I was lucky enough to find and try this place. A TRUE traditional restaurant. Dishes are cooked, not reheated. Prices are fair, perhaps even low by Naples' current average. We tried a bit of everything, and the quality was truly top-notch. Pasta and potatoes with provola cheese, beans and mussels, parmigiana, delicious meatballs still warm from the heat... And the owner, an exceptional woman, runs the place with old-fashioned passion and professionalism. Highly recommended.

03/05/2026: A lovely lunch. Seems like this is an attraction for musicians touring their tambourines for contributions for little effort. Not the restaurants fault obviously.

30/04/2026: Lovely spot to eat! The gnocchi alla sorrentina was really delicious. The staff wasn't pushy, but actually super friendly. If we had to give a small downside, it would be that the food arrived very quickly, even at the same time as our aperitif.
