17/10/2025: Excellent in every way, I don't understand how anyone could complain. Clean and welcoming atmosphere, kindness, courtesy, and hospitality. Excellent food from appetizer to dessert. Location with a fantastic view... Owners and staff are always available. We will definitely be back.

19/12/2025: We chose this restaurant to celebrate two important family occasions, and even though it was our first time, we were truly impressed. The quality of the seafood dishes is excellent, and you can clearly taste the great care and passion the chef puts into every preparation. Also noteworthy are the splendid location, the excellent value, and, above all, the kindness of all the staff. We'll definitely be back; it was a pleasure!

20/09/2025: A restaurant whose location could have great potential. The food and service, unfortunately, were disappointing. If I were to return to Bagnara, unfortunately, it wouldn't be my choice to stop for dinner.

30/08/2025: My evening at this establishment turned into a very serious incident that will not go unpunished. A nearby table asked the waitress, Martina, for my last name. She initially said she couldn't provide it (as would have been correct), but then handed over a note with my last name written on it. This is no small detail: the last name is personal data, and its unauthorized disclosure is a direct violation of current regulations (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR, Articles 5 and 6; Legislative Decree 196/2003). I want to be very clear: if, as a result of this carelessness, I receive even a single message, a "follow," or a contact, either my partner or I, I will take action against the establishment directly, holding them fully responsible. I will proceed without hesitation with a formal report to the Italian Data Protection Authority, filing a complaint, and requesting compensation for damages (Article 82 GDPR, with a statute of limitations of up to 5 years). I believe that waitress Martina's behavior is scandalous and unacceptable, endangering the safety of her customers. I hope she is removed from the establishment immediately. In my opinion, this restaurant has closed. I warn anyone who values ​​their privacy against visiting it, because personal information is not protected here, but handed out like a bar note.

03/09/2025: The service was very friendly. The owners' cats occasionally wandered through the restaurant, but they made sure they didn't disturb the guests. The food was very, very delicious. I highly recommend the antipasti starter: Antipasti Casejo, First: Fileja cipolla e nduja, Secondi: Griglata mista du carne, and Tagliata arugula e grana. A visit is worthwhile. Perhaps a reservation is recommended!

19/10/2025: Really enjoyed our meal here from start to finish. The service was so lovely and while no one else was there, as it was off season, he put on music and created a lovely atmosphere. The food was delicious. We got local harvest olive oil, two days old, absolutely delicious as was the house red wine. The zuppa faglioli was molto Buono 🥰🥰😋 would definitely go back and was very happy with our little meal here 😊😊❤️❤️

19/11/2025: Excellent place for a quiet evening. The food is excellent; the chef's fried foods taste like grandma's! The pizza is good with traditional dough, crispy and very light and tasty. The service is pleasant, fast, and courteous. The menu is well-stocked, but the beer selection is less extensive. Prices have gone up a bit lately.

16/09/2025: I've been from Catanzaro since I was born, and since I love the sea so much, I should know every place, but I assure you, that's not the case 🤣🤣🤣. I discovered this place purely by chance, and among the many beaches lined up, my "snack buddy" Nilde asked me which one inspires you? And I replied: "This one, definitely this one, because it has these elegant umbrellas, this tidy beach, and then I don't know, but this spot inspires me 🤣🤣." And so it was, 9 days of pure relaxation, thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend it, also for the kindness of Maria, her sister, and everyone else who helped make these days of vacation truly unforgettable. 07/09/2025: Very beautiful beach, well-maintained lido, excellent restaurant. Everyone is very kind and friendly, except for the guy (maybe the son?) who accompanies you to your umbrella. Prices are medium to high, but from my experience, it seems like even in Calabria they're overdoing it, thus hindering tourism growth.

19/10/2025: A very pleasant place, with good full menus and wine! We preferred to eat outside. The menu included specials: Spaghetti with clams, mixed fried fish with mixed seafood, and a whole grilled sea bream with green salad, and finally, a citron cake! Excellent in all respects. We always return when we come to Scalea.

05/10/2025: We opted for the daily menu, which was excellent value for money, and the lemon cake was excellent. A positive experience.

04/12/2025: What can I say? Excellent location. I stayed there one night, the room was spotless and felt like being in a grand hotel. I will gladly return next time and recommend it to anyone passing through Scalea.

19/07/2025: Este es un gran restaurante. La comida es buena, así como el servicio. Comimos aquí un par de veces durante nuestra estancia en Scilla. La comida es preciosa. Mi esposo tuvo Picanha un par de veces. Teníamos el plato de mariscos que era bueno pero no vale la pena los 18 €. Tuve filete de atún que era bueno y especial de día lasaña de pez espada que era delicioso, que deben poner en el menú seguro. El único problema que tengo es el precio. Para un restaurante de calle con scooters y coches pasando los precios son demasiado altos. El costo es comparable con restaurantes en Chianalea con impresionantes vistas y asientos en el océano.

25/10/2025: Last night, I was invited to a former student's 30th birthday party: a wonderful celebration, both friendly and family-oriented! I knew the restaurant, Arca di Noè, from having attended two 100-day lunches there, in different school years and at different schools. Since the Covid years, on several occasions, I've only enjoyed the pizza: Roman-style, but good. On those occasions, I appreciated the owner's daughter's helpfulness and generosity in offering coffee and/or liqueur at the end of the meal. On this last occasion, I asked her mother about her, and I left her with my regards and thanks. Returning to Andrea's celebrations, the restaurant's cuisine is simple, authentic, Italian, and local (Calabrian): definitely worth trying. For the event, the table was beautifully decorated, with a pure white tablecloth. The service was satisfactory, and the richness of the dishes was enough for seconds. I therefore recommend it. And I'll be back soon with friends for another carefree evening and for the pleasure of the food. Ennio
