25/12/2024: Siamo stati lì con la mia famiglia qualche sera fa per due compleanni. Devo dire tutto bene, abbiamo provato un antipasto con portate tipiche calabresi e la pizza tipica calabrese. Tutto bene. Prezzi nella norma.

Locale bello,tenuto benissimo con un ingresso molto accogliente,il servizio non è da meno e la pizza 🍕 è molto leggera e ben lievitata.I gusti sono particolari e con materie prime del territorio.

15/01/2025: Pleasant sensory experience. We dined outdoors although sheltered from the wind, the dishes were excellent as was the freshness of the ingredients. With seafood: the risotto is very good but also the potato gnocchi; the frying is tender, crunchy and not greasy; the swordfish parcel is intriguing. For dessert, the chef outdid himself with a creme brulee, licorice, citron and flakes of provolone! If that wasn't enough, the attentive, prompt, polite and discreet service entrusted to Raoul Bova's twin brother in a white linen shirt!

31/12/2024: Sublime experience, we tasted various dishes mixed between sea and land, excellent food and location located near the sea, the only flaw but it has no influence on whether bitters would have been offered at the end of the meal given that we spent a significant amount, it would have been the icing on the cake but all in all there is no obligation and that's fine, all things considered I recommend you try the dishes of this place.

05/12/2024: Caution!!! There have already been a few guests like us! The old leftover from the end of the season from the frozen food is obviously used here... we were unlucky at first because we were there after the winter, so everything was even older... FOOD POISONING!!! We hadn't eaten anything else beforehand, so we could only get from the fish platter, as my husband was sick to his stomach shortly afterwards or until everything was out again! I hadn't eaten the smelly seafood/fish and had no such problems... and something like that at the sea where you could get fresh fish every day... a shame, the one-day tourists are just being ripped off here... me I had previously given 5* for the service, which I now had to correct because the owner gives such unprofessional feedback... there are also reviews where the bad food was complained about on site and the light received an okay answer!!! Then why bother and be in a bad mood? The nausea started shortly afterwards when we left the restaurant and unfortunately we had already paid... Original: Fish platter was terrible, everything was "fishy" and was by no means fresh, but at that moment you are perplexed and eat it anyway, afterwards nice presents at home => food poisoning! The spaghetti carbonara was also bland, and I cook it 100x better at home... but almost everyone can probably do it better. 2 dishes + 2 drinks = 55€ = if it was fresh and tasted good it wouldn't be expensive + food poisoning is free! Where do the good reviews come from? A mystery...

15/10/2024: The landlady and waitress were very nice, the wine and grappa were excellent, the music was good, but unfortunately that was about it for the positive experiences. The seafood salad, the daily recommendation, was tiny and poorly prepared, the beef fillet was definitely not beef, or was so old that it had no taste and a completely different consistency, and the homemade noodles, again the daily recommendation, were boring. All of this for €95 for two people is frankly a disgrace. I'm sorry for the young, dedicated landlady, but either she has different cooks on different days (that's the only way I can explain the very good reviews) or at the end of the season all the leftovers from the freezer are used up... So we definitely won't come again

06/10/2024: Good hotel..located in the center of Sabaudia..there are places to park nearby..of course it depends on the period...as in the summer it becomes more difficult to find a place.

26/02/2025: I recommend this place to those who love homemade cuisine with typical Calabrian dishes and local cuisine at very reasonable prices. Very nice and kind owner who makes you feel at home! The pizza is also recommended, very good! Excellent location!

19/10/2024: This evening, the first time in this place, with super guest Samuel Malvaso we had an excellent dinner, to say the least, friendly and welcoming owner and staff in an environment that feels like "home". Highly recommended for the brick chicken and its super potatoes.. Pleasant pizza with excellent ingredients.

05/03/2025: Great location, elegant table setting, nothing to be faulted about the food. We ordered seafood: grilled swordfish, grilled local fish (this is how it appears on the menu, without specifying the species) and shrimps. A good Italian school of seafood preparation. We also ordered local wine in a carafe - usually home-made, local wines are a bit less sophisticated, and here it was very good.

05/03/2025: We ordered a risoto with seafood and it was not what we expected. More than anything it was not risotto, but rice boiled in a salty broth that was not creamy.

08/02/2025: Il posto migliore dove sentirsi coccolati con buon cibo, ottimo vino ed una professionalità degna di nota. La presenza mai invadente di Francesco sa rendere ogni occasione speciale ed unica e coi suoi consigli riesce sempre a suggerire le pietanze più adatte in base ai proprio gusti. Assolutamente da non perdere

13/04/2025: Personale gentilissimo ma cucina pessima. Il pesce non è stato di nostro gradimento, il sugo della linguina sembrava fosse un sugo pronto. Al di là di questa esperienza mistica arriviamo al conto, carissimo per la qualità. Siamo rimasti spiazzati. Esperienza da non ripetere.

16/02/2025: L'antipasto del giorno è stato soddisfacente e il prezzo congruo (15 euro) . Le patate mpacchiuse anche molto buone e 5 euro lo ritengo adeguato. La grigliata (15 euro) era oltre che non proporzionata per quantità/prezzo, aveva la salciccia fermentata, che ho segnalato alla cameriera, che si è limitata a rispondermi che lo avrebbe detto al macellaio dove si riforniscono ma non ha integrato il disservizio in alcun modo. In più, l'ha presentata sul conto come se l'avessi mangiata, mentre invece l'ho lasciata perchè immangiabile come da segnalazione alla cameriera. In sostanza i prezzi a mia opinione non sono rapportati alla qualità. In altri locali della zona si mangia meglio e si paga molto meno. Il personale comunque è gentile e educato.

03/02/2025: La peor pizza que he comido en Italia. Yo estaba con tres italianos que estaban todos completamente desalentados también. La corteza de pizza se parecía a la textura de un neumático de goma. Nunca volvería a ir. Deberían avergonzarse de lo que nos sirvieron.
