20/07/2025: Since the new management, the quality of food and service has been top notch.

13/07/2025: For my first time there, I tried the classic Margherita pizza, and it was delicious, well-cooked, soft, and full of mozzarella. While I was waiting, considering it was Saturday, I saw some pasta dishes pass by, which looked good. I recommend the pizza for the cooked dishes. As soon as I get back and try them, I'll be sure to review them. Overall, everything was good and affordable, highly recommended.

27/08/2025: Great for aperitifs and dinner! The pasta with garlic, oil, chili pepper, raw shrimp, and lemon is delicious. A truly lovely place!

06/07/2025: Siamo stati in questa pizzeria all’aperto in una serata d’estate. Il locale è carino, con uno spazio piacevole e ben tenuto, anche se purtroppo c’era davvero tanta gente e faceva molto caldo. L’attesa per ricevere la pizza è stata piuttosto lunga: oltre un’ora, il che ha un po’ rovinato l’esperienza. Il cibo era discreto, senza infamia e senza lode. Le pizze erano buone ma nulla di eccezionale, magari la salsa un po’ salata. Un punto a favore va sicuramente ai camerieri, sempre gentili e disponibili nonostante il caos e l’affollamento. Nel complesso una serata accettabile, ma da riprovare magari in un momento più tranquillo

29/06/2025: Cena squisita e ambiente molto gradevole, Principalmente pesce ma uno di noi ha preso anche la carne, ma la qualità non cambia. Ristorante pieno ma servizio veloce ed efficiente. Pesce fresco e ben cucinato. Ottima esperienza

05/09/2025: There were two of us, so we ordered an appetizer and two gnocchi alla sorrentina. Everything was delicious, with plenty of choice, and especially the option of a set menu that offered a wide range of dishes, including coffee and a digestif, at a great price. The restaurant is visually distinctive, but we ate outside. It was a truly evocative experience, thanks in part to the view of the magnificent castle. I would return.

27/08/2025: Booked via phone then arrived and they didn’t have our reservation booked in the booklet/ system. Sat and waited for food for over 1.5 hours and did not receive any complementary bread / nibble while we’re waiting for our main dish. Main dish (Pizza) are were under cooked, clammy/ raw dough. Seafood Linguine arrived cold poor service from staff Manager did seem to bother or help and passed us back to the waiter.

26/08/2025: We visited this place for the first time (first and last). An exhausting wait between arrival and ordering, ordering and food... tasteless fried food, undercooked pizza, and excessive prices. The service and the place are dismal.

05/09/2025: The only pastry shop that satisfies my every request! I just ordered a Baba cake, filled to the brim with liqueur, just as I requested. They even called me beforehand to ask which was my preference between two similar ones... the utmost professionalism and quality. The blonde sales assistant is very attentive and friendly. I only go there for special occasions for cakes, but I'm always greeted warmly. I highly recommend them.

12/08/2025: Villa Ersilia is located in a quiet location outside the chaotic center of Soverato. We booked a "family suite," and our expectations were far from what we expected given the price. The apartment was spacious but dirty and shabby, with a moldy shower, ants near the refrigerator, and furniture that wasn't even from the 1980s! HORRIBLE, as Bruno Barbieri would say. The price/quality ratio was truly disappointing. The only positive note: the continental breakfast.

01/08/2025: Villa Ersilia stands out from other accommodations in Soverato primarily for the excellent service it offers. The rooms are spacious, equipped with every comfort (except for hangers in the closet), impeccably clean, and the breakfast is excellent. It offers a convenient free shuttle service and a special agreement with one of the best beaches in town. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

03/09/2025: Excellent pizza, kind and helpful people, really excellent service. We had a 3-year-old with us and when ordering they asked if they could bring the child's pizza first in less than 5 minutes and it arrived, a gesture that not all places do.

29/06/2025: In questo mese x esigenze di famiglia ci siamo trovati ad Amantea e come è già capitato abbiamo pranzato al Lido Azzurro,come sempre molta cordialità e qualità,ma una piccola critica vorrei farla: ogni volta che andiamo la porzione della frittura di calamari diminuisce🤣si che dobbiamo fare un po' di dieta ma sullo scontrino il prezzo è uguale! Nonostante ciò ci ritornerò perché preferisco la qualità alla quantità! Buona stagione estiva di ❤️

28/06/2025: Pessimo è dire poco. Poca gentilezza, poca scelta e soprattutto prezzi assurdamente alti. Ci hanno fatto pagare un toast , che toast non era, ma mezzo panino con prosciutto e formaggio, 6 euro. Non oso immaginare quanto possa costare un pranzo. Da evitare

26/06/2025: It is a place with a very suggestive view, you can eat excellent pizza but also top-notch catering. It has a beautiful room where you can celebrate banquets and events. I highly recommend it.

22/08/2025: After years, I'm returning to Soverato, and on a humid evening like no other, I decide to book a table at Miramare... A fantastic sea breeze accompanied us throughout the dinner. We ate divinely, and the "sfilatino" was a truly delicious surprise. Impeccable service and a reasonable bill. We'll be back soon.
