24/02/2025: Simple, familiar, and relaxing, especially under the vine-covered pergola. And, thankfully, without the usual disturbing background music, leaving the sounds of nature to provide the perfect soundtrack! Friendly and attentive staff.

08/08/2025: A rather touristy establishment. However, it has a beautiful setting next to the water. Service was very fast and extremely friendly. The food was good, but not exceptional.

08/08/2025: We affectionately call "Ai Casoni" our fisherman's hut. Because of its stunning location on the lagoon and the often equally stunning sunsets, it's usually our destination on the last evening of our vacation. This year, too, the ambiance (including the sunset) was perfect, and the food was a dream. We had a large platter of raw fish, taglioni with tomato sauce, grilled giant scampi, and ravioli filled with sea bass. We definitely recommend all of the dishes! The service – not for the first time – somewhat spoiled our visit. The ladies and gentlemen were arrogant, uninterested in the guests, completely uncommunicative, and not at all service-oriented. They didn't refill our wine from the cooler, didn't ask if it was tasty, and didn't even ask if we wanted dessert. It's truly a shame, given the outstanding performance of the kitchen crew and the undeniably outstanding location on the lagoon.

17/08/2025: The appetizers are good but nothing exceptional, and the savory appetizers are very good, like the tomato bruschetta. The waiters are friendly. The prices are average. The bathroom needs updating.

03/08/2025: We looked for an osteria for lunch and I must say we were lucky, a characteristic square, very kind owner, excellent and well-prepared food, absolutely recommended

15/08/2025: We had a wonderful August 15th day in Cefalù, and to top it all off, we had lunch at IL COVO DEL PIRATA restaurant. The welcome was warm, the food excellent, and the prices reasonable... the setting, right on the sea, was also excellent! I highly recommend it, and we'll be back if we can!

12/04/2025: Las pizzas realmente son excelentes, porciones generosas, el servicio y el personal son excelentes. Esta es una pequeña joya, ligeramente fuera de la pista principal y mucho mejor para ella. Atmosférico, pequeño restaurante familiar, que sirve comida y vino fabulosos a precios realmente excelentes. Visitamos dos veces que era tan bueno. Gritar a Sara que nos hizo muy bienvenido y nos ofreció un delicioso 'mellonchello' casero de cortesía después de la cena!

26/03/2025: Ristorante, top, a pochi passi dal lago D'Iseo, Accogliente, il cibo gustosissimo è poi puoi scegliere fra tanti tipi di vino, di ALTO LIVELLO, Atmosfera fantastica, ti senti coccolato dal proprietario e da tutto lo staff, molto professionale.

19/07/2025: Siamo andati io e mia moglie a mamgiare da ciciarello dopo aver letto varie recensioni e devo dire veramente buono consigliatissimo . .Abbiamo preso spaghetti con le vongole squisiti sorbetti al limone tutto molto bene .Gentilezza e cortesia da parte di tutti da tornarci sicuramente anche perché abbiamo visto sul menù tante portate da leccarsi i baffi .

17/06/2025: We had tried the wine from the Colle Bereto winery the night before at another restaurant in Radda, so we came here today. Great wines straight from Radda! The food was also incredibly delicious. We started with the Tuscan cold cuts platter (to share between two!), followed by tagliatelle and ravioli. ... Oh, and first, we had a sparkling rosé from the winery as an aperitif... A lovely evening with friendly service!

10/03/2025: Exceptional. The ravioli with gorgonzola and bacon are amazing 👏👏👏👏 Very good classic chianti the Colle Bereto. First class canteen. Very pretty.

01/08/2025: We're not picky eaters, but we went to this restaurant and the food was disappointing. The tomato sauce was extremely acidic, so much so that it was unpleasant. Nothing was tasty. The staff clearly saw that we were having difficulty making ourselves understood, whether in Italian or English. After several minutes of fumbling for words, he finally revealed that he spoke French... after leaving us to struggle, basically. A little kindness would have made a difference. Stay away.
