Greeted with a smile by the entire staff, we dined on a beautiful outdoor terrace, sampling traditional Carrara dishes cooked and presented to perfection: tordelli with ragù, bavette with pesto, and spaghetti with clams. The desserts were also top-notch. All topped off with smiles that made you feel at ease. A must-see if you visit Marina di Carrara! Bravo!

A comprehensive wine list, including Sicilian and international wineries, and an excellent selection of champagnes. The elegant, friendly, and helpful dining room staff made all the difference. Perfect value for money, obviously in line with the peers in the same sector.

I requested a table with more air and a view, but was denied, saying all the tables were booked, which was absolutely not true. Several tables were available. (Lies to customers who don't want to work a little more shouldn't be told.) I then requested that the pasta dish be prepared in a larger quantity. This request was not fulfilled. (Add 50 grams more pasta, it doesn't cost anything...) I would have paid even more, but evidently there was no interest in fulfilling the customer's requests. Furthermore, when the mistake of lying about the availability of tables and the request for a larger portion was pointed out, I requested a complimentary digestive to settle the matter amicably. The customer's emotional state was not taken into consideration, and payment for the digestive was requested after having served it with yet another deception of words. I paid as requested. In short, waiters who should be more attentive to customers are needed, and greater attention to requests is due, in addition to accountability for their behavior, which has not happened. 08/08/2025: Female staff of a certain age, argumentative and rude. The restaurant is under video surveillance and they don't make you sign a release form for personal information. In fact, the waitress came to tell me that during breakfast there are cameras monitoring customers as they eat for fear they'll put the mini sandwiches they give them in their pockets to take with them! We stayed in two for a public competition in the morning, and they told us we couldn't even bring a piece of fruit or a banana with us, and "it's your problem" if you have a stomach upset. The waitress, since the hotel was half empty (who knows why 😏😏....), kept an eye on us the whole time for fear they'd take away a small amount of butter or jam, and I reprimanded her, telling her not to do so. It should be noted that the room, carpet, etc., was all old and broken, for a double room costing €160 for two days; The owner, an elderly woman with glasses, doesn't welcome guests; she just yells at them in a rude and nasty manner. Never again, I don't recommend it to anyone. It's better to travel 10 km further to Frosinone city or at most Ferentino, but never stay there.
