06/05/2025: Mi marido y yo estábamos tratando de encontrar un restaurante local (no turístico) fuera de la plaza principal y nos topamos con este. Paola y Franco eran una delicia. Paola era muy cálido, amable y muy servicial. Teníamos los ravioles, seguido de un filete de 1 kg que estaba perfectamente cocinado y delicioso verdura. Luego nos regalaron biscotti (obviamente Paola se hizo) con un vino de postre. Exactamente lo que estábamos buscando. Sin duda volveremos.

03/08/2025: We spent two wonderful and delicious evenings during our stay in Siena. Very good pizza and pasta, reasonably priced drinks (tasty house wine, both red and white ;) ). Friendly, personable, and unobtrusive service. If we ever return to Siena, we'll definitely be back here. We're already looking forward to it. Ciao :)

13/07/2025: Rebel after a long day for us and getting caught in the rain made us delicious pizza and Chicopee soup. Sold us a bottle of wine and we went home to enjoy and chill. Delicious pizza. Very kind service. Funny and personable.

01/07/2025: During a business trip, passing through the area, I happened to stop at the Donnini restaurant during a quick lunch break, together with a colleague. Personally, when I can have lunch in a restaurant, I love the almost family atmosphere that you breathe, and the fact of being able to taste traditional dishes. This restaurant fully met my expectations: I found a welcoming environment, excellent food and a courteous and rapid service. Only two less positive notes: first of all, the background music (I think it was a kind of bossa nova), seemed inconsistent with the restaurant environment, where in my opinion only space should be given to dialogue between diners. Secondly, I found the price of €76 for two people slightly too high, based on what we ate and the fact that it was a business lunch. I considered the appetizer and dessert a little too expensive, especially, and I think that a price under €70 would have been more fair. In short, this does not take anything away from the value of this trattoria, which I recommend to anyone who is in the area. I myself would go back again.

08/08/2025: At this restaurant, you can order five courses per person every eight minutes via their tablet. I was a little skeptical at first, but then I was convinced: super-fast service, no waiting for your dishes, everything arrives as soon as you order. Excellent organization. The food is really good and the staff is friendly. The prices are a little high, but perhaps in line with local restaurants.

07/08/2025: I was skeptical given some of the reviews. I went for lunch during a city tour and had a really good time. The atmosphere was casual but welcoming. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick. The sushi was good, especially the temaki, which were amazing and had crispy seaweed. I thought the nigiri had too much rice, but I certainly couldn't complain about the quality of the fish. The Chinese dishes were good; it would be nice to have grilled dumplings at lunchtime, not just steamed ones. Overall recommended.

01/07/2025: Our visit here was simply magnificent, exquisite. Everything from the food and drink, to the service from Michele was perfect. I’ve been here in Sorrento for over a week and this has been the best meal we’ve had by far, if I could stay longer I would just for this restaurant alone. Thank you for an amazing experience, thank you again to Michele, and thank you to the chef or chefs for a perfect evening. I hope and pray I’ll be back 🙏🏼

22/07/2025: My family and I went to Florence to celebrate my mom's 50th birthday and stumbled upon this restaurant located in a quaint little street. Besides the truly rustic (in a good way) location, the food is excellent! The generous portions, the excellent quality, and the friendly staff made for a pleasant lunch. Finally, the final touch was the candle on the cake to celebrate Mom's birthday! Highly recommended.

01/06/2025: Nice place and good pizza dough, but out of 3 pizzas, 2 with trivial changes were wrong and when a small fault occurred (blackout) the staff completely disappeared.

11/08/2025: When I think of Rome, for some reason, I still remember the tiramisu I had at Remo. The pizzas and desserts were both fantastic. It's a completely local place, and we even had to wait a short while in the evening. It's worth it; try it.

08/08/2025: The hotel is in a great location. Close to the sea, but you have to cross a small road. We were met by Moro, the owner's son. He was very polite and welcomed us with great hospitality. We booked through Booking. Parking was free. Our room overlooked the mountain, and we had breakfast. We woke up in the morning and there were deer in the mountain, which was amazing. Their breakfast was amazing and varied, and the best thing was that it rained that day, which was amazing. A 2-minute walk takes you to a garden and the boat stop that takes you to Bellagio. We took photos of the boat departure times and its passage through the villages. They were helpful and cheerful.

28/07/2025: Five of us went for dinner. My group enjoyed the food except for me. Ordered the carbonara di mare. It was very bland and tasteless. No flavor whatsoever. Oh well. Next time I will order a pizza. I am sure it will b a sure bet.

11/07/2025: The restaurant enjoys a prime location, with a spectacular view that alone is worth the visit. The food is also overall good, with well-presented and carefully prepared dishes. The people managing the dining room and taking orders are very committed, and it's evident: they really do everything they can to ensure efficient service. However, despite their efforts, the dining room staff management appears to be struggling. Some team members seem inattentive, and this impacts the overall experience. What was most perplexing was the clear perception, from inside the dining room, of strong tensions emanating from the kitchen. Hearing shouting and arguments among the staff inevitably ruins the atmosphere, and in such a pleasant setting, both in terms of landscape and cuisine, it's a jarring element and should be avoided. A place with great potential, it deserves greater serenity and coordination behind the scenes to offer an experience truly worthy of its beauty.

09/07/2025: A great discovery.... Delicious food, fast and attentive service... we ate on this splendid terrace, as a family... On the manager's recommendation, we ordered a mixed fried fish dish and a peppered mussel dish, both delicious. ... The staff were kind, polite, and well-organized in their various roles. We'll be back... congratulations.

24/07/2025: Very good pizza for those who like thicker crusts. Filling and not heavy (I had the eggplant and parmesan). The staff is young, helpful, and very friendly!
